“I'd really like to rate this place higher. It used to be bomb. Now, when I ask for extra beans, and PAY FOR EXTRA beans, the bean burrito has fewer beans than before. It's pretty much a bean flavored tortilla burrito. Gonna just have to start making my own.“

“This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Davis and I come here often. It's easy to access from the highway, with a decent parking lot, and ample outdoor seating. You line up right inside to counter order and they'll hand you a number stand, then they bring your food out to you when it's ready. There's a self-service tortilla chips and salsa bar in the back, and you can choose from any of the self-serve drink dispenser options (including the horchata) if you get a fountain drink (a la carte or as part of the daily special). I love how fast the food comes out and it's my go-to restaurant when I'm in a rush. I've had their tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchilada specials, etc and they've tasted great every time. I highly recommend it!!“

“For years I've ordered the kid's chicken and rice plate with chips. Recently, I've been getting my new favorite: the chicken or steak border burrito. Damn that border burrito!!! It had caused my food baby to come alive and really should knock it off. I just won't, so there's that. Go get one and see for yourself.“

“First time in after seeing their ad is Davis Living Magazine. The atmosphere and decor is nice, you can tell they put some major effort into it. I had the crunchy carnitas taco combo plate and the wife had a carnitas chimichanga.
Food came out quickly, was fairly priced and had a bit of a gourmet flair to it. I love the tortillas used for the taco shells. Salsas were good and plating was nice. While we had plenty to eat, neither one of us felt overstuffed.
Will definitely be back again. Oh, and they have plenty of beer on draught as well has hand crafted cocktails!“

“To anyone here in Davis, El Patio is super awesome and you should try it out if you haven't already! Their Surf and Turf Burrito was next level, and they got it out quick! Definitely one of my favorite places I have eaten at here. #happybelly #lighttheworld“
