“One of my favorite ice cream places was Ici’s in Berkeley but it suddenly closed a few years ago. I’ve been looking for a place to fill that void and perhaps find closure. Well, I found closure and a new magical ice cream experience in Sunset Blvd. Eating their ice cream for the first time felt like that scene in the film Ratatouille where the food critic takes a bite and flashes back to his childhood.
I live 6 hours away, but always make sure to stop by when I’m visiting. I was going to give up ice cream for lent, but knew I wouldn’t be strong enough to skip Fluffy McCloud’s! Already looking forward to my next visit!“

“Ice Cream is always so good here. Prompt service, very nice employees. Their waffle bowl could be a little more flavorful but that’s a personal preference. Got their hot fudge sundae waffle bowl with banana cream pie and vanilla ice creams and ate every bit. Definitely recommend a stop here“

“Bacio di Latte is becoming a fast growing chain with a few stores opened in LA and in a few other cities across California.
But don’t get me wrong, although they have expanded, their ice cream are staying absolutely delicious. My personal favorite is the Belgian chocolate one. You can try it in a regular cup, or get some Nutella or pistachio cream added to it for even more flavor.
This location offers a few sitting area both indoor and outdoor. You will need to find to park on San Vicente boulevard or in the surrounding street.“

“A friend recommended this place claiming it’s one of the best ice creams worldwide. I wanted to try, so I ordered child’s size Vegan Belgian Chocolate, Cioccolato Belga, since they added this non-diary version to the menu. OMG and thank you! It’s unbelievable how good it is! So rich and delicious.The guy reaction who was sitting next to us was the same: “it’s really good!”. Go, and try. You can thank me later ?
Vegetarian options: Vegan options are Sorbets and Vegan Belgian Chocolate. Not many but still absolutely worth a try!“

“I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!“

“I’ve had ice cream/gelato/granita/dondurma and a pile of other frozen desserts on 6 continents. This is my absolute favorite on the planet. While I never order strawberry anywhere else, here it is so full of fresh strawberry flavor that I never pass it up (and this flavor is dairy-free, you’d never know!). All the flavors are fresh and delicious but my favorites are the strawberry, banana sundae, Dubai chocolate and ashta.“

“This is my first time at salt and straw and it was so good ! What was even better was the customer service. They let me try whatever I wanted and never made me feel rushed. It’s so hard to find service like this and whoever trained these employees is doing the damn thing! 10/10 would recommend, and while your there, grab a waffle cone! They’re fresh!“

I had no idea it was vegan until I saw the reviews on here! I recommend pairing the Calamansi with the Matcha—it tastes like a matcha lemonade. Other than that, the ice cream was absolutely amazing.

Only street parking in Larchmont, so I wish you all the best.
SERVICE
A long line formed right after we arrived, but we noticed it was moving efficiently while we enjoyed our ice cream.

All outdoor seating, which is covered. Probably the most aesthetically pleasing architecture for an ice cream shop in LA.“

“This Taiyaki + Ice Cream place is at the level of other giants such as SomiSomi. The soft serve has a perfect texture (I tried the Pure Milk flavor with a Taiyaki on top, the Taiyaki being filled with Nutella), the service is quick and efficient, and the store was crowded when my two friends and I went on a Saturday evening. The ambiance is great too, there are so many pictures showing what the options are like, and there are clearly-illustrated menus spread throughout the restaurant. The toppings are available for the customers to grab and add to their ice cream as they wish, and everything, from the Oreo crumbs to the Banana chips are great. You can truly feel that every single item in this store is, indeed, made With Love.“

“Wanna get some yummy ice cream after you’ve had a burger at Amboy? There’s a variety of unique flavors at Scoops, in which I got a red velvet & oreo + vanilla & m&m shake. Probably would recommend having ice cream rather than milkshake because I think you can savor it better. The flavor was sweet and creamy, but in hindsight, I would have chosen just one flavor for the shake.“

“First time coming to this place and let me say that whoever thought of putting an ice cream shop next to a pizzeria is a genius! Anyways I tried the Chocolate Gooey Brownie and the Salted, Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Out of the 2 I would get the Salted,Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough again. The Chocolate Gooey Brownie is very choclatey and a bit boring. Salted, Malted is the way to go along with a waffle cone. Prices are reasonable, portions are fine, good ice cream but I probably would pick other spots just because of their variety. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would come back.“

“This shop has so many yummy items. Some are snacks from Thailand while others they make fresh in house. I can't get enough of the bbq pork skewers that they put out around lunch time. Another favor is the coconut jelly. There are a lot of desserts I'm not familiar with so I like trying them all. Nothing disappoints if you're a fan of coconut.“

The service was fantastic from the man working there and you can even have free samples to ensure you like your flavour before committing to a flavour. “Hello Gelato stands out among the many frozen sweet shops in Old Town Pasadena. The flavors taste exactly like they're supposed to, rich and delicious. The texture is dense and smooth. “It's one of my favorite locations of Afters. This place has nice decor outside. It's all outdoor seating. You walk up to the window and there's a person there to take your order. This location only takes credit card and tap (Apple/ Google pay). No cash.
There are a lot of good flavors, but I prefer the Ube brownie. I have yet to try their sweet bun. I like the waffle cone, but just like any waffle cone, they're messy to eat because they leak at the bottom. I'm not sure if they charge, but I saw a few people ask for an additional cup with their regular cake cone.
When we arrived there wasn't a line, but there was after we ordered. Lol. Thank goodness we got there before the wave of people came. Lots of parking around the place also.“

“One of the best ice cream spots in LA! They have so many options and the best part is so all are inspired by different countries. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I tried a range of different flavors but went black sesame cookies and cream, olive oil salted date, and Japanese Neapolitan. Would definitely recommend visiting and definitely coming back!“

“Came here with a group of 5 and tasted the tofu donuts and the matcha soft serve!
Good:
- Tofu donut was super unique, I couldn't tell that it was tofu
- The soft serve was amazing- so creamy and not too sweet, and the serving size was large enough for 2 people to share or maybe even 3!
Bad:
- Long lines! Super popular place so you'll wait about 10 min for your order outside and there's limited seating
Overall this was a fun hole in the wall gem to find!“
