“First timer here and as soon as I walked in was greeted very kindly. Great environment and customer service.Food is amazing, my family and I really enjoyed our beef and chicken plate with a tiger and golden Philadelphia roll will definitely be going back!“
“Every dish here was amazing and tasty! We had a friendly attentive server named AJ who made the dining experience wonderful. He suggested their popular pineapple fried rice and best sellers. The menu here has a nice variety to select from for everyone! We were pleasantly surprised to see our favorite jajangmyun on the menu. Loved every bite and good vibes!“
“First off, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS. Even then people that rated this place 1 star said it was good. Second, the service is amazing. They were so nice and polite and came up to our table to see if we needed anything every couple minutes. The place has like 4 TV's and they put on NBA basketball and I love basketball. This place is a 11/10. Would recommend to everyone. (even better with a family)“
“Hidden gem! I was looking for a restaurant in the area and stumbled upon this restaurant on Google maps.We went for an early dinner on a rainy Wed night and it was empty when we arrived. A couple of parties came in after us.Our waitress Cynthia was great! She was friendly, smiling, and checked on us often. We would ask for her again when we go back. It's a Cajun restaurant with an Asian flair. Food was so reasonably priced when every other restaurant in the area is getting ridiculously expensive. And the food was delicious too!We ordered the shrimp jambalaya (which had a nice kick and came with big plump shrimps), shrimp and grits (creamy grits with corn), mushroom rigatoni (creamy and rich), garlic noodles (a bit on the sweet side for some reason), and ribeye steak (so tender!).“
“Our group of 13 enjoyed a splendid Lunar New Year celebration with many dishes suggested by the house. Service was excellent, with good attention paid to our table. The place has a nice vibe, clean, pleasant and modern. We ordered at least a dozen items, all good. This is the kind of place that can easily handle a large group since it has ample space for banquet seating at combined tables. And yet, there are also many booths for other diners, so we didn't overwhelm the restaurant.Prices are reasonable, too. A good choice if you have a big group.“
“Started with the gumbo and really enjoyed it! Shared the Monte Cristo Sandwich and was good with the raspberry jam to do it in. Kids really enjoyed the shrimp and everyone liked the fries!! Mint Julep was and awesome addition to the meal and was great to sip on after walking in the heat all day!“
“Great spot for your Creole Seafood cravings! The employees were very kind and helpful. They explained everything to us since it was our first time and they would check in on us to make sure everything was great. I will definitely be back! Thanks for the great experience and awesome food!“
“Just left the Salem Oregon location. It was so much better than what I was expecting. It’s not been open long so they’re still working out the kinks with servers and all that. But the bag o seafood was SPOT ON. It was all so good. I’m sure the longer it’s open the service kinks will be worked out. But it’s certainly very good food. Everything was delicious.“
“This was my first time and the food was delicious. I had the pork chops with gravy over rice, yams and greens. The pork chops was tender and the gravy was finger licking good. my sister had the gumbo and it was good. Not too spicy. Even the home made lemonade was good. I will definitely be back and bring my friends. The owner was very friendly and nice.“
“The torpedo sauce medium is amazing. The food was amazing. The TVs show food shows, so it was interesting to watch while we waited. I would skip the wings, but the garlic noodles, sweet potato fries, rangoons, and the crawfish were great. I suggest live crawfish when in season.Parking: Finding a parking spot can be hard.“
“I love this place and it’s boiling pots. I’ve tried the shrimp, crawfish, crab, king crab and clams. All delicious with medium whole sha-bang sauce and a side of corn and potato. Can’t be beat with a cold beer and good company. The spicy of the sauces can be modified for those that like it spicy or not. Also if you don’t like to get your hands dirty you can ask for some gloves, definitely a must if you have an infant and want to be able to feed them at any point.“
“Me and my family love this place. We been coming here for a while n we love the Consistency. The food is always awesome and plan on coming here more often. And love how quiet and peaceful it is. Thank you BJ! That was our waitress. We will definitely become back soon.“
“Best seafood boil I've ever had!!! And affordable!!! This is our favorite boil place!!!Parking: The lot is small but we've never had an issue finding parking.Kid-friendliness: We've taken my friends toddler here a few times. As kid and baby friendly as any other place.“
“This place is soooo good!! It was completely empty when we got there but we still decided to give it a try.The oysters were very fresh and they have the best prices I’ve seen so far, we spent over $100 so we were able to get the extra pound of crab for $8 and it was so worth itWill definitely be coming back. Service was also attentive and outstanding!“
“Pirates kitchen has a deal! Two pounds of head on shrimp for $20! Special from 11:30am - 3pm daily. Other specials include $1 soju shots (max 6pp) and $3 beers! They also have some amazing boil combos like the one I chose the PK Platter which included a choice of three ( shrimp, crawfish, muscles and/or clams), Cajun fries, whole grilled sausage, two pieces of corn and garlic bread. It’s quite a delicious feast! If you don’t see a special you like you can choose a custom seafood boil including protein choices, sauces and add ons. As always the spice level is your choice. If seafood boils aren’t your thing they have a full menu of other items. We enjoyed chicken wings, fried oysters, elote and jambalaya pasta! So many choices! The restaurant decor is fun and they have a large bar. Everything looks clean and tidy. The service is efficient and friendly. All in all a great visit!“
