“Went in late at night on Sunday 7/13. Dominic was front cashier. Straight up and serious, not in a bad way but a “Get the job done” typa guy. Only downside was they had powered off the shake machine early so no shakes available. Other than that, they had everything else available! Solid location.“

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.
Juan Pollo offers not just great food, but also a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food and exceptional service!“

I finally gave this place a try and got their top loaded fries regular size which came with six chicken bites. It was more than enough for me.
The sauce and balance of flavor, sweet, sour spicy, salty, tangy all just blended so well together. The coleslaw on top of the fries was an excellent touch. The chicken was incredibly juicy too.
Food was prepped before estimated time. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.“

“About 3.9 stars. A warmer chicken patty where it doesn't make me guess whether the chicken is fully cooked would take it to 4 stars. My chicken was fully cooked, just colder than expected. The best part next to the flavor is that the chicken is real whole chicken, not the fake ground up chicken patties found in all the big chains. They provide American yellow pickled chilies as a compliment which complements the chicken really well. This compliment should never be removed under any circumstances. Some chains like Curry House started loaing business after quietly trimming down on compliments, eventually closing & leaving California.“

“Great price for their combo meals.
We got 2 order of the combo wings. The combo comes with 1 medium size pizza, 12 wings, and 1 liter soda of choice.
You’re able to choose 2 sauces for the wings and we got mango habanero, lemon pepper, honey garlic, and something else. For the pizza, we got bulgogi and Hawaiian.
On top of that I ordered the dumpling and rice cake soup which was pretty good. However, there were only like 6 dumplings and lots of rice cake that couldn’t be finished. Towards the end of the soup, it started getting a bit saltier as well.
The price you pay for the amount of food you get is decent. Flavors are good as well. I think the only complaint is that they drench their chicken in sauce which isn’t my preference when eating Korean fried chicken.“

“There are many BBQ Chicken locations, but this particular spot is great because they serve the chicken piping hot, fresh out of the fryer. Plus, their tteokbokki is tastier than at other branches. Personally, I think it’s even better than the tteokbokki at Yeop-tteok, Jaws Tteokbokki, or Jopok Tteokbokki.“

“You know, Korean style chicken has evolved over the past decades in Korea itself and the market’s saturated with many brands more popular than Pelicana, but Peicana was one of THE original brands known for their spicy seasoned chicken (yang nyum)
I have not tried any other Pelicana locations, and I have no particular comment for their regular fried chicken, but the spicy original seasoned chicken at this particular Artesia location is VERY good with generous sauce on the bottom of the box to dip in any portions that you want more of it on. My hubby says it tastes just like what he used to have back in the days (tho he is more of a Kyo chon consumer in Korea, but here in the States this is his favorite). So I would say (for those who like ‘em of course) just get the original spicy seasoned chicken and you won’t fail. Plus the lady who runs the place is very, very nice — three times we bought from her though she doesn’t seem to remember (-;“

“I love bbq chicken but for some reason I always have problems with this BBQ chicken in fullerton, the chain is amazing but one of the staff here don’t really care for the customers and to be honest I order the same thing every time and this time I ordered my same order but the young girl on the phone said they couldn’t do it yet I’ve been to multiple BBQ chickens and I also called 4 of the BBQ chickens for the same order and there was literally no problem at all. “Their food is divine! Their Dave's sauce is so delicious!! The seasoning on their fries, chefs kiss! The combination of the flavors are pure ecstasy in the mouth. I love that the original/no spice still has a lot of flavor.
This location is a bit small compared to other locations. The workers seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by the many orders coming in.
But I would 1000% recommend this place. Actually I should thank their Fallout promotion. I tried it for the first time in my life because I wanted a stimpak and I immediately fell in love.

“That ginger scallion sauce hit exactly right, bright and aromatic, which is the most important thing when you’re doing Hainan chicken rice.
The chicken itself backs it up: genuinely juicy and fresh, not dried out, with that silky poached texture the dish is built around. Portions are huge and the value is hard to argue with. The other sauces run a little sweet for my taste, and so do the pickles, but the pickles are good enough that you’ll eat them all anyway. Consistent spot. Go for the chicken rice, load up on the ginger scallion, skip nothing.“

“People say this spot has some of the best fast food fried chicken. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their 4 piece meal with half fried and roasted chicken, beans, plantains, and tortillas. Yall know im a bean fiend and these beans were smooth, savory, and flavorful. The plantains were sweet, soft, caramalized, and a bit tart? Not really for me. The roasted chicken was super savory, flavorful, juicy, and actually really yummy. The fried chicken was perfectly crispity crunchy and just as flavorful and juicy. Pro tip is to make a taco using the corn tortilla with all the yummy ingredients. This place is actually pretty good.
