“Good pho, 3.5/5. Really enjoyed the broth flavor, pretty good fresh noodles, meat was a bit sub par extra chewy texture and fat around edges. Given the hefty price per bowl, and restaurant name, should improve quality of meat served.“

People hate on this place cause it’s always busy and maybe their service or food is a little slow. I’ve had that experience AND the food hits 9/10 times. Try to go when it’s not peak hours on the weekend. LUNCH time here is the cheat code. Last note, I love a sweet coconut forward curry and so I don’t love their curry’s as much as the noodles and PHO.“

I cannot make this up how flavorful the meat is and the crispy baguette and how fresh the cilantro and pickled carrots inside. Its the best combo of extremely fresh and flavorful. We are visiting from Michigan and stoped in for pho. The owners were so nice and welcoming. Helped us order, beyond accommodating to the kids. My husband order ed BBQ Pork with rice and ate the entire plate clean before I could even get a picture. He keeps saying, “I could eat that every day.”
