“Excellent food at reasonable prices. Service was fast and friendly. Small restarant.
Parking: Parking behind the restaraunt in "the row". Take the side street up the hill from the restaraunt and then turn left into "the row". drive to far end of parking area for the shortest walk. Take the stairs at the end of the parking area down to street level, take the sidewalk to the left, and the restaraunt is close on the left.“

“I had a random craving for curry and had recalled seeing Thai Dara 2 when I was in the area a while back. I gave it a shot and I was so pleased. I ordered the panang curry with unspecified spicyness and it was perfection. Great temperature, calming music and gracious hospitality from the host. I think I’ll be craving curry more often :) or I’ll try one of the noodle dishes next time! Thank you for the lovely meal! I felt nourished and cared for.“

“I’m not sure that San Clemente understands what a gem this place is. The food is really good Thai food, which is hard to find. The service was great. Those people that had a bad experience, they should try again. We I went it was too very kind guys doing their best to make great food. I can’t wait to go to sleep so I can wake up and eat the leftovers. We had the wonton soup and the pad see ew. They were even happy to steam chicken for our doggo.“

“Small, quaint Thai restaurant. Because the restaurant is small, they have limited seating. I was able to get a table quickly because it was after the dinner rush hour. Service was quick, and friendly. They have a good selection of traditional Thai dishes. Prices are high, probably because of location. I ordered Penang Curry with chicken. I requested additional vegetables, and was accommodated with a small up charge. The price for the dish was 20,00 and with the upcharge came to 23.00 It was served on a plate as opposed to a bowl, which I'm used to at most Thai restaurants. It was nicely presented, and came with jasmine rice, however, I could tell right away, it didn't have enough curry sauce for my liking. I ended up asking for more sauce because there just wasn't enough. It was also on the thin side. One way they can improve the dish is by serving it in a nice size bowl, and giving more sauce. I also think the the sauce could be a tad thicker. Making these adjustments would make the dish much better. Their sauce is very good, though the dish needs double or more of the curry sauce than it currently comes with. I also ordered desert, an inexpensive pudding. 3.00 and it was delicious. With tax and tip, my bill was just over 34.00 Street or lot parking can be difficult during busy times.“

“New in town and visited based on reviews. Food is amazing! I thought I had good Thai food in my old neighborhood, but this is better. The Pad Kee Mow was perfection, service friendly, warm and prompt. Setting isn’t fancy, more like eating in someone’s home. But it adds to the charm of the place. I’ll be a regular for sure!“

“My 82 year old mom has Thai food first time in her life today. She agreed since she was hungry and didn’t like anything nearby. All my life she said she would never eat it. Well she shared my Pad Thai and liked it. She even took and order home with her. As we we’re leaving I ordered Thai Ice tea. She loved that also. She called me this afternoon telling me that my sister and her plan to go on Saturday. I eat there all the time with my family. We love the place.“

“I was craving Thai food and found this spot. I ordered the Crying Tiger Lunch special, the Thai BBQ Chicken lunch special, Thai Dim Sum (potstickers), and WOW! Lunch was SO good!! The lunch specials came with salad, soup and steamed rice. The crying tiger is a prime beef dish that was just delicious. I’ve been dieting and training for lose weight and this meal was lean and light. It was also incredibly delicious. The Thai Dim Sum was the star of the lunch. They fried them so they were fluffy, light and crispy. I could eat those everyday. But I won’t because of my diet. The meal left me full and satisfied. The portions were perfect. My husband and I loved everything we ate. I will definitely be ordering from here again!“

“One of my favorite neighborhood restaurants that has been around a very long time.
The ambiance is like Thailand town at night - dark with warm lighting. Oldies but goody with full bar that’s pretty much like Chiang Mai’s bars.
The food never disappoints. I brought people here and the food was crowd pleaser. The service is super efficient.
The location is just perfect for a meeting point from South OC and North OC. It is right off the highways I5/405 and there are many places to visit around the area - antique shopping, the missions, cinema, music festival by the beach, Dana Point harbor …“

“This is one of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. The Drunken Noodle is always our top priority, SUPER DELICIOUS!!! Because they use FRESH ingredients. Usually, I ask for less oil and they did it. The service is also wonderful!!!The Crying Tiger is yummy.......Ask for medium rare. The Thai sampler is also great !!!.....You can taste many kinds of appetizers in 1 order. The Thai ice tea in this restaurant is the best Thai tea compared to other Thai teas in other places. One more thing, the Angel Wings are super big and inexpensive. We ordered Pineapple fried rice for a friend and he said it's delicious!!!We have been a regular going to this restaurant for more than 10 years with those same orders and never get tired of the food.“

“Pat and her sister do an amazing job running Siamese Express. The food is delicious and the prices are more than fair. My favorite Thai restuarant between Laguna Niguel & Aliso Viejo.
Parking: Plenty of free parking close to the restaurant.“

“The service at Thai This is beyond compare, every employee there is friendly, helpful, and helps to create a great experience whether eating in to-go. We walked in to order to-go food and they seated us and brought us bottled water, again, service beyond compare. Now to the food, the Crispy Noodles (#1) are to die for...makes a great dessert. The Nutty Noodles chicken (#54) were great, and the Kiss Me Not garlic pork was so flavorful. They also included some tempura vegetables which were super yummy. So if you're looking for yummy food, at a great price, and with incredible service, Thai This should be your next dinner night out.“
