“First off this has been at this location for years and it’s definitely time for some of the booth back cushions to be replaced. I went here for breakfast on 11/2/24 and our waitress Carla was absolutely awesome. I think the location was short staffed and I have to admit Carla was working her butt off providing great service to all the patrons she was assigned all over the whole restaurant. She stayed smiling and was still attentive to us and that’s really cool and she was in costume. The food was really good and came out pretty fast due to the place having lots of folks. Only thing you gotta watch out for is the pricing on the Build Your Own Omelette. Each thing you add is 3.00 on top of the 15.00 omelette price and at most other Iphop it’s only 1.29 for each ingredient added.“

“Came here multiple times for the few days we were visiting San Fran. Their burritos are soo good!! The service here is very efficient and friendly. Don’t be intimidated by an lines outside, the wait is usually only 10mins or so even during their busy time. They’re very good at accommodating people during weekend mornings. Highly recommend!“

“Got lunch on a Saturday at this fusion brunch place near the boundary of Chinatown and Little Italy in SF. It was not crowded, which I appreciated. Was able to try the Boc Luc Lac, which was cubed beef tenderloin with sauce, and came with an egg, salad, and garlic bread, as well as the Fried Chicken and Pandan Waffles. The beef in the Boc Luc Lac was very soft and tender, with none of the toughness or rubberiness associated with beef. It was very tasty too, and the garlic bread and fried potatoes that came with it was very tasty. As for the Fried Chicken and Pandan Waffle, the waffle itself was surprisingly light and crispy, and the chicken was delicious, no complaints. Overall the food was very good and solid, and I'd like to go here again to try the other items. 4.5 out of 5.“

Why I gave five stars, because their staff especially the host/server, it was an asian man, he was veryyyyyyyy serving. He gave smiles, serve very well, really warm welcoming. Plus, i went there on monday and turned out it's a free drink day. So i bought chicken basil and crispy veggies roll. Very good food, and the best part yet to come. I love spicy food, so I asked if they have chilli powder, the server told me they have chilli paste. When he brought it to me, he warn me its very spicy. And guess what? Exactly the spicy level I wanted and its very rare to get this green chilli paste like that here in the States. I love it !! Thank you !!!“

“We had a simple yet tasty breakfast here. The coffee was great, the place was hopping and the weather was perfect for outdoor eating. It's cafeteria style: you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The whole staff was very cool, even as they were working hard to service the big crowd. The staff are all friendly, but make it before the 20 minutes til close time, they usually lock doors if there's a big enough lull, as I would do if I owned a place like this

The food was absolutely delicious, they took care of *everything* in the venue, and they were truly a joy to work with. Cecy was very responsive, professional, and patient with our many questions and requests. During the reception, the staff was wonderful with the passed appetizers and the bar, and the servers took care of us (bride and groom) with special attention. “This was the most unassuming place I've ever been. I was taken aback by the size of it once inside but felt very welcome by the staff. As everyone has said, Q's Benedict is the bee's knees, and the Vietnamese coffee is a perfect pairing. If you ask the right question, the man will take you on a special journey where there's a random couch cushion, secret hallways and a garage. You will end up in the most lovely-smelling place that you won't want to leave but alas, you must get back to your meal.

I’ve been here before about five years ago, and my sister brought me back here and it was just as good as it was the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed the hashbrowns and to be honest, they were probably the best hashbrowns I ever had a nice amount of portion that was crunchy in the outside and light and fluffy inside. The breakfast I got was a standard breakfast, but was fantastic. The eggs were brilliantly cooked and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The interior design is really nice and elegant. All the visible workers were working diligently and collectively. Chicken and pancakes came in 13 minutes. It smells delightful inside. The hot honey chicken was great! Loved the ricotta pancakes; they didn't require syrup at all. I could taste the ricotta in the pancakes. 8 minutes after I ordered the strawberry Bellini arrived; it was super boozy! Everything was aesthetically pleasing and fairly good. Definitely worth the try and return. Enjoyed the food the most. The service was slightly delayed midway through the dine due to being there during the opening shift. Dine time 1.25 hours. Freshly made food and freshly squeezed orange juice! I ordered the "Central American Special". It had fried plantains(sweet tasting flavor), fried cheese, eggs, toast, rice and beans and Bacon. The dish itself tasted great all around, would recommend. I also ordered a side of Garlic bread (did not have any taste of garlic this time though).“

“My bf and I ust grabbed breakfast to-go, but it was a quaint and cozy little diner! The staff were polite and friendly. Great clientele; 1 of the other customers joked us as a Karen when we kissed, "You can't do that here!" but she was just being funny and we chatted for a few minutes after.

Parking: There's a parking lot shared by 2 other businesses right next to the door, but there's only like 6 spots; street parking otherwise.“
