Felicia’s food. I had the lunch special….. chile verde (pork in green sauce) came with tortillas and beans of choice, rice. Large helping, super flavorful.
Husband had shredded chicken enchilada, beef hard taco, rice snd black beans. Said his best Mex of the 4 we have been to this week!
Cold Mexican beer in a cold glass!

“We just moved to the area about a year and a half ago from the LA area (Nor cal transplant returning). I have had lots of Mexican food. I have also been to many parts of Mexico. I know what I like and I really like this place. Funny enough the first time we came in we waited 45 minutes for our food. But it was Valentine’s Day and it was kind of busy. They brought our check and I said but we have not received our meal. The server looked horrified and got it to us as soon as possible. Normally this would prompt a bad review and a never to return. But the food was so good and staff so friendly we eat there 1 to 2 times a month. Not enough to be considered regulars but it is a lot for us to frequent a place that often. I would highly recommend this place to anyone“

“Tried Cesar's for the first time today and was blown away. The food is fire, the hot salsa is amazing and the service was friendly and great. Food comes out quickly and portions are large. Definitely get what you pay for. I tried three tacos- one pollo, carne asada and carnitas. All three were great, made to order and hot. Definitely recommended and will be back.“

“I love the carnitas burritos and chili rellenos. Wish they had better salsa and chips. New update as of August 24. Huge loss of quality. Will not be eating here anymore.

“Amazing burritos, and I'm literally the pickiest person in Nevada County when it comes to Mexican food, because I grew up in Austin, Texas. If you know, you know.

Breakfast burrito is to die for and big enough to share. The burrito with everything is amazing. Their fried beef and chicken tortas are off the charts good. Their fresh marinated meats to be taken home and cooked are also amazing. My only complaint is the marinated beef contains way too many tough, unchewable pieces, that still taste amazing, but yeah, I like to be able to chew up the meat that I'm eating (this is really common in Mexican food for some reason.) The owners are super friendly folks and great community members. So glad they're here!“
