“I had a great experience here. I called once we landed to see if we would be able to check in early, and they said yes. My husband was so sick from the plane ride, so we were grateful for that. The room we were given wasn’t cleaned, but the front desk immediately found us one that was ready. I love the waiting area set up, and there was a cute large connect 4 game. I enjoyed a drink a bar, the bartender was very sweet. The floors are confusing, so be sure to ask the staff what floor your room is on. Parking was simple, it’s designated just for the hotel. You can pay hourly or do all day. There is a shuttle to the airport I think. We rented a vehicle though. You are walking distance from a pharmacy and a few restaurants. “I totally understand it was a Saturday night and it was busy. Having stated that fact once we were seated I had said to our server Marianne on two different occasions that we were there for the current running special of $54. The meat was arriving we were enjoying. Our original server informed as she was leaving for the night and our new server was introduced rudy, once again I informed Rudy we were there for the $54 special. They were so busy I had to get up and fetch a picture of water for our table. About an hour and a half into dinner we flipped our cards over to red and we were ready to leave. It wasn't until then that we were presented with lamb chops prime rib and filet mignon which we did not partake in because the three of us were full and were already waiting for the check to arrive to pay. To my surprise we were charged the $75 each not the current special. When I asked our server why he stated because the $75 includes the three meets I just mentioned. Which we did not partake in because we were full! Rather than make a big deal paid the bill and we left. It's sad to realize that we were not brought those specialty meets until we had already requested the bill. And as I stated I had mentioned to both servers we were there for the current running special of about $54 per person.“

“Farmhouse kitchen is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had. On top of the food being great and delicious, the presentation makes you want to order everything from the menu. Chef Bo was so nice to come out to our table and all I can say is she was a very nice, young & talented person. She even made me a special dessert for my birthday. “Fantastic meal at Felix! You really can’t go wrong with an Evan Funke restaurant. The pasta was perfectly made, and the flavors were spot on. That said, I do wish the menu felt a little more distinct from his other restaurants. It’s definitely in line with his signature style, so if you’ve been to his other spots, you’ll find a lot of overlap.

We left our bubble and trekked into the city for an event, and I’m so glad we did — Wolfsglen in Westwood was absolutely worth it!

I went with a group of girlfriends and we ordered family style, which was the perfect way to try a variety of dishes. Honestly, it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say that every single plate was better than the one before. We loved everything we ordered: the Brussels sprouts, hummus, burrata salad, and the Gorgonzola pizza — all delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor.

The atmosphere is that perfect blend of upscale but relaxed — stylish and comfortable without feeling stuffy. The service was outstanding. There was always someone nearby ready to help, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and attentive. A special shoutout to Baron, the manager and co-owner, who was incredibly hospitable and made us feel so welcome.

I forgot to snap food photos (next time!), but I’ll be posting a shot of me and my friends enjoying our table. We’ll definitely be back. “They call it a nightclub, I think of it more of a great dive bar. It is clean inside and there are places to sit and they have pool tables and a dance floor. They always have a cool DJ. It is not quiet so be ready for that. Everyone is just having a great time.

The customers are nice and I have never seen an issue there. The staff is super great and they have enough people so you are not waiting at the bar for 20 minutes to get a drink. Their prices are fair and we are always able to find parking, usually on the street.

You can't miss the place, it has a huge green horse on the roof. They have the best tacos and we love taco Tuesday.

Now, it may get a little crowded on the weekend so we tend to go on weekdays.

They make the best drinks. When we go with a group I never drink because I am the one driving. Sometimes they give me my coke for free.

It is just a great locals place, but they love tourists and get them as well.

“Hands down my favorite bar. We discovered this bar while working on the Fox Studio Lot and have become regulars ever since. The Mozzatini is to DIE FOR. And the bartenders are just so nice. This bar doesn’t have the pretentious feeling most bars have in Los Angeles. I will continue to be a regular for as long as it stays this way. But really, try the Mozzatini. Its so so good.

Parking: There’s always parking off from Pico, but you may need to walk a few minutes. Just check both sides of the road. And don’t park in the neighborhood, you will get a ticket.“

They have a cafe and restaurant, both offering quality food and beverages and a full bar. The restaurant has comfortable seating options and the cafe offers outdoor seating. “This bar is awesome! We heard that it was the smallest bar in LA and expected to be greeted by regulars who resented our presence. We experienced the complete opposite. The bartender Pete immediately recognized my Midwest accent and engaged myself and my 2 adult children in conversation. The locals at the bar were also very engaging. Many reviews I have read described it as a dive. I completely disagree with that assessment. It is a local bar that is very welcoming to any patron. Keep in mind it is cash only!
