The guests really enjoyed an artichoke quiche, strawberry chicken salad and three types of mini cookies. Everyone raved about the food. It was all packaged up to be easy to serve. “I had an absolutely delicious iced matcha latte at Blue Mug yesterday. The matcha flavor was superb and it was perfect for the heat wave. The bathroom was clean, and the staff was friendly. “It was about noon as I left my Doctors office and feeling a little hungry. I say Pegah’s Kitchen next door and gave it a try. The staff were all very professional. I had their Italian omelette and if I had to rate it on a one to 10 scale with 10 being the best, I would give it a 12. This is the Vista location. Highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch, as they are not open for dinner.“

“I was wanting to find a place to eat as we were passing by Escondido on the way home, and H Brothers looked interesting. O wanted something local and comfortable and I’m so glad we stopped in. The two servers we met were both professional and very friendly. The menu is full of “comfort foods” but with twists to make them more modern and interesting. The food was delicious and served piping hot like I like it, and our servings were really large. The whole experience was great and I look forward to our next visit.“

“LOVE going to Mia Marie’s for an afternoon with friends. The atmosphere and view are incredible and the wine is fabulous. On weekends they have live music and wine vendors and we never feel like they’re so busy we have a “2 hour table limit”. Their staff is all incredibly sweet and knowledgeable and the tasting events are fantastic. We stay, we drink, we hang, we enjoy the scenery and music, and it’s always an amazing time.“

“I am a bit disappointed with recent winery messaging/policy. These changes seem to make the winery setting more exclusive and less welcoming to families. I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the wine. Just a little disappointed in the pull away from families and inclusion.

New review: I am the biggest fan of this winery. I have recommended this winery to literally all of my friends and family. I have never enjoyed a winery more than Domaine. I love most Domaine wines, which is very telling for a self-proclaimed wine snob. At most wineries I Iike two or three wines. At Domaine there is no wine I do not like. I especially like their Rincon del Diablo and Syrah. In addition to their scrumptious wine, the staff here have never waivered in their kindness and accomodations.

The missing star and slightly critical review is hopefully part of larger growing pains. My kids used to come here and feel so welcomed. They could stretch their legs and roam a bit (supervised). We could search for tadpoles or ask staff for the owl puppet or drive the tonka trucks through the olive orchard. It was a pretty special place for our teacher friend group to relax and have their kids enjoy outside at the same time. Seeing the new signage up discouraging supervised child autonomy is beyond disappointing. I enjoyed this winery as it always felt like family. It felt like home. It was uncomplicated and comfortable. Their dogs roam free and my kids, behaving with respect, were also permitted to do the same. Closing out areas to kids is beyond regrettable and makes me less inclined to continue membership (even given my 10 plus years of membership and their delicious wine). Unfortunately I am going to consider if it's worth it to be a member of a place that is seemingly inhospitable to half of my family. I wonder if they will make a separate section for families / dogs or if they will continue to slide towards exclusionary spaces.“

“Belle Marie wines are delicious and for our palate some of the best wines ever. Jeff and Scott do a great job as vinters behind the scene and out in front as folks come in to taste. We've had wines from here for over 20 years and it is ALWAYS GOOD!“

“THE HOUSE WAS ROCKIN' ! Whenever we are in Escondido this is the ONLY PLACE WE EAT ! My wife and I were heading a very long way to Wildomar on Monday to visit my wife's Mom & Dad in an assisted living facility. But first we stopped by here for a nice lunch. It was a bit before midday when we stepped inside the front entrance to be greeted warmly by the lovely owner / founder Jenny who we have known for many years. Jenny herself took our order for 1 x Capicola & Provolone Sub Sandwich plus 1 x Gangster Reuben Pastrami Sub Sandwich. The place was ABSOLUTELY ROCKIN' on Memorial Day and there were stacks of loyal customers lined up waiting to place their lunch order. Our fantastic looking sub sandwiches were hand delivered to our table...and believe me it doesn't get any better ! Our delicious sub sandwiches hit it clean outa the ball park ! As I said to lovely Jenny....YOU ARE A LEGEND !“

“Everything from the food to the staff was amazing. The pepperoni pizza, “El Pepe,” was a top quality pizzeria style. Next time we are in the area we will most definitely stop by. There is a little arcade room to keep the kids entertained while us parents enjoy sports on tv with a pitcher of beer.“

Food was good and on par with other pho restaurants we’ve frequented before moving to Escondido. I do like that their menu is simple and straight forward. We ordered shrimp spring rolls, pho with rare steak and brisket, and taro milk tea. Our oldest (toddler) loves pho broth and noodles and he didn’t want to stop eating 😂 I know there’s a boba shop next door, but their taro milk tea was tasty!

Atmosphere is clean and relaxed. Our toddler loves the fan and the fish tank. Rated it 4/5 stars because there isn’t much decoration on the walls, but I know that’ll change as business builds.

Overall, we had good food and enjoyed our visit. We’ll be back!“

Was going to get upset until I took a bite and was amazed on how good the wrong sandwich tasted! I look forward to actually getting a pastrami next time to see how good that is! Good job ladies!
