“The chef arrange amazing dishes, not too much mixed in too many ingredient but elaborated and sophisitcated. The tuna appetizer is spectacular and melt in your month, the cheese selection with just a little layer of honey and the local organic goat cheese, the duck everything was sublime. Amazing wine selection also by glass. A mix of tasting with European influence , very light and spices used with proper accuracy .Definetivelly deserve a star it is a waste not to stop here“

“This place was the most amazing surprise find. The pizza was the best I have had in a long time. The crust was light and crispy. The sauce was perfect. “Fabulous, delicious food from the appetizers to the desert. A huge shout-out for the excellent service. In this day & age even classy, expensive restaurants often offer mediocre service. The waitstaff at the Depot Hotel was highly efficient, observant, attentive, and courteous. It was a delight!“

“This weekend we went to Union hotel in Santa Rosa to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette party and we had such a fun experience! We are so thankful to our server Misty and the rest of the team! They went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much, delicious pizza, yummy raspberry lemon drops and the perfect ambiance for us ladies! Will definitely be back :) Misty even helped us record an awesome TikTok video to Shania Twain’s… Man, I feel like a woman! Thank you Misty for helping my family and I create a great memory!“
“Sandwiches made us feel like we were in Italy!!! The Massimo and Parma were awesome. The two people working were very nice and fun to talk to. They were offering samples to all the customers. 100% recommend especially for a pick up before a picnic in the downtown plaza. YUMM.“

But what truly makes Red Grape special is the staff. They’re genuinely friendly, approachable, and attentive without ever being overbearing. Each visit feels like being invited to a friend’s table, complete with thoughtful wine recommendations or quick, funny conversations that make you smile.
Fun fact: the building itself has been part of Sonoma Plaza for decades, a quiet witness to the town’s history - from early 20th-century merchants to today’s bustling mix of locals and travelers. Sitting in the outdoor area, you can almost imagine the stories those walls could tell.

“If Enoteca were a bottle of wine, it would be a perfectly aged red—full-bodied, rich, and likely to make you want to tell all your friends about it after the first sip. The atmosphere is equal parts cozy and classy, like the kind of place where you can feel sophisticated and still laugh until your cheeks hurt.
And then… there’s Lilly.
Lilly isn’t just an employee—she’s the heart, soul, and uncorked magic of Enoteca Sonoma. She could probably sell wine to a vineyard owner, and she somehow knows exactly what you need before you even realize it yourself. Need a pairing suggestion? She’s got it. Need a story about the wine that makes it taste even better? Done. Need someone to casually convince you to order another glass? She’s your girl.
Basically, Enoteca without Lilly would be like a wine glass without wine—functional, but missing the good stuff.

“Love Mary's. My grandson and I each had a meal that was new on the menu. Mine was the Fried Clams and his was the Chicken Picata. Both were outstanding. The batter on the clams was very light and crunchy. I also tasted his chicken and it was outstanding. Of course, we also had an order of the plain breadsticks. So happy I live in a town with two Mary's Pizza Shacks.“

“Sonoma Grille is so excellent...I highly recommend this restaurant. The owner and staff are so welcoming and thoughtful. The drinks are excellent, the food is fantastic, it can get loud but that's part of the fun! Great bar...the lamb shank was delicious, the mussels were amazing and the linguini with prawns was sooo good. Don't miss going here. A Sonoma staple.“

“I want to take the time to share such an amazing customer service experience at the Mary's on Summerfield.
I ordered online for NYE at around 6:25 pm. It was a last minute decision as other places we were going to get dinner from were closed. My order was forecasted to be done for pick up at 7:10 pm.
I got to Marys at 6:55 pm. Earlier than anticipated due to the rain. It was definitely busy for pick up orders. It is NYE. So definitely to be expected. I got to the head of the line and was told my pickup order should be done by 7:15 pm. Close enough. I wasnt bothered. 7:20 pm rolls around and I go to the counter to check on my order. Im not mad or irritated. I just wanted an eta as I can see how hard the crew is working and the phones are ringing non stop. I approached the counter and the young gentleman was already anticipating my question. He apologized for the delay and handed me a monetary voucher to use for next time. He said it would be another 20 minutes and apologized again. I wasnt expecting such a kind gesture. I could see how busy they were and its expected due to the evening it was. 20 mins passed and my order was ready. The young gentleman called me over, apologized again for the delay, and gave me some cookies (as well) for waiting. I wish I got the young gentleman's name. He went above and beyond. It wasnt expected but very much appreciated.
The food was hot and delicious as well! Quality was just as good even with how busy they were.

“Nice little market w/fantastic sandwiches. I never thought I’d order anything other than their Godfather sandwich (tri tip) until I tried their meatball sub, now it’s pretty much a toss up between the two. Good selection of drinks, basic grocery needs, and candy/treats as well. I definitely recommend checking it out!“

“We had an incredible experience at Golden Bear Station. The food was perfectly cooked — from the salmon to the ribeye — every dish was spot on. The tomato water was such a lovely, unexpected touch that really elevated the meal. The service was outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was elegant with a fun twist of character, especially the red lighting. A truly memorable dining experience.
