There are also several televisions and they serve a limited menu of pub food. Sit by the fireplace and relax after fighting the winds at Spanish Bay.”

“Our visit to Stoke's Adobe last weekend produced the best meal I've had on The Peninsula in a decade! Restauranteur, Sarah Orr, has hit one out of the park. The dishes prepared by Executive Chef, Bryce Hansen, were flawless, my favorties being the seared scallops and truffle chicken. Loved the nod to former occupant and socialite, Hattie Gragg, with the inclusion of the Hattie's Old Fashioned on the cocktail menu :) Looking forward to our next visit and an opportunity to sample other items on their ever evolving menu.”

“Superb friendly staff! And the cakes are delicious! We got passion fruit cake and pistachio - raspberry cake. They are beautiful, delicate, and sophisticated! I love their small pastries like financier as well. The croissant and puffed pastries are a bit too dry for me. Still it is better beyond average puffed pastries. Definitely want to try other items!”

Parking is little difficult as it’s in the prime area. But inside the brewery it’s simple fabulous 👍 much recommended one for brewery lovers”

“Service was excellent. The servers know their menu items and can help make recommendations. We all had different pastas (4 dishes) and all of us were very pleased with our meals. We shared two appetizers that were also great. I would highly recommend this restaurant. One person is gluten free and I would not have known the difference in the pastas, it was that good.”

Although I was only 18-19, Compagno’s established my standard for an amazing sandwich. 32 years later I brought my sons here for lunch. Same delicious goodness a generation later.”
