Only heads up is that the prices are a little steep for my blood. For my daughter and I, we ordered 2 meals: a combo plate and the Monday special that comes with salad and dessert. The portions were huge, and everything was tasty. We also enjoyed 2 baskets of complimentary chips and salsa. We didn't order anything else, including drinks, and the bill was $60+tip. The bacon was perfectly crispy and the sourdough bread was very good too. It is a nice place to work from and grab breakfast and/or lunch! I noticed it gets busy during lunch but I got there right before the rush. The service was amazing, it does take a bit to get your food from my experience but it wasn't too bad. She said that I could pick anywhere to sit. I almost sat outside in the patio area but instead I elected to sit at the sushi bar so I can watch some sports on the TVs behind the bar. The server was very pleasant and brought me a glass of water and complimentary edamame. I thought to myself: so far so good. I decided on the lunch combo with three entrees. My selections were Tuna Sashimi, Salmon Nigiri and Salmon Teriyaki. Along with an a la cart order for a Salmon skin hand roll. When the food arrived I was surprised at the quality and presentation. The combo was $22 but I paid an extra $6 for the nigiri and sashimi. The salmon hand roll was $10. The meal also included miso soup. Overall everything was excellent and tasted VERY fresh. And for the price the portion was very nice. I highly recommend this place if and when you’re in the Aptos area. Two gigantic thumbs up for this hidden gem.“

Not only is Quinto the handsome poodle a friendly and superior host, but the food is consistently delectable, the service is excellent, the front and back garden settings are lush and luxuriant, and the art gallery is out of this world. Everything is local and yet international, unique and yet familiar. It's a balance that the owner and her staff have been offering for many years and it just gets better. “This is my go-to pizza place. It's always reliable. I've never ever had a bad pizza. It's even good cold. Nice and bready slices piled with cheese and toppings. I've been going here since it opened and while I do occasionally eat other pizza (Don't hate me Hugo) I've never considered making any other place my go-to. I love that they offer slices too so when I need a quick lunch I can pop in and get a slice and be on my way in minutes. They never make me wait long either.
