“Fun experience. This is a no frills Korean restaurant- you have to get up and get your own water and side dishes. But the meat comes quickly when you order it and the staff was very good in changing our grill whenever we wanted. The brisket and shrimp are the best.“

“Super tasty! King Yubu is a little hidden gem kind of place. Really delicious Korean style sushi. Think like little pockets with all kinds of fillings on rice. I got the Signature King Yubu, the spicy pork belly and the unagi Yubu with a spicy tuna and tempura sushi roll. All really good we also tried the kimchi loaded fries really big portion definitely a shareable portion. It was corn cheese with kimchi on the seasoned fries you can get different toppings like fried chicken or bulgogi but just the fries by themselves were super good so we went without all the extra. Definitely coming back to try the other options on the menu looks like new updates and ideas coming to the menu all the time. Great job chef.“

“I've been to Pigya twice now, and it was delicious both times! Make a reservation so you know you have a spot but on our last visit there was enough room so you would have been fine without one. Meat is delicious and perfectly cooked by our server...sides are also good and plentiful if you need more! Cannot recommend it enough!
Parking is K-Town is awful so valet if you can or Uber/Lyft.

“WOW! Came here last minute since other Korean BBQ spots were closed and thank god they were. This place was absolutely amazing! The staff was so attentive the whole time and they kept checking on us. When we asked for something extra like cucumbers they brought it within seconds. PLEASE come here! “We came here very earlier and it was just open. We never tried this before, the owner is very friendly and introduced everything to us. We tried the intestine combo, and we very recommend the combination of abomasum, mountain chain and large intestine. The texture of abomasum and mountain chain are very chewy, and combine with the large intestine, it is very oily smooth. It is definitely worth a try!“

“This is the K town classic. It first opened in 1982. Since then it became the place to get authentic Korean BBQ and signature dongchimi noodle. I still remember the first time I tried their noodle and I was so blown away. When it comes to dongchimi noodles, they are on the top tier.“

“Loved the food here! We ordered the beef ribs, grilled salmon, and a couple of poke dishes. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and SO flavorful; even our young kid liked them instantly. Maybe they smoke the ribs a little too. Whatever this shop does it's "broke da mouth" good. The salmon was delicious. The poke flavors were amazing. We even liked the mac salad and I normally don't enjoy that. Even details down to dressing the rice with dried seaweed was appreciated by us all.

My wife was super happy to be able to sample so many poke flavors as she was ordering. This is our new "go to" Hawaiian place because it's some of the best; even compared to on the islands. Also, the prices are quite reasonable. We can't wait to go back.“

Parking: It's in a strip mall with other restaurants, on a busy corner, & I have seen the lot packed during the day. Parking is tight there during the day, & due to the busy corner, it's tough to get in & out of. However, I normally do my b.b.q. chicken runs in the evenings after half of the businesses in that strip mall have closed, so parking isn't an issue!“
