And the service was great! They arrived early. And the food was hot. The owner, Norwood, presented the food with a very appetizing description of each entree. Everyone loved it! Additionally, the portions were very generous. And everyone went back for seconds. At Triedstone, we do everything with excellence. And Darrow’s definitely met the challenge. “The dining room atmosphere was really cool⚓️, the music was awesome, and the food was delicious 😋 We ordered the 2 lb cajun garlic shrimp bucket, a bowl of gumbo, garlic fries, and calamari. The bibs and gloves given to us for eating were perfect and necessary for the messy juicy shrimp.🍤 Everything was very tasty and not too spicy. Can’t wait to come back and try some other items on the menu. Thank you for the great service and amazing lunch.😇“

“I really enjoyed the Nola vibes in the seating area on the side of the building. I was worried that the cajun seasoning on the tots would be spicy but it wasn't, and they were very good. I also had the chicken sliders without the hot sauce, and they were also good, but I wish they'd had more slaw on them. The Theves sweet tea was soooo good, I wish they sold it in gallon size!“

“To be quite honest, the bowls are a great deal for the quality of food and the amount they give you. Washington roll is really good and the miso soup it's more than reasonably priced as well. This is definitely a go to. Off of Telegraph and where Rosemead turns into Lakewood next to the doughnut shop. :p“

“I’m a huge fan of Boiling Crab but personally, the sauce and seasoning is much better here! It’s less salty and def more savory. I had king crab legs, mussels, and shrimp but they were all cooked just right. The portion was honestly more than enough and the staff are super friendly. They offered me new gloves after noticing that they had gotten dirty after a while!! The seafood is super good quality for sure but the sauce.. 🤤🤤 eating the sauce with just the rice and the sausages. If you’re around this area and looking for something to eat, I def recommend this place!!! You can always take out and freely make a mess at home while eating.“

“The 5 lb boiled seafood bag of shrimp, mussels, clams, and crayfish was delicious. The bbq chicken wings were juicy and tasty.

Parking is plentiful since it's located in a shopping center.

If I'm ever back in the area, I plan on coming back to try more of the menu items.“

“Very good food and perfect portions for the price. The quality is high, and the flavors are consistent. It's like Crab Boil Asian fusion in a way. They have both on the menu. And out of left field, the garlic bread was very tasty. I come here often and like it a lot-might be the best hidden secret in the area. If you do not like spice, order the no spice option and it is very mild. The mild is already more spicy than some people would like. Their veggies are always fresh and cooked well. Meats are higher quality. You wont be disappointed with your order from here.“

“This is the best Krispy Krunchy hands down. I tried them once before via delivery and was impressed by the freshness of the chicken. Don’t get me wrong, most KK’s have really good fried chicken, but this place seems to have been built with chicken sales in mind. Most others are retrofitted into a gas station convenience store that may or may not have the right room and facilities for making their famous fried chicken.

On top of all that, the service here is top notch. From the store clerk up front to the person making chicken. There was a wait for the wings, but otherwise all good.

Pro tip: call ahead for orders, especially larger ones.“

“Food is delicious. Not your average kickin crab flavor but it's own special flavor, sauce is a thicker consistency that i like better. I like this place because the service is fast and the food is actually good and I don't stink of garlic for like 3 days.“

“Came here with a group of 4 on a Friday around 530. We were seated and attended to right away. The service was nice and the food was really good. We actually found that going alacart was cheaper then getting a combo on the menu. My mom shared a 1/2 pound of shrimp, 1/2 pound of green muscles, we added corn and sausage and like 2 ordered of garlic bread, plus we each had a margarita and our total was like 60 dollars as opposed to one combo with no drinks, and no garlic bread is like 60 dollars. Anyhow the flavors were so good we tried the butter garlic on the shrimp and the stinken sauce flavor on the muscles and everything was delicious! I recommend this place because it's also really close to (driving close that is) the long Beach exchange/ hanger for some walking around after you are nice and stuffed.“

“Food was good. There was a little wait but the server (Derek) was alone. He was very kind and attentive. They were out of garlic noodles but It is a Tuesday after a holiday weekend. We were visiting from up north. Will definitely come back if we we're ever in the area again.

“The only thing wrong was we had to wait approximately 45 minutes do to the "only cook " was on break. First time I ever faced this in a restaurant. Myself was meeting a friend there but I'm sure had their been many other patrons they may of walked out. Food was good, waiter was good and seemed to have a friendly atmosphere being that it was my first time dining there.“

“We celebrate my brother’s birthday last Wednesday. Waiting time is not that long, our server EJ is very approachable and accommodating, customer service is really good . Great food , service crew are attentive and willing to help. Great job guys✌️🤗“
