“No place to sit other than a tiny table outside- but its so fun, we always get to talk to other people sitting there who are also eating. I think the chicken cutlet plate is the best. The juiciest chicken ever. Impossible to find parking, gotta order in advance if you dont want to wait 30-40’. Delicious and owner is always friendly! And the eggplant caviar is yum! A bit pricey but could definitely have it for two meals.“

“Shin Chon Seolleongtang is a hidden gem in Koreatown that seriously delivers on flavor. The soy-marinated shrimp was incredibly fresh—perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of salty and sweet. A great way to start the meal.
The galbijjim was also a standout: tender, fall-off-the-bone short ribs in a rich, savory sauce with just a hint of sweetness. You can tell they take time to do it right.
Service was friendly and fast, and the space was clean and welcoming. Whether you're craving a warm bowl of soup or a hearty shared dish, this spot won’t disappoint. Will definitely be coming back!“
“The wine bar you wish you could stumble upon every night! Great Persian food- you can tell they use fresh farmers market produce. And arguably the best natural wine list in town. This spot is a real gem. Get the Nazkhatoun (eggplant dip) w/ feta, Ghormeh Sabzi or the Fesenjan - both delicious stews. And their tarts for dessert are excellent.

“Updating review based on my latest visit to this magical place. If I ever do something stupid in the wrong state and end up on death row, my last meal will be the spaghetti from Holy Saints.
SPAGHETTI IS BETTER THAN THE SPAGHETTI AT UNION. Reminds me of an NYC restaurant - really nice, low key and GREAT food. Very comfortable. The server was a total dork - super nice, unpretentious and funny, asked me if I trust her twenty seconds after we met (I bet she plays Tetris). The music had no F’s left to give in the best way possible - definitely heard some Jefferson Starship in there and one of those songs that could be Chicago or REO Speedwagon. Will come back 1000 times - so glad this place exists.“

“Came here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. And ordering was very easy since you do it through a QR code but you can also ask for a menu and order that way as well. Food came within 10 to 15 minutes and everything was very hot and fresh. The meat pies were really hot and filled with yummy juices. The scallion pancakes were very very yummy. I highly recommend getting the cucumbers. Service was decent but don't be expecting conversations from these ladies. They bring you your food and that's about it. I can't wait to come back and the prices are so worth it.“

“Best Taiwanese food you have ever eaten! So far, everything is delicious 🤤. I ordered their fried pork chop, and it's so juicy. I enjoy their mustard greens but they are good with pork belly rice. The rice was delicious because the fatty and lean meat was evenly portioned in every bite. I ordered the pork intestine with oyster vermicelli, but I prefer only the oyster because the intestines, to my preference, are a bit plain. The oysters are fresh, and it would be nice if the menu had fried oysters as appetizers 👍. The popcorn chicken wasn't my favorite because it had less basil and was sweet, which was different from the ones I had. But overall, it's good, and I will be coming back.“

“Great experience! Food was delicious - ordered soy marinated crab, spicy crab, cockle bibimbap, and the pork belly kimchi pancake.
There was only 1 server today and he was doing the most bussing and serving all the tables with a positive attitude. I’ve never seen someone work so hard without rest, maintain composure, and treat customers with so much respect.
He deserves a raise!!!“

For a long time I ask the combo with one sandwich, one piece of chicken and fries....for about $15. What can I say about this fried chicken...
I work in the astronomical community so I clearly do NOT believe in Alien life forms visiting our planet.
But THESE chickens are OUT of this world!!! Medium is my right level of spiciness not to hot to cry, not too mild to pass under the radar.. For me a non mexican hispanic, MEDIUM is the right ammount of joy that life needs. Meat is tender an juicy, the batter is crisp and not too thick, bun is never soggy nor dry nor hard.... fries are homestyle and the dipping sauce is the fatty complement to tame the wildness of the spiciness. I really would like to go one notch above medium......but I am not that brave yet... hopefully next time!!!!“

“I was craving empanadas and found this place online that was nearby. Ordered the combo for about $13- which included:
• 2 empanadas
• 1 soup or salad
• can of soda
I tried the beef and spinach+cheese empanadas. Both were good, my favorite was spinach & cheese- creamy and flavorful. I tried the lentil soup, not bad but not my favorite and will pass next time and stick to just empanadas.“

“We eat dinner here about once a week regularly after table tennis. We love their ice lemon tea with refills and the black sesame milk tea. We like the on-choy, pork belly with preserved vegetables, squids with sour cabbage, egg plants, pan fried eggs with dry radish or bitter melon, cabocha, etc.“

“The Dish is a wonderful place for any meal. With active toasters on the booth tables it reminds one to order a many bread items as possible when ‘Dish-ing’ for breakfast. I recommend the Chicken Piccata but substitute the mashed potatoes with linguini or the excellent Patty Melt sandwich served with humungous onion rings. The Salmon Wrap is also very amazing as it is perfect if one doesn't want to feel stuffed after eating and when paired either with a salad or sliced tomatoes its a perfect balance for one to 'feel healthier' The Green Garden salad that can be chopped upon request is a phenomenal and more healthy option and paired perfectly with an ice tea for lunch.“
