“Ordered online for takeout. When I got there, they'd somehow missed my order so I had to wait quite a while for them to prep it - at least you know they make it fresh. Chicken was good and of the minimally battered style so you really taste the chicken skin. Fries were very nicely fried. Decent value for money. Overall 3.5 stars for this visit but rounding up to 4 to be nice.“

“Ok well let me start off by saying, pictures will not do this place justice, nor will talking about it. You need to experience it for yourself. As someone who travels often looking for places to eat this place does not miss! I ordered 2 different plates and a drink and all i can say is, Delicious! 1st plate was a pork belly with over easy egg, artichoke, and potatoes wedges. Pork belly was melting in my mouth at how good it was! The egg on top made runny was perfect with the artichoke because it literally had me in a chokehold(in a good way) lol... (and mind you, im not big on artichoke) the sauce from the pork belly and runny egg was good for the wedges and 😩 my goodness. I can speak only good of the next plate.

The second plate i ordered was a chicken and waffle plate, and when I tell you it was good, I mean it. The chicken was tender, juicy, crispy on the outside, and flavorful. I decided to pour the honey over both the chicken. And the waffle and I'm glad I did! Just made it that much better. The fruit around the plate was all crisp, sweet, and very meticulously placed around the platter. Not one sour blueberry or badly flavored orange. To top it all off my drink order was a lavender lemonade, and mind you the chicken and waffle was sweet so you would think to yourself, I won't be able to taste the lemonade after eating something sweet? WRONG. the drink is very beautifully made and tastes just as wonderful. If there's one thing I could think of in terms of improvement it would probably be the lavender in the lemonade wasn't strong, but aside from that I had no problem drinking it nor eating anything on my plates. I will definitely make sure to come back with friends.“

“We had an amazing dining experience! The food was fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We followed his recommendations and ordered the chef’s choice bowl, sushi tacos, salad, and toro—and he was absolutely right. Everything was so delicious, I nearly swallowed my tongue! I think my favorite was the sushi tacos—they were out of this world. Highly recommend!“

“This place is pure Guatemalan awesomeness! It's just as good if not better than the original. The pan francés And pan dulce are on point, and the breakfast is amazing. If you love Guatemalan and Central American style breakfast this is the place for you. I have to warn you though, parking and seating is tough on the weekends. So be ready to park a few blocks away, and hunt for a good table once you get there.“

“Love the food here! Best Chinese food you will ever get and for cheap too! Atmosphere could use a bit more work, decorated kinda plain and there's no music, just a TV we can't even hear. My biggest complaint is that they close at random times and often for long periods of time and I have no way of knowing unless I call in beforehand to know what time they close that day. If they don't pick up, they're closed.“

“A neighborhood gem serving the usual Chinese takeout fares as well as more authentic dishes. There is something for everyone to enjoy. I personally really like the dan dan noodles, fried rice as well as a number of the chicken and beef entrees. Very reasonable price and generous portions that are great for sharing.“

“In a never ending search for the best burritos in the Bay, I’m glad I found another solid option in Los Cuates. Super nice folks behind the counter, clean, organized restaurant, a solid salsa bar, and fantastic food.

The regular carne burrito was piping hot, and perfectly wrapped with a perfect balance of delicious meat, rice, beans, and salsa. Nothing groundbreaking, just solid Mexican food at reasonable prices served by nice folks. We need more places like Los Cuates.“

“This place has been here for ages and I tried it for the first time not too long ago. The food was tasty - I've only tried their sushi rolls but everything I've tried has been solid so far. Service was efficient and parking is super easy (free garage nearby). It's a good spot if you're going to the movies or wanting a but after seeing one.“

“One of our weekly go to locations to get pastries after groceries shopping at Ranch 99. We normally get baked Pork Buns, Cream coconut bun, cocktail bun or egg tarts. We have also bought cakes here. Love the tiramisu, mocha cake and their fruit tart cake. Unlike other cakes, their cakes are not sweet and doesn’t have too much whipped cream. Love it.“

“I have finally gave this place a visit after driving past it many times. Upon arrival, I was lucky to get parking upfront, was greeted by their friendly staff and seated immediately. Their menu is simple and cocnsists of many different noodle soups to choose from. The interior is modern and looks like they have just been renovated. The wait for the food was not too bad, either way it does not bother me since I’m a very patient person. Lastly I would recommend this place for soup lovers or anyone looking to try something new. I would be back to try out other items they have to offer.“

I have had salsa from many restaurants and some of them are good but there’s packed flavor and heat. This is a must try. I’ve been to both restaurants, but I will be driving all the way to Daly City for this restaurant. And the lady that took my order (JENNY) she was extremely helpful and nice.“

“I'm fortunate to live in a region of the Bay Area where there are a lot of Filipino restaurants and each of them do so much to sustain the cultural significance of the Philippine population of the area.

