“In a never ending search for the best burritos in the Bay, I’m glad I found another solid option in Los Cuates. Super nice folks behind the counter, clean, organized restaurant, a solid salsa bar, and fantastic food.

The regular carne burrito was piping hot, and perfectly wrapped with a perfect balance of delicious meat, rice, beans, and salsa. Nothing groundbreaking, just solid Mexican food at reasonable prices served by nice folks. We need more places like Los Cuates.“

“With numerous options for Mexican restaurants, I decided to order a carne asada burrito to determine if this place was worth revisiting and reviewing. As I walked through the main entrance, I was immediately struck by a wave of nostalgia, reminiscent of a taqueria in Mexico, with the enticing aromas of fresh vegetables and cooked meats wafting through the air. When I received my order, I found myself holding a massive burrito weighing at least 18 ounces. This burrito was a heavyweight contender, and I could hardly wait to get home to unwrap it.

Once I arrived home, I eagerly unwrapped this Goliath and indulged in the impressive behemoth. The burrito was delicious; it fully engaged my senses and captured the essence of great Mexican food. I was thoroughly impressed by both its size and flavor. This taqueria is truly a hidden gem among other establishments.“

“First of all. This place is a hidden gem. I walked in to two guys working absolutely laughing and having a good time. That speaks volumes for a positive work place. Positive energy means good food. My BFs dad spoke with the owner who is usually working, &sometimes they don't get any business on slow days:( &the food was VERY good! “One of the best quesabirria tacos outside of Mexico, no joke. If you haven't tried the quesabirria tacos from El
Taconazo located in Daly CIty then you're seriously missing out. These tacos are next level. They are juicy,
savory, cheesy, and full of flavor. I’ve been to Mexico and tried the street tacos and the ones in El Taconazo taste
almost the same. The meat is perfectly tender and juicy, the tortilla is crispy but soft, and the consome is packed
with flavor. The place itself is really chill, there's fast service, and overall good prices. Whether you're just really
hungry or want some really good tacos, El Taconazo is worth it. Trust me, you will be satisfied and you’ll end up
telling everyone about it.“

“I've passed this place a few times and had mixed feelings. I thought it was kind of sketch to show menus and the prices were blacked out.
The place gets pretty busy and a lot of doordash pickups so I figured they must doing something right.
The lady who helped me was decent, we ordered:

1. Carne asada wet burrito: Good sized portion and filling

2. Al pastor and carnitas taco: This is not a regular super taco. It's damn near a burrito, it comes with beans and rice in it. I didn't know this and ordered it with no beans. It was massive I couldn't pick it up and started eating it like nachos with the chips. It was almost like a taco salad because it even had lettuce. They did not skimp on the meat or toppings.

I'll definitely be back.“

“I went there yesterday to order nacho, and the man that works the counter was super sweet he gave me a free drink, and he also did not hesitate to give me a cup of water. The nachos were delicious. The meat was good the green salsa was out of this world. Going back here for again.“

“My fries were not very warm and so I returned them, which I don't do very often. I was helped by Tomás who I think maybe started working recently at this location, and he was very helpful and polite. I really appreciate his attention and commitment to good service. Give this man a raise!“
