“Visiting from Vegas. Was craving some ramen and this lucky gem came up! Ordered the blaze. One word! AHHHHMAZING! medium spice just right. Broth was rich in flavor and pork done just right!! New spot for ramen when I’m in town !!“

“I don't know if I had high expectations or if the chef didn't show up during lunch time, but I was recommended cold noodles and pork cutlet, but I think they were below average.

The overall atmosphere was good and the side dishes were delicious, but the main dish was lacking. The taste of galbi cold noodles cannot be missed, but the ribs seem to have lost their flavor and the cold noodles leave a lot to be desired.

The soybean paste stew was really bad.
I don’t know how to make this soybean paste stew.
It can't be without taste @.@

“That was special... went here with my son for lunch and it was a great overall experience. Love the modern decor and the staff is super friendly and helpful... we had the combo aperizer with beef and two different kinds of pickles. The fried mushroom with peppercorn powder was right up my ally but my son wasn't a fan, too dry and mushroomy. The daicon pickle was the best I've ever had. My son had the dandan noodles which were a delicious flavor bomb and I had the pork dumplings that came in a spicy red sauce. So good I'm already looking forward to coming back for more...“

“I ordered their beancurd beef tripe and tomato crab paste rice noodles today. I have gotten dinner several times before and had tried their shrimp roll, hainan chicken rice. All of the dishes I tried are good. It’s pretty quiet usually when I visit this place. The most people I’ve seen are probably 3-4 tables of customers. Service is good every time and servers are very attentive and friendly.

Its more like a 4 for this place because its a place I would often come because of their food and service. I decided to give this place a 5 star instead because I want to support small businesses like these and because this place is more hidden / low key so unless you are in the area for a quick lunch, theres a less chance people would find this place.“

“Omeli Kitchen is my happy place! Every time I go, it's a flavor explosion. The lomo salteado is a guaranteed winner—it's never let me down. And the shaken beef? Seriously, it's so good it should be illegal. This cozy spot might only have 10 tables, but they get the food to you lightning fast. It's a must-have on our regular rotation.“

“Ordered the wonton noodle soup with medium spice level. The spice level was quite high, medium was plenty for me. Broth was flavorful, and the noodles and wontons were good. Portion size was good for the price. It definitely fulfilled my craving for a hot soup on a cold day.“

“Tried this place a few days ago, ended up going there 2 days in a row! First visit I tried their Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Extra Hot sauce and fries, and it was a hooting delightful! amazing. simple. jam packed with all sorts of tofu and mushrooms. It's enough for two people. And then the lady gave out little dessert cups, like a green mung bean soup, on a hot day. this is one of them joints.“

“Tasty ramen and fried rice. Takoyaki was so good we almost thought it was freshly made. Stir fry vegetables good too. Run by Japanese operators. Service and food was prompt on a busy weekday lunch hours. Oh, and I love their beautiful Japanese ceramic plates.“

“Very kind gesture today with the Brea Father's Day car show event - a very sweet lady waitress probably helped save my 85 year old fathers life today on Father's Day. He had ran out of water on the way back to our car and got overheated and sat down there outside. Such a sweet gesture with a little free ice water, but I promise I will be back for food someday.

“The food here is so delicious! The boba was chewy and the tea flavors are so so yummy (recommend the osmanthus oolong milk tea). Their chili wontons are also amazing and the fry on the popcorn chicken/sweet potato fries is perfect. I also love their dry noodle dishes!“

“My favorite place to go whenever I'm craving hot pot nowadays! I'm not able to handle spice so I've only tried their Tomato broth, Chicken broth, and the extra mild version of the Beef Bone broth. But all 3 broths are delicious; the Tomato is sweet & tart without being too much of either, and both the Chicken and the Beef Bone are deeply flavorful without being either too watery & bland, nor too fatty & heavy. The selection of ingredients is nice as well, a good variety of tasty fish/meat balls, veggies, tofu's, and a surprisingly numerous offering of different proteins, including seafood, as well as various starches. Service has been pretty good thus far, every time I've been there, there were wait staff regularly coming by to check for water refills and napkins etc. I had to take a star off for Atmosphere though; there basically isn't any. But as long as the food stays as good as it is now, i could care less about the atmosphere to be honest.=P“

“Genuine Japanese Ramen with rich Miso taste. No other ramen shops serve this taste and only one in SoCal. It’s worth to spend your time to go to this place if you are Ramen Lover! Now they start serving Shio-Ramen (Clear Salt base soup) with Truffle oil flavor. This one is very good, too!“

