“A place to get some great ice cream. It is a little pricey but the quality is up there. Be aware of some cross contamination issues though, the serving scoops come in contact with all types of ingredients.

The staff here are great, friendly and helpful. They provided free samples of the flavors of your choosing. Which is good because there are a lot of flavors to choose from. I'm glad to see it's not just run of the mill flavors either, they put their own spin on classics. I ended up getting the cake batter flavor. The ice cream is smooth, creamy and sweet. It has a nice texture to it, gummy, in a good way, as it has a nice pull/stretch to it and results in a pleasant mouth feel. There was a tiny problem though. Since they are using the same ice cream scoops for serving different flavors, my Cake Batter ice cream had bits of mint in it that was off putting. It was surface level and was only in 1 or 2 bites. While it wasn't a deal breaker, I think anyone should still be cautious of this if you have allergies. My sister ordered the Honey Lavender flavor and while the staff mentioned no peanuts and there aren't any in the ingredients, she still had a minor reaction to it. We are assuming it was because of the ice cream scoop not being rinsed properly after each use.

They also give a small cookie with each ice cream order. I tried both the regular and gluten free one. If you don't have gluten issues, get the regular one. It is far superior in texture and taste.

Jojo's Creamery is an easy recommend if you are looking for some good ice cream. While the prices are a bit elevated, there are plenty of flavors to choose from, the product is high quality and there's friendly service to go with it. Just be cautious if you have allergies as the different ice creams may have come in contact with one another by means of the ice cream scoop.“

“We visited Salt & Straw after dinner on a Tuesday and there was a good amount of people there! I get excited about vegan flavors and that month, all of the special flavors were vegan! They have lots of unique flavors and combinations here, so it’s perfect for someone who wants a unique ice cream experience and is tired of the classic flavors. While I appreciated the vegan flavors, I had to get the honey lavender. They allowed us to taste a lot of the flavors and seemed happy to do so. The kid’s size was more than enough and it tasted so great: the lavender flavor was strong enough to taste and really complimented the honey, but wasn’t overly sweet. I’d return again if I lived on the west coast, but definitely recommend for ice cream connoisseurs!“

I sampled the chili lime mango sorbet, which was refreshing and delicious, but this time I was in the mood for ice cream. Finally, we tried the self-checkout, but the credit card reader wasn’t working. So we waited for five more minutes. She still ignored us. “Menchies is one of the best frozen yogurt places to go! Menchies is incredibly delicious and the flavors are so smooth and delicious 😋. If you are in the area and looking for something soothing and refreshing you know where to go. The workers are very nice and joyful 😁. When I eat this yogurt there's just a burst of flavors in my mouth, it is like a sunset at the beach. There's many delicious toppings to chose from.“
