I’m a foodie and this was no disappointment. We ordered Dan Dan noodles, Orange Chicken, Juicy Pork Dumplings, and broccoli beef. All were so tasty and so incredibly fresh; one of the best new additions in Huntington Beach period. Normally I’m hesitant to order orange chicken because it always seems to be a disappointment but this Orange chicken was actually the best I’ve ever had.

Next time I will definitely be ordering chili beef, green beans and pan fried dumplings as they looked amazing. If this place continues to stay consistent with quality and freshness, it will be non-stop busy.

The service was absolutely 5-star and fast! We were encouraged by the fact that most of our fellow diners were Asian, and there was a steady flow of traffic. “I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lee's BBQ & Boba Chinese Food. I was thoroughly impressed! The flavors are absolutely delicious, with each dish prepared perfectly. Never had a bad meal in anything I've tried, although the curry could be kicked up a notch. Staff is attentive and friendly. Prices are very reasonable to portions served. Hard to beat the lunch deals too! Their hot & sour soup is the best around. Often have the large bowl with a side of brown rice as a lunch meal.

Our ceremony and reception both took place inside the restaurant, and even though another event was happening in a different section of the venue, we barely noticed thanks to the effective soundproofing.

He took my order of mushroom chicken, mixed vegetables and rice with a two order combo. I had BBQ pork, half and half and jalapeño chicken, with two drinks. Returned home and started to dive in! WOW IT WAS AMAZING! The pork was cooked just right, the chicken was extremely delicious and chow mein was actual chow mein and not Top Ramen noodles substitute. my friend who ordered the mushroom chicken and vegetables couldn't stop eating. I've been to numerous fast Chinese food places and none of them have been as good as this place with the quality of food and the amount given. the price was moderate in today's society of price gouging it was $27 and well worth it. if you enjoy Chinese food and really want to get a bang for your buck as well as and enjoyment of flavors in your mouth go to China Gourmet!“

“Tasty Goody in Norwalk is hands down the best Chinese food place this side of the Mississippi. I go there whenever I want some ? orange chicken, and it never disappoints. Everything in New China is cooked on request, so the food is fresh. Some dishes can take an hour, two, or three hours to prepare. So order your food about one to two hours ahead when you want to pick it up, and they will prepare it for that time so it is hot off the wok.

We love this place. We discovered it earlier this month, in January 2025, and have already been twice as a group of six. We order way too much food to sample, which still comes under $30 per person.

This is the absolute freshest, tastiest Chinese food around. One of our couples has been eating Chinese around the Whittier area for over 30 years, and they were also there for the first time this month. They were jonesing to go back so soon. We still need to try the moo shu pork. I need to order that one 3 hours ahead of time.

One woman does everything out front, and two or three men cook in the back. The last time we arrived, two other couples were dining, and the service was excellent. That night, there was a notice on the door that said no drop-in take-out (see above about ordering ahead). Service can be slower if several groups arrive simultaneously, but the food is well worth it. If you want, you can take your time at this restaurant with a dinner lasting two or three hours and won't be rushed out. It's a great place to go as a group or a couple.“

“It was my first time going to this restaurant and I was surprised to see Jjambbong served. First of all, the portion was large, the noodles were chewy, and the soup was like a thick jjamppong soup.

“The family was in the mood for some Korean Chinese food and the place closer to my house was closed so we found this place. With good reviews we decided to try it. For those that grew up with Korean Chinese food, this place is just like what you remember from back in the day. They didn't try to modernize anything and just kept it as is, just like it's supposed to be. Everything was good and it tasted fresh. I usually don't order Mongolian beef as most times, the meat is very chewy, but it wasn't here. It was tender and flavored very nicely. We also ordered the Noodles with Black Bean Sauce Noodle aka Jajangmyeon. I liked it but it wasn't great. My family on the other hand thought that it was great. The Sweet & Sour pork and the Fried Shrimp with hot garlic sauce were crunchy despite us ordering to go. Their portion size was also good. I find most places charge more AND reduce the portion size but here, although the prices did increase, the portion size is still good. That's a big plus in my book. Overall, I would come back here again and would recommend it to others.“