“I've tried Hainan chicken all my life, and this one is special. Portions are very generous. The chicken is very tender and cooked to perfection. The rice is incredible even it's just rice. But they Cook the rice in a way that's not very greasy like other places. Kind of dry and tasty.
We also tried the potato noodles since it's highly rated with other reviews. We ended up taking to go since it was just too much food for 2 is us.
Be careful online shows Xin Wang restaurant but the actual sign in front says Ana Wang Hainan Chicken. But it is the same. Don't know why.
Not too many pictures here to take since they're all over online already. Anyhow, great food, simple dining experience. Nothing fancy. You definitely should give it a try.“

“Super dumpling was on my radar to come to when visiting California because we don't have any halal dumplings where I live. I was really looking forward to it and, thankfully, they lived up to the hype.

The pan beef fried buns were great, as were was everything else that we bought ordered. The wontons and dumplings were amazing. We got both pan fried and steamed to try both of them and they were both great.

Thankfully, we were able to find seating fairly quickly for our family of five, but they were really busy and definitely get packed quickly. I'm not sure if you can call ahead, but it's worth a shot. I actually canceled our reservation to another place close to the area just because I would rather support an establishment that has meat, and i'm happy to have found that here.“

“Tried this place for the 1st time. At the door, you notice the sign that says Military Discount. Thank you for that. Started with Egg Rolls and Spicy Edamame. Great portions, amazing flavors. Sushi had Salmon and it was very good. The ramen was Pork based ans it had a good kick. Good spicy with so much flavor. I gave the 4 stars because they have TV's and I wanted a basketball game. They couldn't change the channels for whatever reason. Asked for the bill and apply the Military Discount on the bill. The discount only applies to the Things I ate/ordered. I was there with my wife so they gave us 2 checks. It was pretty weird but oh well. But that doesn't change the fact that food was great and I want to try more items on the Menu. “This lunch price is reasonable. These days, Korean food prices are way overpriced.

I went there for lunch recently for the first time in years, and the prices were the same as 7–8 years ago. The free side dishes were also delicious.

These days, dining out is so expensive that it's hard to choose a restaurant, but I think the owner made a very wise decision. When you live generously and share with others, you'll be blessed and make plenty of money.

They’ve brought back the original flavors, and the service was great too. I’ll always be happy to open my wallet for food like this. Try having a bowl of soondae soup with a shot of soju, like you see on Korean TV — it’s the true taste of Korea.

“I live in the area and love going to HanaMaru sushi with my partner. We enjoy the food and the pleasant staff who always kindly greet us when we enter and leave!

They have a wide variety of rolls so there should be something for everyone. I've enjoyed all the different ones I've tried so far. For appetizers, chicken karaage and edamame are my go-to's. They do have other items on the menu that aren't sushi so if you do come with non-sushi lovers, there will still be something for them.

For parking, just be warned it might be a little difficult depending on the time of day you go as it's in a small lot that multiple businesses share. However, we've been lucky so far in usually finding a spot either at the right time or not having to wait too long before someone else leaves.“

“Wow, the taste was amazing - both the pho and the cucumber lemonade. The pho was richly and deeply flavored and was satisfying while still being bright and fresh feeling. The service was very prompt, friendly and helpful - the server understood my not liking overly sweet drinks and recommended the cucumber lemonade as refreshing while still having sweetness. It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. I almost never eat out, but I would if I lived near Soup Shop.“

“The spicy beef noodle is highly recommended and it did not disappoint! The meat is really tender and juicy, the noodles are chewy, and the broth is fantastic! It’s also a big serving, so you must come with an empty stomach and a big appetite!

I also like the lamb skewers. The meat is tender and packed with flavor!

The pricing is reasonable (expect to spend in the low 10's per person) and portions are good sized. They have two TV's in the case you wanted to catch a basketball game or football game as you eat. “We came here for a dinner. On a Saturday night as we love Thai food. This place was so quiet and peaceful. Basically being vegetarians we were looking for some options. We found plenty. Drunken noodles and pineapple curry were so tasty and had just enough flavours, mild and delicious. We tried their home made coconut icecream, was one of the best I had. Prices were extremely affordable and the lady who served was kind to us. Would highly recommend this place. Would wish more people could visit this place and keep their business flourishing.“
