“First I want to say that the customer service was on point! I felt welcomed and heard which is a big deal. I don't eat meat - just fish and when I told the guy making my food that, he was so nice about changing his gloves and taking the precautions that made me feel comfortable. That's a big deal for me because there are places that are very rude and take offense to me addressing their cross contamination practices. Anyway for the food, my wrap was so delicious! It tasted fresh and had a lot of veggies which I appreciate. It also came with some garlic fries which I wasn't expecting and they were bomb! I got a wrap and fries for $13 bucks smh that's unheard of this day and time AND it was delicious and fresh... I will definitely be back!! Only thing I wish I had was some spicy tahini sauce to pour on my wrap, that would have been a game changer forreal.“

“The Grain Cafe in Culver City on Venice blvd did it again ! Every time I try something different,,, and let me tell you , they never disappoint. I ordered for delivery it was a wet burrito in green sauce ! I love the vegan chicken ! Everything is delicious . Also the guy who answers the phone is always so pleasant, courteous, and professional. For someone that is going vegetarian, I always find it easy to eat something I am craving without the meat . “This is such a cute spot, I had my reservations, as I am a neighbourhood resident and I had heard not-so-great stuff, but upon going in for my first time, I was recommended a fantastic shake, and I also got a wrap. The boys, both working the counter and the back were the sweetest people, the service was fast, and the food was fantastic. Honestly, I can't give this place enough praises. 10/10“

“Wow! I have to thank my friend for turning me on to Black Rabbit Cafe. This gem is located inside Abyss Market. I frequent this store after work, so the food cafe is closed when I come here. I was off of work today, and am I glad I ordered the BLAT. Bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato sandwich. It was THE best sandwich I've ever had. Perfect ratio! I'll be back to try more delicious food.“

“Last week I was searching for a Mediterranean restaurant that had good food but also doesn't take too long for my food to be ready. I got the beef kabob and fries with pita bread. The food was great and the customer service was on point. The gentleman that helped charge me for my pickup order was very polite and helpful! He also gave me some extra pita bread they had on the house! Highly recommend you check this place out.“

“Grain Café Van Nuys is creative LA California cuisine/Mexican/Central American food. They will work with you to figure out particular dietary requirements/restrictions. This branch is in a space that used to be a single family dwelling, although hasn't been used that way for decades. So you still have a homey environment to eat in. It just adds to the warm experience. Recommended highly!“

“My boyfriend and I were having dinner with his family and came across this place. The 5 of us came into the restaurant to eat there. The menu isn't extensive so it didn't take long for us to choose. I ordered one ground beef kabob (koobideh) that came with rice and a few veggies like a roasted tomato, one piece of squash, and one small piece of a bell pepper. The rice is really what fills you up. The kabob was flavorful but I wish the plate came with a bit more veggies for almost $20. We also ordered a Mediterranean salad which was big enough to be shared. Another family member ordered a smaller side salad. One thing I will point out is that the salads were super fresh and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. We also got a side of tzatziki that was the perfect addition. Overall, great food and the person helping us was super nice and helpful.“

“I love it here. The food feels healthy. The staff are always sweet and helpful. Really, I have no complaints. Their salads and chicken dishes are very tasty. I don't know how they do it. Their chicken is very soft. The dressings that come with the salad always pairs well. The taste can't be explained. The flavor profiles are complex. Their cookies are bomb, too.“

“I love CCC but can't stand that you don't have inside seating any longer. I hate take out and like to eat my food at restaurants. Your food is great (as long as the chicken doesn't get dried out) but please open your doors again! I go rarely now when I used to go weekly. “When I first moved down to LA, this was one of my favorite food discoveries. I loved ordering CCC for lunch or after the gym. What's changed in the last 3 years? My issue is that nothing has changed. The redundancy of the drive-up, receive a clear, yellow bag, drive back and enjoy my cold wrap or salad has become more of a chore than an experience. It's almost like a check the box "Did you eat today?" To their defense, the customer service, portions, and quality have always been top tier. For some reason I just don't crave CCC anymore. I'm not saying opening the lobby would change this, but the company could definitely use a shake up. A new menu item, a different wrap or salad, anything to excite the patrons. The saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it" but I vehemently disagree when it comes to CCC. They have the infrastructure to roll out some pretty cool food choices (ie seasoning the chicken in wraps, a hot wrap item, a new salad). Probably talking to myself here but oh well! CCC hear me out!“

“I ordered the Thai lettuce wraps through Uber eats and the lettuce was left out so I called and left a message not expecting much... but they returned my call quickly and set up a new order to be delivered. They gave me a whole new order of the lettuce wraps with extra lettuce for my original order as well as an extra brownie and cookies. “11:08 Stopped in when they first opened. Found it a unique and nutritious option for takeout in Santa Monica. It's very clean and the gal working there was very nice and very knowledgeable about the different dishes they offered. Been back a few times since and have enjoyed both the entrees as well as salads. Everything is already prepared and ready to go. So convenient when you don't what you're hungry for or haven't been to the market in awhile! There's plenty of items to choose from and so far we haven't been disappointed. I'll try to remember to take some pictures next time I'm there. Definitely recommend checking it out!“

“Always loved coming here with my family and getting the family meal or the plates. Now I like to get the bowls as it has rice, meat, and two sides. Comes with a garlic sauce and one more sauce you get to choose. I get the hot sauce. Always parking in the lot. It is free valet but def tip“

“So far the food has been great. My wife would just like more vegetarian options. The price point seems right on for the area. My only suggest would be to get someone who is excited about what your doing and be a lot more open and communicate your goals for the store with customers.“

“Our group arrived early for an event we booked that was located at the Santa Monica Place Mall, so we decided to grab a quick bite first and ordered something from here. I got the avocado toast and a berry acaí smoothie. Both were delicious! The staff who prepared our order were also very helpful. I asked if they were able to add eggs on the toast but she explained that they could not since they only have a grill. Either way the toast as it was was satisfying. I'd go here more often if I lived nearby, however I'm miles away! I'm glad I got to try it though, and I definitely recommend them if you're in this area and are looking for something fresh and healthy!“

“Clean place. Good food. Fast service. I was looking for another falafel place in the area and I decided to try Zankou in Van Nuys. When I walked in I noticed that there was a lot of places to sit and it was nice and clean inside. When I walked up to the counter I noticed that everyone was wearing a uniform and everything looked nice and organized. You could smell the food in the background and it smelled really nice. I ordered the falafel pita with hummus and it was absolutely delicious. I will for sure be coming back here again!“
