“Aiko Sushi is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Ranch Cordova. The Sashimi and rolls are delicious, and the bento boxes are yummy and generous.

The employees at Aiko Sushi work hard to ensure that you enjoy the food and their service. The dining room is big, and I like the distance between the tables. The parking lot is clean and safe.

“this was my first time eating Japanese food, as far as I know, definitely my first time trying sushi. we tried three plates and shared and it was delicious! I got the 911, and we got a volcano, I think, and I can't recall the third plate that we shared. it was delicious! unfortunately, there is no low carb option. The sushi is overwhelmed with salty rice. overall this is unhealthy food but I can't argue with the flavor. definitely not for someone on a low-carb diet, like me. but I made an exception for a date with a lovely lady. Don't get me wrong, I will return to try something else, but this is not a go-to for me because of the high carb rice.“

“Sushi was great! We sat at the sushi bar, took recommendations from the chefs and loved every single bite. We had creamy maguro and spicy rainbow rolls, and hotate (scallop) nigiri. It is obvious they change their tempura frying oil, and it doesn't have that motor oil soaked look. The pop corn shrimp special is da bomb. Like walnut shrimp but with pine nuts. You can enjoy it, the butter lettuce it came with. The steamed rice is also excellent and goes well with any entree on the menu. Price is on the high side, but no regrets as you get excellent tasty food. Clean and modern vibes with friendly it staff. I just wish their bento box options would offer more combinations. Each slurp brought a satisfying warmth that sent shivers down my… well, you get the idea. The noodles were perfectly chewy, a delightful contrast to my otherwise brittle frame. I appreciated how they held onto the broth, ensuring each bite was flavorful. The toppings—a generous scattering of green onions and a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg—were visually appealing and added a delightful texture. For a skeleton, the highlight was undoubtedly the marrow-infused broth, which was rich enough to make me almost forget my lack of flesh. It was comforting in a way that transcended the corporeal.
