I had a few items including their waffle, chicken sandwiches, and tteokbokki. The way they fry their chicken is so good. The skin is super crispy yet the chicken inside is still juicy. Also, this might be one of the best chicken and waffles I've ever had. The waffles are crispy on the center and soo fluffy on the inside. They also give you whip cream and butter with it. It was delicious. If this was a breakfast spot, I would go back to order the waffles every day. I also like how much toppings are in their tteokbokki. The flavor was really good and wasn't too overly spicy which I enjoy. The chicken sandwich was a little hard to eat because it is HUGE but nonetheless, it was great. The chicken wasn't dry even though they were tenders. Overall, I really liked my meal there and found it really delicious.“

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

The plantains were sweet, soft, caramalized, and a bit tart? Not really for me. The roasted chicken was super savory, flavorful, juicy, and actually really yummy. The fried chicken was perfectly crispity crunchy and just as flavorful and juicy. Pro tip is to make a taco using the corn tortilla with all the yummy ingredients. This place is actually pretty good.

The fries had a really nice season on ate every single bite I was full and I was happy this is way better than Dave's hot chicken. If you haven't tried it do yourself a favor and go. “Decided to give it a try while deciding what to eat for dinner at the Arcadia mall food court. I have tried Chick-fil-A sandwiches but never heard of this place. Ordered the Texas toast chicken sandwich and surprisingly it tastes pretty good and better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is not dried and the sandwich is not salty. Will definitely try again if I am in the area.“

“Came here this past Wednesday with my parents after hearing great things from a friend about Soonheene and Twozone Chicken. Soonheene actually started in Seoul’s famous Gwangjang Market where they were known for their pancakes, so I was excited to check it out.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Esther (the owner) and her daughter. They both went out of their way to explain the menu and answer all my questions with genuine smiles. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for a meal.

We ordered the Pork Mungbean Pancake, Rose Tteokbokki (creamy rice cakes with fish cake and sausage), Bibim-Naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles), and a whole fried chicken split into two flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious and tasty. For half the chicken, I went with the original but added green onion and their special oriental sauce drizzle. The other half was spicy soy garlic. I’ll admit, I liked the original better. I second-guessed myself when the owner’s daughter mentioned soy garlic was their number one most popular flavor followed by honey butter, but I thought I would be different and try the spicy version. The spice kind of drowned out that garlicky soy flavor, so lesson learned. Next time I am going straight for the soy garlic and honey butter combo.

For drinks, we tried the Korean coffee and cold yuzu drink, both refreshing and a nice complement to the food. By the end of the meal, everything was so good that I even found myself asking about catering their chicken for future events.

The vibe inside is really comfortable with soft K-pop playing in the background. It is just enough for atmosphere but not too loud, so you can talk easily. The only tricky part is parking since it is in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants, but at least it is free.

Overall, this was one of the most unique dining experiences we have had recently, made extra special by Esther and her daughter’s hospitality. I love supporting family-owned spots like this, and I will definitely be back to try that famous soy garlic and honey butter chicken next time.“

Oh my we love it 😍 I cannot eat spice so I can only vouch for the Garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper options however, I have tried bone in and boneless and I don’t have a favorite! It’s so hard to pick between the two! Both are perfectly cooked crispy outside and juicy inside! We usually order a side of French toast and enjoy every bite it’s perfectly made! My favorite comfort food for sure! I would also like to highlight the amazing customer service I have always experienced at this new establishment! I wish them all the success! They work so hard and make it easy for you to spend your money there… I noticed a decline in quality control, consistency and deals in today’s restaurants! Every time I come here and get their chicken it is always fresh, flavorful and on point! Their battered and seasoning they use has so much flavor, really they have no competition when it comes to chicken.

Their chicken thighs,legs breasts and wings are a lot bigger than all the others. Portion wise on their sides too they hook it up and yes fresh as well. Price wise too very reasonable compare to the others.

I do both either dine in or take out. The place is always clean inside and out. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is do to their customer service it's a hit or miss here, some are friendly and helpful especially inside, the drive through staff not so.

Other than that good spot for some fried chicken!“