“Delicious food wow! we finished everything !!! The Seafood is great quality here! The Cajun sauce is nice and fresh you can tell it's made with love... The prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is very clean I recommend the half sampler it was nice and filling for 2! Great for couples This place is definitely a Family friendly restaurant! (: we took our 1 year old and Lanny our server even went as far as giving our baby fruit snacks and oranges so he can also have a meal! Lanny helped us out she was so nice and attentive she refilled our drinks without having to flag her down as well and kept checking on us if we needed anything We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant when we are in the area! Don't miss out ! Check them out“
“I live in the neighborhood next to the Mlem Mlem Seafood in Lakewood. I hadn't tried it before but like to support local businesses. I Just ordered takeout from the Lakewood Restaurant. I ordered the Mahi Mahi Sandwich and Cajun Fries. The sandwich was delicious. It was really flavorful on ciabatta bread and most importantly it is a good size and filling. The Cajun fries were crispy and also very tasty. The service was friendly and accommodating. The owners have decorated the restaurant in what I would describe as a Southern Gulf Style, it is very clean and the ambiance was welcoming. If you're looking for a flavorful filling and delicious seafood dish then you won't be disappointed at this restaurant. Thanks again. I will definitely be returning.“
“Place was dead when we showed up, but people starting coming in along the way. The food was top notch, but understand this place is extremely expensive. My wife and her folks with us, we for the house bucket, and extra lobster tail. Might go again for lunar new year, but it's a once a year type of place.“
“What an amazing experience! I had my daughters 18th birthday here and she loved it! The customer service was excellent, something I've been missing for far too long. Their special touches from organizing, splitting the bill five ways, and playing happy birthday over the speaker were above and beyond. For this I give them 5 stars! We will return soon.“
“First time here and the decor was so cute! I have younger nieces and nephews that are on a pirate themed and this was perfect. Food was amazing and the service itself had friendly staff who knew when to check in on you.Parking: Parking is based on a first come first serve basis but there is plenty once other smaller shops close for the day.Kid-friendliness: Great boat/ship kids can take pictures with.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps in the way, easy accessibility going in and out.“
“If anyone says this place is not good they’re lying this place is amazing this is me and my boyfriends go to spot the best flavor and quality always hit the spot we get the one pound shrimp peeled and the cave style and it never disappoints the waiters are super attentive will forever love this place !“
“I recently tried out this mom and pop crawfish place, and it was okay. The atmosphere felt cozy and authentic, but the crawfish lacked that wow factor I was hoping for. The service was friendly, though, and it's clear they put love into their cooking. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're in the mood for some casual crawfish dining.“
“Started with the calamari which hit the spot. Got the Crawfish and shrimp combo and went with the hot & spicy! Came with corn on the cob, potatoes, & sausage. Finished with the Beef Pho that had nice thick slices of meat. Healthy delicious broth.“
“came here because I didn't feel like waiting for two hours for boiling crabs waistline line and this place is so yummy if not way better then boiling crab. Def will be coming back again when I crave a good seafood boil. Crab legs were 10/10“
“My 1st time here, the Service by Bethany was amazing. The Food by Ms. Devi was absolutely 2nd to none.I had the TITANIC Thompson Turkey Sandwitch, a bowl of Clam Chouder along with French Fries. Over All I would rate the food and service a 5 Amazing Star. The building is beautiful and very inviting. I also can't wait for the pool tournament to start on December 7th. I was told to look it ip in their Facebook page.I had a Great Lunch with a few Beers.I will definitely come again.Eddie Aguilar from Whittier. CA.“
“Truly a wonderful experience eating here. I got their spicy crispy pork rice, and only wish I could’ve eaten a bit more. Then I got their dessert: the mango with sticky rice and bah god it was a heaven sent. I felt my soul had been cleansed, as if my diarrhea from the night before had become a purified memory. Also, my server was very cultured and friendly, even naming the dessert in my own language that I didn’t know the name of. Very grateful to have dined here, and would come here more often once I am no longer jobless and scraping pennies off of random openings in thrown-away couches!“
“Our favorite crawfish restaurant! We always have a great experience and the crawfish sauce is excellent! All of their sides are also super tasty and we've never had any problems. The servers are really nice and the kitchen makes sure to add the spicy level we ask for. It's a great place to hangout with friends and have a light meal. The parking is kind of annoying because it's located at the corner and there's only a couple of designated spots. There's a parking lot right by it, but we can never tell if we're allowed to park there or not.We can't wait to come back! :)“
“We have gone to pretty much all Crab Shack locations in the local area, my daughter wanted crab shack and we stoped by since we were closest to this location. I have to say the food here was delicious!! We ordered a special they have 2 pounds of shrimp and 1 pound of muscles, mild crab shack style. The shrimp were cooked perfectly they were plump not over cooked and were easy to peel. The Waitress we had when we ordered was ok she took our order but whenever we needed anything she was no where to be found. It's not like it was busy there was only one other table occupied. Mid way through our meal she either went home or went on break cause we never saw her again which was fine cause the second waitress was readily available and checked on us a few times. The only thing about this place that we didn't like is the booths they're super uncomfortable, the cushion on them was very thin and you could feel the wood planks underneath. They also weren't bolted down so they were moving a bit, oh and the table height to the booth seats was alittle awkward too. Maybe next time we will sit at a table with chairs“
