The Lao sausage, a personal favorite, was phenomenal with its distinct hint of lemongrass. The duck basil is just amazing—a must-try! The service was friendly and fast, and the decor is cute, featuring lovely flowers and art. Such a great addition to the local food scene“

“So glad I tried this place out. It was similar to Shangrila Buddhist Cafe in Albany except I couldn’t get oil-free or salt-free. I ordered the sauces on the side and ate. Soup. Medium plate w/salad, collards, garbanzo beans, sweet and regular potatoes and a “rice burger.” Dessert was chocolate pie. Yummy. Great service. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-18“

The good:

Bettenjan bi tahina: So flavorful! Loved all the sauces, and the dish came together beautifully — healthy food with great presentation.

The not-so-good:

Portion sizes were quite small, so we left feeling a bit unsatisfied.

The sumac spritz tasted mostly like sugar water with barely any other flavor.

Overall, a nice place if you’re looking for healthy options, though it would be great to see some chicken kebabs for non-vegetarians and falafel choices for vegetarians.“

“The food was good, but there was a significant delay with my Snackpass pickup. My order number was incorrectly labeled, causing the food to sit on the counter for over 20 minutes until I spoke up about not receiving my food three separate times. No compensation, just an apology.

“One of my go-to sandwich shops on Solano Ave. Great paninis – can vouch for the shrimp & avocado, tuna, or vegetarian. Comes with a decent side salad and packaged in a convenient, highly portable, reusable, compostable box. Service can be a little slow at peak times, but not too bad.“

“Jen and Cecy and the team at Cafe Soleil catered our wedding at the Brazilian Room, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, they took care of *everything* in the venue, and they were truly a joy to work with. Cecy was very responsive, professional, and patient with our many questions and requests. During the reception, the staff was wonderful with the passed appetizers and the bar, and the servers took care of us (bride and groom) with special attention. “I visited Sourdough & Co. today with my friends and we had a really great experience. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the environment was nice and comfortable. We ordered the flatbread, which was amazing, and also tried three sandwiches, every bite was full and really satisfying. We also got the soup combo, and it was very tasty. “This was the first time my husband and I ever heard of this restaurant. We were a little worried about coming in as the closing time was only about 30 minutes after we arrived. We were welcomed and sat immediately. The Nigiri was absolutely amazing for AYCE. The pricing was decent for two people. Sure the rolls are smaller but it makes sense for an AYCE establishment. The service was pretty good just a very minor issue of waiting between orders but that is understandable.

“My most recent visit to Chick-fil-A in Vallejo (Admiral Callahan location) was a good overall experience, especially in terms of customer service—but there are a few things to keep in mind.

This location is consistently busy. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was wrapped halfway around the parking lot, and there were several people inside waiting for mobile orders. I placed my order through the app about 10 minutes before arriving, but still ended up waiting around 10–15 minutes total for my food after checking in.

The staff handled everything very professionally. One employee checked on my order when I asked, and another brought it out, confirmed every item (including sauces), and even held the door open for me on the way out. The service here really stands out—friendly, polite, and attentive.

As for the food, I ordered the chicken strips and waffle fries. By the time I got home (about a 5-minute drive), the fries had already cooled down and were starting to lose their freshness, while the chicken was still warm but not hot. Reheating everything in the air fryer for a few minutes brought it back to near-fresh quality.

Bottom line:

Not only do they make it an easy process to place orders, but I feel the different catering options are great for all types of meetings and events. Specifically with my most recent meeting, they really helped me out because the online system said my order couldn't be ready at the time I needed it. But when I called to talk to them they were able to accommodate the time frame and my order was ready on time. Really appreciate the help and the food is always a hit! Thanks so much!“

Currently you have to pre-order a day in advance for pickup so it takes a little planning but so worth it.Their fried chicken is so crispy. I ordered it with waffle fries and they say they only fire up the fries just before your pickup time so that they're fresh. When I went to pick up my order, they let me know it would just be a few minutes because the fries were finishing and when he came out with my order, he said he accidentally made the salad but included both the fries and salad and threw in a vanilla pudding. Everything was so delicious. Even the bonus pudding had flecks of vanilla bean and tasted so much better than the instant stuff. The chicken and fries were enough for 2 meals.“

We just love Jerusalem Organic Kitchen for a consistently well prepared meal, friendly staff, and really good ingredients! They serve a quick, casual, healthy, and absolutely delicious meal. Everything we have tried is great with balanced seasonings. My personal favorite is the Shawarma Platter. Don't miss the perfectly prepared salmon platter with a generous serving of salmon that won't set you back an arm and a leg. The salad with chicken shawarma on top is great too. And they, of course, prepare a great middle eastern platter and falafel platter. And if all you want is a sandwich or burger - you won't be disappointed. Get the idea? We like their food and for good reason - they don't try to be all things to all people - they do middle eastern cuisine and do it really well. Try it - you'll like it!“

“I recently visited Elephant Thai Cuisine and was blown away by how good everything was. The flavors were bold, authentic, and beautifully balanced exactly what you hope for in great Thai cuisine. The mango sticky rice was perfectly cooked with just the right mix of sweetness and tang, and the Green Curry had a rich, aromatic depth that made it hard to stop eating.
