I got the black garlic hanasaku Ramen bowl, goyza, and a strawberry tea. the employees were so friendly and the food was fast, fresh, and delicious! I wish this was available in my local area, it would be a huge hit.”

Great beer cool merchandise family and dog friendly very welcoming place. We had a blast lots of seating and people actually invited us to join them. Good selection of beer service was quick workers were friendly as well. They do food trucks we had bbq and it was really good. Place was clean including the bathrooms. We bought shirts and will definitely go back next time we go through LA.”

“Great place for cocktails in El Segundo. A lot of classic tiki drinks plus some twist. The purple passion and Vic's grog was my favorite. The atmosphere is a tiki bar with island vibes and music. The staff was super nice and very informative of recommendation of the drinks. There's also two billiard tables for entertainment besides the sports TVs.”

“We just had the BEST New Year's Eve dinner at Porterhouse. Normally, we shy away from restaurants on NYE, with their overpriced and mediocre pre-fix dinners, but, luckily, we ended up at Porterhouse which was offering their normal a la carte menu. The menu is very extensive and every item was so tempting. The restaurant itself is gorgeous (beautiful lighting, brick walls and stunning bar). And it wouldn't have been half as amazing if it weren't for Ricky, the manager. He made us feel so welcome and made sure our night was impeccable. The cocktails were phenomenal , especially one called the Apiary (Ricky invented it, of course) which was a true work of art for the eyes and taste buds. Every dish we ordered was out of this world and cooked to perfection - wagyu steak tartare, tuna tartare, fried oysters, wedge salad, wagyu filet mignon, asparagus, broccolini and mushrooms. And, yes, we finished everything! We will undoubtedly be going back. We can't thank Ricky and Porterhouse enough for a perfect start to the new year!”

“We searched the internet for the best breweries near LAX and Five Point Five Brewery did not disappoint. It was worthy of its 4.9 stars! The Hazy Daisy IPA was hoppy and delicious. We split our pizza. My husband had the GTX muscle car and I had the VW Bus!. The Detroit style pizza’s were fresh and the dough was perfection! Loved the warm and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely visit again!”

This is a genuine Philly cheesesteak. Slightly heavy-handed on the whiz, but I was very randomly and pleasantly surprised. I haven’t had that taste since 8 years of leaving Pennsylvania”

“Everything was nice. Food was tasted great, service was good and value was decent. However, the only issue that was not great was the patio area we were seated. We sat closest to shaded back area under the trees. The debris from the trees were all over the table and seating area. The hostess asked if we wanted it wiped down. Of course we said yes, but it shouldn't have been an option for patrons to decide. I'm not blaming the cafe for what trees do, I would assumed some sort of constant checking in to keep area clean from debris of the tree. Definitely will be back.”

“There are many sugary drink shops in El Segundo masquerading as coffee places. If you order a cup of black coffee at those places it will taste bitter and gross.

Bar Nine on the other hand has actually good coffee with good beans, plenty of free parking, and it's peaceful there.”

“I was searching for Chinese fast food and found this place. Conveniently located not far from the airport and the owner was friendly and attentive. I ordered the pork short rib (soy glazed), fried chicken wings (sweet and sour), and curry chicken (very flavorful). Since I got there 30 mins before closure, one third of the entrees were sold out but I’m still pleased with the what I got. I would recommend both curry chicken and chicken wings, the pork ribs are a little bit saltier to my preference.

Would consider coming back and try their rice or noodle next time!”

“I enjoyed the variety of flavors on the Caprese chicken sando. The berry sauce, tomato and mozzarella are a bright and light contrast to the heavier fried chicken, and the bread is super soft. It’s also quite large and I had a slice leftover. The fries were pretty good and well seasoned.

The sando bar is an add on to the existing poke bar restaurant, and they do have a more limited menu at this Katsu Bar restaurant.”

Easy to order ahead and their rotisserie chicken is frankly the best I have had. I know they've been in West LA for years and so happy they just opened El Segundo. I eat here a few times a week. They have some really good sides as well, especially the roasted potatoes. Order ahead El Segundo because they are packed at lunch. Staff is very friendly and it is easy to walk up and order. They usually are 10 minutes or less. The atmosphere is fine but it is really a walk up and eat outside place. Try it. You will love it.

Parking: It just get crowed at lunch in Chargers commons because there are a lot of other restaurants. But you can always find a space somewhere.

Kid-friendliness: Perfect meal for kids. Fresh, healthy and tasty. Plenty to oder from for them.”

The portion size is perfect. There is nothing wrong except nobody can pay $14.60 for small sandwich and a coke. “I had a great experience here. I called once we landed to see if we would be able to check in early, and they said yes. My husband was so sick from the plane ride, so we were grateful for that. The room we were given wasn’t cleaned, but the front desk immediately found us one that was ready. I love the waiting area set up, and there was a cute large connect 4 game. I enjoyed a drink a bar, the bartender was very sweet. The floors are confusing, so be sure to ask the staff what floor your room is on. Parking was simple, it’s designated just for the hotel. You can pay hourly or do all day. There is a shuttle to the airport I think. We rented a vehicle though. You are walking distance from a pharmacy and a few restaurants. Food: Pinkberry as a chain has a good, consistent soft serve frozen yogurt. They have a good variety of flavors and the toppings are fresh and quality. The serving sizes are good and priced accordingly.

Service: The night we went we had great service and it was fast/efficient. The portion size served was really good.

Ambiance: This is a standard Pinkberry set up and the inside was clean and well kept. The outside area is well lit at night and felt to be a safe environment.”

“This is in the medical plaza. I parked by the food places. The guy is really nice and takes his time, so it's nice if your needing a break and not rushing. I got the rose latte, but it's more like the wine than the flower, but it was pleasant. My Danish was pretty big, sort of more of the German style Danish, but it was good and filling.”
