“Pho broth tastes great, portion is okay I'm not full after eating large. I've tried large brisket pho and chicken pho. One of the spoons still had food stuck on it...... After I put in all the veggies I noticed one slice is stale or bad jalapeno. I had to pray that God will protect me from getting sick... Imma take detox pill at home... Although I want to continue support business here I don't feel spending $22-23 after tip is really worth my money. Honestly this restaurant team need to try harder to gain more regular customers. I've eaten at so called best pho restaurants in OC and LA. Brisket pho was better than chicken though. However after experience today, I ain't coming back... I even tipped 25%... So yeah I'm not a difficult customer to satisfy. Goodluck Saigon Gem team, you guys have real potential but you guys need to listen to customers and make real lasting positive changes. I first gave 3 star but 4 stars is the maximum I can give. I'm being generous like how much I tip... Sauce bottle was sticky...“
“I ate curry pork cutlet, udon, and oyster tempura. It was fresh and delicious and the server was very friendly. In particular, since I have a child, I asked for the curry and pork cutlet to be separated, and I was grateful that my request was listened to.“
“We wish we found out about this place earlier. This is one of the best sushi joints in south Orange County. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Their menu has something for everyone. Our kids won't eat raw fish so they'll happily get a bento box with chicken teriyaki and tempura. The serving size is huge! In fact, we always get our food catered from them when family comes over. It's always a hit. You won't be disappointed.“
“5 stars for everything! The service was incredibly fast, compared to other restaurants I have been to. Their popcorn lobster… it is just amazing. Exquisite. Delicious… I had a personal experience, as I hadn’t had this kind of popcorn lobster since I was 8 years old…Anyways, their sushi and miso soup were amazing. Great service, great food, would recommend. I was not paid to write this (even how much it looks like it), I just loved this place“
“Very good and convenient location and can see why. Menu of many tasty looking plates to choose from. First time visit with my wife yesterday, tasted each others plates. Every thing was delicious. Main dishes we ordered was Garlic noodles with Chicken was delicious. Especially Pho with Beef, the broth was so tasty. Also, the egg rolls was crunchy and delicious, don't forget combo fried rice too. Will highly recommend and will be returning soon as well.“
“We walked in and got seated immediately. We enjoyed all our food. The calamari was notably crispy and light and perfectly salted. The Gu Fries was cheesey and had a complimenting soy glaze the complimented the saltiness of our ramens. The service was unhurried and efficient. The vibe of the space was consistent with the theme. I tried their mandarin sorbet and it was disappointing but still a good pallet cleanser. We really enjoyed our dinner there. This continues to be our annual stop in Laguna for a late ramen.“
“Delicious and experience, definitely worth going in a group so you can try a few different cuts of meat. We tried the spicy miso and pork bone broth with a perfect mix of flavor and spicy.I personally love being able to try small portions of a lot of different things, so this was perfect. Wygu beef, aged Angus and short rib - delicious“
“So freaking delicious. I ordered the ginger tea- was surprised it came with a little tea pot! The taste was spicy and herby. The gluten free spring rolls were fresh and a lovely appetizer! Love the peanut sauce. The eggplant curry was so lovely for a winter meal. The base tasted kind of pumpkin-y and had a subtle kick! Let's not forget the carrot cake... moist and airy frosting. It doesn't get better! All this left 2 stomachs stuffed. And the prices are fairly reasonable! I will definitely be back to try more dishes.“
