“This restaurant has very lovely ambiance, and the service is extremely fast and also friendly. The food also was fine, though in need of improvements. First of all, the rice is very nicely made and perfectly cooked, better than rice in many other places. However, the Lumpiang Shanghai is not as crispy it is in the Philippines and other places which I didn’t like though, it’s not the worst either. Their Kare-Kare and Pancit Canton were both very delicious and well made and are both definitely dishes I recommend. Finally, Max’s fried chicken is not that good since it is usually always dry. To end, Max’s is a decent place to indulge in Filipino flavors though with some food which could need some perfecting.“

“We definitely recommend Timog Restaurant! Laid back atmosphere and nice ambiance. We had their squid appetizer, bangus sisig, fried lumpia, grilled bangus, kare2 volcano and the humongous todo na halo2. The servings were generous and the staff were Uber friendly. “They were closing and only had chicken or pork adobo left. The owner graciously offered a serving of both. The pork adobo was the best I've ever had, even compared to adobo I've had in the Philippines. The chicken was a little dry but still pretty tasty.“

“This is our go to place when it comes on broasted chicken in fremont. We are just so happy that their still open. We came from sacramento and just attending an event in fremont. I heard they are close but i still took a chance to check it out. Chicken seems bigger now and still taste good. Good to see tita is still working there. Pansit need some calamansi but munggo is delicious. They don't have dine-in anymore, only take out and casg only.“

We went to eat early lunchtime on a Thursday. The restaurant was located in an area I usually not visit. So it was a surprise when my friend suggested this area to eat. There were plenty of free parking spaces. The restaurant was open and clean and at this time of writing they have been in the business for about 11 years.

The food was fantastic, every dish was very well done and tasty. The waiter and waitresses were very attentive, and we could not be happier.

I highly recommend this restaurant. It is a hidden gem.“

“It's a food truck restaurant. But they have covered seating which they share with another pop up Mexican restaurant.A sign in the sidewalk directs you inside a driveway. It's the covered restaurant right there in the left. You can't tell because the sign is for the restaurant they share the eating space with.Menu is very limited but it's well prepare and good.Lumpia is fresh; he rolls and then deep fries them right there. The chicken with garlic rice is tasty. The garlic rice is actually white rice topped with toasted garlic. Try the pork and tocino skewers.“

“I ordered food on doordash from here pretty late at night before they closed because it was one of the few places open at 2-3am. When I picked it up the food was fresh, hot, and the flavor was great. Ive previously had food from here and the only thing I didnt like was the lemon chicken, the pieces that were fried were very small and dry making it almost impossible to eat and chew through, but every other item ive had from here so far was much better in quality and taste.“
