“Absolutely delicious! The chilorio and the bistec (steak) are my favorite. The Macha is great too. I've been getting the chilorio burritos for lunch and the Macha breakfast burrito for breakfast. Bistec quesdillas anytime. Great beans great tortillas great meats friendly service. This is my favorite place to eat near Hemet and Menifee.Do yourself a favor and check it out. It's on highway 74 and sultanas road. I promise you won't be disappointed.“

The whole fired Tilapia is unbelievable. Everything about that fish was "RIGHT"! Crunchy, tender, seasoned and fried to perfection. Every Mexican Food restaurant has chips and salsa. However, not every Mexican Restaurant has "NACHOS"! They are not your standard Nachos. They put a spin on these chips. They are not "CORN" but a well kept secret that blows your mind. I will be writing forever but if you want to treat yourself, get there quick. You will not be disappointed. The staff was absolutely great. This restaurant offers indoor and patio dining. I enjoyed their patio dining and I look forward to holding gatherings in their Salon you can rent for larger parties. My brunch was delicious. It's in a small shopping center in the corner suite closest to Scott Rd and Haun.It has a nice, relaxing, quiet atmosphere inside. “This is a relatively small, very cozy place, with great food and friendly service! I got the menudo (blanco) and it was delicious, with all the fixings and three slices of buttery bread. Someone else in my group got the tortilla soup and really liked it (they wished it had chicken in it, but personally I prefer tortilla soup without chicken). They have sweet ones on their menu but they didn't have any today idk if they run out of those early or what but hopefully next time I go they'll have those ready ! “Pretty solid offerings here, the Taco Tuesday specials is what I come for. The only shortcoming here is consistency. One week you can have a full belly but the next visit you can get almost half the food and wind up hungry. Large selection of burritos and other authentic side dishes. After taking all the meat out, weighing each serving (barely 2-3oz of carne split evenly) this is why I realized the issue. 3/4 of the container was nothing but caldo AND THIS IS THE 32oz CUP!.... Some people may like it or prefer it with that much juice but for the amount of money it costs....that was kind of a dirty trick and hopefully a one-time error. Money is tight for everyone and you hope that when you decide to splurge and reward yourselves with a rare occasion for take-out, you want to pick a place that will feed your little family with enough...if not to fill their tummies...but to satisfy. This day and order was disappointing and hurtful because I had to still give my kids cereal afterwards and the birria was supposed to be dinner. Again...the food and flavor was beautiful. No complaints. The amount given from purchase was cruel and leaves a bad taste in your mouth for a place you normally love. Maybe asking for less caldo might be the best way to see what you're getting if you decide to try it and that's the only negative thing about it. I called La Fogata and Kris explained the technical glitch that caused it. Reasonable explanation that made sense. She then went a step further and made it right. Problem resolved. “I've lived off Bundy Canyon for over 30 years, and recall when the store was "Englehart's", with a gas pump by the big rock. I was in the USMC then, commuting to CamPen (I was able to fly down an empty Bundy Canyon Rd. and past dirt Los Alamos & Murr Hot Springs exits) and on Old 395! After becoming a civilian, I commuted to Perris, and got remarried. I often got gasoline at that pump, and my sons had happy moments climbing that rock! Now, I have been re-remarried (20 yrs), and my sons are grown and gone. However, that market has been a constant through all the years; offering last minute convenience and friendly fellowship! Mike, Ty, and their family, have sure done wonders with the place. They have put in endless effort to make it our favorite neighborhood market. (actual our ONLY neighbor market)! The owners have created a "home" and become surrogate family for many people over the years who might otherwise be lost and cast aside. We all recall that scorching July, when they became the hub for the galvanizing community-wide search for Terry Smith. These examples prove that at Menifee Market "Community" is not lost in the past, but is alive and well!“

My mother passed away recently so Casa Jimenez was nice enough to let us rent out the restaurant in her honor. It was great, the food was great and the service was great.
