“Small, take out only, mom and pop dim sum hidden gem!! Good prices, super fast service, and the best dim sum i’ve had in the SGV so far. All of the items had HUGE fillings-the biggest and fattest shu mai i’ve ever had. Chive dumpling had the thinnest most see through wrapper. Loved the egg tarts they were super soft, flakey, and the filling was still soft and jiggly but set perfectly. The pineapple egg yolk buns were incredible too. Everything seasoned well. You can tell they know what they’re doing. The only minor comment is that the shrimp rice roll wrapper was a little thick but not honestly a big deal. 5 stars absolutely must try if you love dim sum!!!

Easy to order. You go to your table and there is a sheet with picture of the food item and you mark your quantity. Food was fast. I like this serving concept better - you don’t have to flag dim sum cart to your table.“

“Hands down one of the best dim sum restaurants I’ve ever been to. Just took out an order for our road trip and we were blown away. Everything is incredibly fresh and beautifully made. Flavors are so vibrant and delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

“Auntie Qiu Kitchen’s Pork XLB definitely hit the spot for my partner and me when we had cravings for XLB in Alhambra, didn’t get to try their crab and pork XLB but we'll have to come back to try it out! I definitely recommend the fried pork chop sticky rice cake, it’s super crispy, savory and the glaze on the pounded crispy rice cake is a great compliment. The server was nice and attentive and the food came out extremely fast!“

“This was my first time at Wah Sing Dim Sum. I wanted a quick bite and saw this place had good reviews. And those reviews were right! I'm not a pork eater, so I was a little limited, but the Har Gow, a classic, was spot on! Well seasoned, fresh, good size/portion. The shrimp and chive dumplings, also delicious! I also got the chicken buns and shrimp rice noodle which were delicious. The only thing was the shrimp egg rolls, I think I may have gotten the wrong thing, because they looked to be filled with ground meat (not sure if it was pork) and not shrimp. But I was told they were good too!

They do have a few tables and chairs inside to eat there. But it looked like everyone was getting takeout. You just walk in, fill out a sheet with your order, pay and wait for a very short time for your food. Very quick and easy, no nonsense kinda place. Which I very much appreciated!

“Came by for the first time on 04/22/24 during the morning hours while vacationing on CA. I ordered online to pick up my order, the place is small but very clean inside, the prices are a bit high compared to what I am used to, food tasted good and they had a lot of items in their menu. The service was pretty quick and they got my order right. I will definitely be returning back if I am again in the area.“

“A nice dim sum place in San Gabriel. Their menu is pretty similar to “yin cha” places (aka Cantonese dim sum lunch) but much more compact and cheaper that those places with dim sum trolleys. This is perfect for me because the dim sum was delicious and I didn’t like busy places. Their porridge is very good and large portion. The egg tarts are very good. Dim sum was very good overall. It's not like a unique, must-try thing, just simply delicious comfort food I'd enjoy everyday.“

“Very good quality ayce dim sum. Atmosphere is on par with other restaurants in SGV. This is my new go to place. Quality is pretty close to Sea Harbour (which sets the standard), while having no wait for tables. Also more convenient parking than other restaurants.“

“I've passed by this place many times. Sometimes there's limes of people. Always wanted to try their char siu bao. They have both steamed and baked types. I bought both types. I usually like the baked type more. But here both were good but I preferred the steamed ones more.“

I knew the business owner and his wife for years, and they are all germophobes (me too. That is why I'm so serious about hygiene in restaurants!) “This restaurant was a go to place for my mom in the early morning cuz it opened at 8 am. The dim sums was decent but it lacked varieties so choices were limited. Almost all dim sums costed $5.28 per dish except few bbq n special items.

Parking: During weekend around lunch time, it was difficult to find parking nearby the restaurant.“

We took beef noodle soups of course, and fried chicken and squid nuggets.
Everything taste very good.
The lemon teas we ordered were HUGE.
Service is fast and friendly.
We had a table right away, no need to wait. Finding a parking place may be difficult, parking is small and sharef with the supermarket next door.“

“3 of us came here for lunch today. They took over the location from Din Tai Fung. It took a few minutes before someone greeted and seated us. We ordered:
- shrimp wonton w/ house spicy sauce (best, compared to DTF and Lunasia)
- shrimp & pork dumpling w/ black truffle (Lunasia is still best)
- squid in scallop dumpling w/ XO sauce (good)
- French baked BBQ pork bun (the buns too doughy, prefer the one at Tim Ho Wan)
- eggplant stuffed w/ shrimp paste (pretty good)
- deep fried pork dumpling (meh)
- deep fried durian pastry (excellent, real durian pulp, not processed, not too sweet, a bit greasy)“

“My friend invited me to a dinner here and everything was so good! Crystal Palace took over the Chef Tony location. They not only have dimsum all day along with various dishes, but they also added carpaccio to their appetizer menu! It was delicious! So were the shishito peppers! The French style diced beef was so tender and flavorful. Hubby really liked the vermicelli with beef and pickles, pickles were so good! So was the crispy layer! I really liked their spicy wontons and of course salted egg shrimp. The dessert was delish! Loved golden lava bun and bunnies! Will definitely be back! I’m eyeing the oxtail and whole pumpkin, lobster salad and Peking duck 2 way which you need to order a day ahead. Their house special chicken is also an order ahead item that’s supposed to be really good too. Service was excellent and the ambiance is set for fine dining with so private rooms as well.“
