All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day. “We had a great dining experience at Urban Plates in Long Beach. Mariana explained the menu choices in a very unrushed manner, and we decided on the steak. I ordered the Chimichurri grass-fed steak with balsamic brussel sprouts and herb-roasted potatoes. All of it was delicious ( and healthy too!). The deserts were absolutely killer too. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.“

“You HAVE to try the chicken yufka. Phenomenal. Get a tatuni salad on the side, you will want to add more to the yufka it's delicious. The hot sauce isn't that spicy, but the flavor elevates the yufka so well. I wasn't even that hungry when I came in and I demolished my plate. The owner is so sweet, please give this shop a visit.“

I cannot say enough good things about Ikram Grill. The food was absolutely perfect — clean, delicious, well-prepared, and served warm just the way it should be. Every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care and pride. The portions were incredibly generous; there was so much food that we happily took some home with us, and it was just as good later.

The service was beyond perfection. Truly outstanding. The employees were attentive, kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They made us feel genuinely taken care of, not rushed, not overlooked — just appreciated as customers. Anything you could possibly want from an eatery or restaurant, Ikram Grill had it to offer.

This kind of work is not easy. It’s hard work, demanding work, and yet they make it look effortless. That alone speaks volumes about the people behind this place and the standards they hold themselves to. The care, consistency, and effort show in every detail — from the food to the service to the overall experience.

“Ugh.... First the driver delivers half of our order with half of someone else's order. We ordered 2 small pizzas, large chicken caesar salad and 2 large meatballs. We received our two pizzas with someone else's small pizza and mozzarella sticks. We called the store, told them what happened. The other lady missing her food had already called. So they will send a salad and meatballs (and yes, we offered to pay for the extra pizza and mozzarella sticks). 45 minutes later the salad arrives with NO dressing. And 8 tiny meatballs... Bummer!!! PS: We still love you FCP!“

“I gave an earlier bad review because of a to go order where they gave one strawberry for a berry basket meal. I have gone back since and it's really great. The fruit serving in the berry basket has been generous and everything tastes great! I gave a 4 star in service instead of five because a male employee did not help me right away with my pickup order just stared at me and went back to flirting with another female employee. Only when I stood there like an idiot for a while (maybe a like 4 to 5 minutes) then he gave me my pick up order. But it's ok I totally understand to be young and in love! The prices are reasonable and the portions are plenty. The atmosphere for dining in is cafeteria atmosphere, but a majority take the food to go.“

“WOW. What a great experience!! I came here at 6:40 on a Friday night and, surprisingly, there was no wait. The restaurant was homey, clean, and cozy. Vince set us up and our waitress, May, kindly explained the menu. We ordered the Bread & Butter, Miso Bacon Carbonara, and Butokaku. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! The focaccia bread was satisfyingly soft and fluffy like a sponge, paired wonderfully with the whipped honey butter. The Butokaku (pork belly) was savory, fatty, and salty. The Miso Bacon Carbonara had good flavor and nice bite, but I honestly wasn't super impressed with the mochi noodles. Regular pasta noodles might have been better. Overall, I was very impressed with the excellent service (down to cheese grated by the manager), warm interior decor, and beautiful presentation and flavors of the food. I couldn't help but peek at other peoples' tables -- Everything looked amazing. I definitely plan on coming back to try other dishes and dessert!!“

Idk about the bread ,its never fluffy like the other locations. I cant eat the end peices because of it. I order a giant, but once im done its more like a med because of those peices I have to toss out.“

“A hidden boba shop that just happens to serve pho and other food options. They don't specialize in pho and only have one variety (prime rib pho), but it slaps and is jam packed with meat! Only 10 bux and comes with a free small drink of your choice.

Unfortunately I had to deduct a star for lack of consistency. The pho ranges from amazing to just average, and I suspect it depends on the time of day. Try to come in the mornings.“
