“I think I've been to about 75% of the Mexican restaurants and Taquerias in the city, so keep that in mind when I say the El Tepa Taqueria put out the very best Tacos de Cerdo I've ever had. The flavors of the pork and salsa verde melded together perfectly with the hand made tortillas!

Fast service, but please ladies from the front (customer service) smile, you take care of the customer like robots, next, thank you , next, thank you next. I was looking at every single person that was receiving their orders to make sure that chips are given to some odres or to every order. We order two burritos, one pupusa and twelve tacos. We did not received chips at all. I saw people that purchase tacos , receiving their chips, this wasn’t my case. No one gave us our chips😟“

“These are the most authentic tacos al pastor in the Bay Area! They have a proper spit roasted pork (trompo) with pineapple, just like the ones you’ll find throughout Mexico. The adobo marinated pork is sliced perfectly thin with a slice of pineapple. All of the salsas are legit, and don’t sleep on their California burrito if you’re looking for something more substantial. The handmade tortilla has amazing texture, and all ingredients are incredibly fresh. This is hands down one of the best taco trucks in the Bay Area.“

“Went here in passing during happy hour. When I was looking at the sign to see what the happy hour was, Alex took it upon himself to invite me in, instantly making me feel welcomed. He not omly walked me through what the happy hour consisted of, but he also gave his opinion on what his favorite is and was extremely nice. He also takes time, effort and hard work to make sure customers are happy and they feel safe. Alex remembers face and names. The food was great, being that I got one carnitas taco, it was actually pretty great for what it cost (2.50 for happy hour rate). The margarita was 6$ and was definetly worth the price, tasted good but definetly had the right ammount of liquor in it. Nothing about here was dissapointing or offputting. Will be coming back for the Mon-Sun 10am-2pm deals though.“

“I got the quessabirria (not pictured) and the carne asada and al pastor tacos (pictured).

My favourite was the quessabirria, just super tender birria meat and accompanied with the consomé, can’t go wrong. Also there was a great cheese pull which is exactly what you want from a good quesadilla.

The tacos were incredible, the meat is super crispy and has a great char to them which makes it a unique eating experience. I think it’s definitely one of the best carne asada I’ve ever had, and the al pastor pairing with the pineapple is just beautiful.

The green and red salsa are super flavourful and I was drenching my tacos with them.

The tacos come with a side of fajita veggies which are also seasoned perfectly and grilled to perfection, elevating the experience.“

“I’m here to say that taco trucks are the royalty of tacos in the city. El ambre is no different. Their Birra tacos are not only tasty, they’re also priced extremely cheap. Everything about the tacos are fire. The cheese, toppings, dipping sauce and shells are far better than the competitions. One of the top tricks in the city, hands down.“

“This place undoubtedly does not get the attention it deserves because of its location. I won't go into detail but it's easy to get within a block of this place and turn right around in any direction except for here.

Enough of that, and onto the food. We tried the panuchos and everyone at the table really liked every component of the dish. We tried the poc chuc and the cochinita and each was exceptional.

A gentlemen at the table over ordered the chicken fajitas and I can't imagine that they weren't as good as what we ate.
