“This place is a little gem! The location that the truck is parked in is a little suspicious but was safe enough for me and a friend to walk to from our car at around 10pm, so nothing too crazy. I ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup that they have available and my friend got the waffle. Both amazing and worth the price. Would HIGHLY recommend the chocolate strawberry cup though, that was phenomenal.“

I had the Mushroom Rendang - the mushrooms and tofu were yummy, the greens were just okay, but the curried jackfruit was yuck - it tasted like they forgot the seasoning and just served plain jackfruit (maybe that’s why they hid it under the rice crackers!). This is a food truck in a cool area of San Francisco called Spark Social SF. There’s a Bay Area themed mini golf course, lots of picnic tables and covered outdoor couches, and many food trucks. “CJ and team are excellent. The commissary is well maintained with all the equipment you'd need and if they don't have something they are open to working with you to figure out a solution. Super helpful staff and overall good people that you're sharing the space with. Would definitely recommend if you have a food business and need a licensed commercial kitchen. The staff are responsive and action-oriented which feels essential when working in a shared space.“

“The ladies who were working there today were really nice. I had a beef taco and it was very good. Spicy as we love it! It came with jalapeño, grilled onions and lime. I ate it at home with rice and salad, cucumber (picture with the plate). But the take away is well done, in a box and covered by foil paper.“

“I came here with a friend one day for lunch (we had been looking forward to coming to Sarap Shop for a while and were finally able to align our schedules for a weekday, since the hours here are somewhat limited). I ordered the lechon carbonara since all of the dishes here with lechon appeared to be a popular choice online and this seemed like interesting take on dishes that were familiar to me, a fusion of Italian carbonara and Filipino lechon. To be honest, the dish was a tad too oily and salty for my preferences, but also so tasty! I ended up finishing most of it and bringing the rest home since it was a generous portion and a good balance of toppings/mix-ins and noodles. I'd look forward to ordering it again in the future.

The location was a bit... uncertain at first. Sarap Shop is located down a side street off of 4th St which is convenient if you're heading down to a game or concert. I went there from 3rd St and was a bit confused since it just looked like a residential area, but there it was! The red garage door (see other people's pics) was open so the business was indeed open, but my friend and I were confused at first since there was no one inside and it took a moment to realize we needed to order by QR code online. That was all fine, just a bit unexpected. (Other customers and delivery drivers that came in after us looked similarly confused by all the closed doors and closed serving windows inside, so perhaps they just need better signage for these cases?)

“We went to eat here tonight for the first time and they definitely did not disappoint! We ordered various things tacos, quesadillas, and a pambazo and they were all delicious. The meat was tenders, flavorful, super reasonable prices, and not greasy at all. Everything tasted really good and we will definitely be back!“

“Our company hired them for a couple of events this week, one was for 50 people and the other event went from 50 to 150 people and I only gave her 1 days notice and they were extremely accommodating and everyone loved the food. “Gotta get seafood. It’s in the name of the business. I had one shrimp taco and one fish taco. Both proteins were fried and breaded with an ample amount of slaw on top. Really good flavors. I preferred the shrimp since the texture was nice and bouncy, but the fish was good too.

There is a small tented area with two four-top tables. Other than that, I guess you gotta take it to go.

The staff was incredibly nice. Great service. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu. A great addition to the neighborhood. In a sea of great taquerias and taco trucks in Richmond, you need to stand out and Mi Casita does just that.

UPDATE: Went back for a shrimp burrito and it’s fantastic. The shrimp is sautéed in this flavorful sauce. It’s up there with La Bamba’s shrimp burrito for sure.“

The churros are delicious in their own or with a variety of fillings. My favorite is the caramelo (caramel) filling that's made with goat milk. (It's like dulce de leche but warrrrrm.)

Be prepared to pay either cash, use Zelle or get cash back from the nearby Mexican grocer. There's no option for card payments!“

“Spending some time in Cali for work and I wanted some food while I was waiting for my laundry to finish drying. Speedy’s was about 5 minutes away and I love tacos, so I decided to try it out. Absolutely DELICIOUS! I tried the asada, pollo, & pastor tacos; all the tacos were incredibly delicious, tender, and bursting with flavor! I also tried the quesabirrias; which was also absolutely delicious! 10/10 recommended!“

“It's not bad. Tacos de tripas. The tripas are almost on point but just really depends on the person I like them a little bit crunchy.
The only downside really was the portion size and the tortilla was a bit raw it didn't fully heat up. The other downside is the sauces.
The green sauce is not hot nor does it have flavor or salt it's just smushed sauce.
And the red one almost looks like ketchup texture with no flavor either. I could taste more the grease from the taco then the sauces.
Overall I'll say it's a 4 star the first time I showed up I wasn't a fan of it but this was years ago.
Add oil to the tortillas or tortillas all vapor also hits the spot.“
