“Lunch time is always crowded but it moves quickly they also have a kiosk for ordering food if you don’t like lines the place is always clean the aroma is tasty the staff including the men that staff the kitchen are so pleasant from the cashier to the ones that serve the table bringing you your order has the best personality in the restaurants business. Take out or dine in just fabulous try it you will not be disappointed. There are other locations Redondo Beach is my ground“

“This place is DIVINE. I’d put it in the top 10 restaurants I’ve ever tried. Truly an incredible experience from the culinary aspect to the service to every attention to detail. The seating is a few tables outside, they brought us complimentary persian tea. Every meal is individually wrapped with cute, themed stickers and decor, which had a special touch. Definitely some of the best persian food I’ve ever had. I’m not a big tahchin person but you MUST get it here. The kabob plates came with salad shirazi as well. Also very affordable for the amount of food we got. Cannot wait to come back here!“

“Wow. I just put my fork in to pull some chicken meat off and it was so tender the bone popped right out (even though it wasn’t my intent) and came off 100% clean. Unreal.. reminds me of the food back home. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu including the fried eggplant vegan sandwich. We got the lemon chicken, falafel, and fried cauliflower, which is more like a cauliflower steak than florets. Delicious but just an fyi.“

“We randomly ended up to this restaurant: small, but pleasant, the type of place where you can talk with your friends. Party of three, we had the fish carpaccio, the octopus, and the burger (gourmet burger!). Everything was prepared to perfection. They will definitely see us again.“

“Best Persian food in the area. There is no cheating Persian food. It has to be fresh. Everything is made to order with quality. Chicken and beef are tender. The sides are amazing. My only gripe is I want them to get bigger but not lose their quality.“

The from Scratch Dinner experience offered a variety of different cultural foods from Palestine, Summer shared stories with us about her culture , history, and her upbringing. Making the Food so much more special, knowing that is made with love and it's her form of resistance against oppression that she offers to the world . 20% of the proceeds are donated to Palestinian families, who are experiencing extreme hardships due to the Ongoing G3n!cide in Her Homeland. “The market is a very pleasant place to be on a Saturday the fruit corner is very good and I buy my best Fuji apples there and best tangerines and peaches. I enjoy the experience a lot. There is a place for kids to run and play and comfortable tables to have a delicious meal bought at the market. I recommend the coffee there too and the bread. Enjoy the experience.“

“Great food! Had the chicken shawarma and really enjoyed it. It came with pita bread, garlic dip, and two sides. There’s a long list of sides to choose from so you can mix and match to your desire. The chicken was tasty, juicy, and has the perfect char from cooking on the spit. The portion was very large and filled me up with some leftovers.

From the moment we sat down, the service was exceptional. Danny, our server, was quick, attentive, and incredibly efficient—truly amazing. It’s rare to feel so well taken care of, especially when you’re short on time.

And the food… absolutely spectacular. The rice was perfectly cooked (Persian style), the salad was fresh (avocado on point) and vibrant, and the chicken was tender and full of flavor. Every bite was delicious.

“We went to the Lantern Grill as a group of seven cyclists who had come from Orange County for lunch.
The owner of the restaurant greeted us warmly from the moment we walked in and was very friendly and generous, which we really appreciated. Our food was prepared relatively quickly, especially considering we were a larger group.
The overall quality of the food was average. Unfortunately, the rice and the pot roast were not hot when served. That took a bit of a toll on our experience.
Overall, this was a decent lunch stop with friendly service and could easily have been even better with a little improvement in the temperature and consistency of the food.“