For years in having this restaurant as part of my rotation of Filipino cuisine, one of their superpowers is their consistency for delivering good tasting food. Time and time again, I find their offerings to be as good or better than their competitors.

Their service is great and you can count on being warmly greeted by the staff. I also feel that their portions are more generous than their counterparts. So if it's good food you're after, I highly recommend them.

And as is typical of a lot of Filipino joints, decor, atmosphere and aesthetics aren't their thing. As you'll see in the accompanying pictures, this place is about as basic, utilitarian and modest as a place can be, as stripped down as an apartment of newlyweds. But then again, you don't come here for the furniture and art on the walls did you? If you did, you'd be richly disappointed.“

“Support this local business! The food tasted really good! There's a few taquerias around but THIS ONE! We ordered some cakes and they were fresh, prepared really well. My BFs dad spoke with the owner who is usually working, &sometimes they don't get any business on slow days:( &the food was VERY good! There's a competing taqueria close by that gets more customers &there's a BIG difference on the food quality. That it's shocking how much better this restaurant is yet less customersSupport this local business! The food is very delicious! There are a few taquerias around the area, but THIS ONE! We ordered some cakes and they were fresh, prepared very well. My boyfriend's dad talked to the owner who is usually working, and sometimes they don't have any business on slow days :( and the food was SO good! There is a competing taqueria nearby that has more customers and there is a BIG difference in the quality of how they prepare the food. “Ordered for a last minute work lunch. They delivered to Brisbane (no delivery fee). The gentleman on the phone took my order before the restaurant was open and was extremely patient. Food arrived hot and everyone seemed to like it. Overall food was good quality (I mean it's Chinese take out so nothing magical), only thing was they forgot to label each box/container (after I asked) so I spent 15 minutes opening and labeling everything.“

I have seen many locations across the bay area.

Food: Most of the foods are grilled or fried. All of them are tasty and fresh. Many fish choices, sauces, and sites to choose from. My favorite sauces are garlic butter and Cajun. The fish and chips are very good with tartar sauce. The grilled sea bass fish are very flavorful and would recommend having sauce on the side.

Price: very reasonable price for portions of food.“

“Dae Jang Geum Tofu House is a great spot for Korean food. The food is always delicious and the service is great - attentive but not over-the-top. There are parking spots out front but also street parking and the Westlake parking lot nearby.“

“Entrance is through Kukje, which explains how this restaurant can have the biggest menu, fresh ingredients, and just about everything available in takeout packaging. This is a must try, especially if you plan on eating before shopping. I have many memories of reluctantly spending time at Korean grocery stores growing up. Now as a parent, I look forward to sharing this nostalgia with my kids!“

“One of the best quesabirria tacos outside of Mexico, no joke. If you haven't tried the quesabirria tacos from El
Taconazo located in Daly CIty then you're seriously missing out. These tacos are next level. They are juicy,
savory, cheesy, and full of flavor. I’ve been to Mexico and tried the street tacos and the ones in El Taconazo taste
almost the same. The meat is perfectly tender and juicy, the tortilla is crispy but soft, and the consome is packed
with flavor. The place itself is really chill, there's fast service, and overall good prices. Whether you're just really
hungry or want some really good tacos, El Taconazo is worth it. Trust me, you will be satisfied and you’ll end up
telling everyone about it.“

“I have been a many times, usually when I am craving for some Korean food or just want something easy. It is located at the right side when you enter the supermarket, most of the times there is not a wait. Their menu consists of appetizers, authentic Korean dishes, specialty wings, soups, beverages, etc. I have never encountered an issue here thanks to their welcoming, well trained and understanding staffs. Everything is pretty much made to order which is always a plus for me and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a Korean spot, if you want to try something new or if you want a laid back spot to dine at. “This is the only place that offers fish or shrimp burrito. They also have the normal meats burritos which is very good however my favorite is the fish burrito. I know? Fish burrito. They have the fish burrito or shrimp which is very unusual. They not only have the fish burrito, they give you a lot. It’s enough to cover the entire burrito and not over cooked at all. In terms of meat, my husband’s favorite is the carne asada(beef) burrito or pork Al pastor( bbq pork). He also tried the chicken and he said it was a little bit too dry for him the meat.“
