“The food here is amazing. You definitely get more than your money's worth. The owner is also very kind and the cook does an amazing job. Its definitely a must try. I love the inviting atmosphere. I always get the fried chicken, the pansit and the lumpia. They have their own special recipe that can't be duplicated. If I could give a thousand stars I would. This family owned restaurant is definitely a staple in the community.“

“Tried this cafe ☕️ a few weeks ago!
A quiet option for your brunch/ coffee times 🤗
We were there only for coffee, but seemed like a nice place to grab a small bite as well. Many people were doing that.
Open deck, overlooking the Centerville Station was a fun location to enjoy the coffee.
Service was great 👍 despite the wait, staff was supportive and kind.
Overall, a great option, if you like charming, old and quiet places. Don’t forget to take a walk around. Hope you enjoy! ❤️“

“The food at Gerry’s Grill is decent—I’d rate it about 4 out of 5 for flavor and overall yumminess. The only downside is that the portions are a bit on the small side. However, what really makes this place stand out is the live music! The atmosphere is lively and fun, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Definitely recommend visiting for the food and the great entertainment!“

“This Filipino spot blew me away. We ordered the Sulit Bilao #3, a massive kamayan-style spread served on banana leaves, and it was one of the most fun and satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time.
The platter had everything — grilled meats, lumpia, longganisa, chicharrón, shrimp, veggies, and rice — all packed with flavor and clearly made with care. Even the sides and dipping sauces were great.
Service was friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and the whole experience felt genuinely welcoming. If you’ve never tried kamayan dining, this is a great place to start.“

“Excellent desserts including Halo Halo; Mamon; etc. My friends from Arizona are hoping that a store opens up in Chandler, AZ or Gilbert, AZ.“

“Used to come here all the time in the 2010s and was in town for the day, so i ordered the Lechon and Crispy Pata and this place still got it. Great food and good service. I was a little crestfallen they no longer serve Sisig but they never lost a step. Bravo Toppings“

“It’s my Birthday treat today so We traveled all the way from San Francisco to Hayward and tried their Cebu Lechon. It was Crispy and tasty. Meat was moist and tender. The best cebuchon i tried in the bay area. Highly recommended. Must try also the Pansit. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Will come back to try all the items in their menu but the lechon is definitely the star..“

“I stop by after work yesterday to get the tiramisu cake for my mother-in-law. Each of us had a slice of it after the homemade hot pot dinner. We were all quite amazed about the texture and the taste. Beyond our expectation! I have to say personally I like it better than 85 °C’s version (or other competitors bakery) especially with the $31.99 price. The guy helped with my pick up was nice, I was in and out for 5 minutes. He gave me 3 packs of different color candles although we didn’t ended up using those. Their paper plates quality are not that good, very thin made. I would suggest just ask for utensils for your cake order. Might go with a different flavor next time for my husband and my daughter’s birthdays in September. :)“

“It’s a hole in a wall. I ordered the adobo pusit, bansilog, sinigang broth and tocilog on two different occasions. None took away my breath. They were mediocre. The same as the surrounding Filipino restaurants. However, the owners’ friendliness and genuineness were apparent. Both sisters on two separate occasions, stopped at my table and engaged in a warm conversation, making me feel like a beloved family. I felt like I was being served at Nobu. I asked if they had coffee and she said she can make me one, which was not part of the menu, plus it was’t included on the final check. The black pipping hot coffee was in a paper dixie cup, but tasted better than coffee in Brazil. This personalized and attentive service ensured a positive experience, despite the food.
Overall, this hole in the wall offers a welcoming atmosphere and friendly owners. The food might not be the primary draw, but it’s a great choice if seeking a comfortable spot with excellent customer interactaction.“
