She also went above and beyond and delivered the cookies to the venue on the day of our wedding. We were blown away and can’t thank her enough! Our guests loved the cookies and raved about them.“

“I have been going to this cold stone location for years and have always gotten great service. The employees are always so friendly and really work hard! This is a great location. They typically can get very busy and manage to get us in and out in a very timely manner. The ice cream is delicious.“

“Noticed the shop driving by, we've never been in one so Hubs and I decided to stop and go in. Nice to have a close place other than the bakery in the grocery store, to get a special cake. We tried the white chocolate raspberry mini cake. First time and cannot say enough ... absolutely heaven! Best cake I've ever had in my life. If you want a very special treat, this is it! Sooooooooooooooo good!“

“I’ve been wanting to try NBC for along time, recently moved to Santee and this location is very close to my house. I tried a few of their cakes. The red velevet is very good and moist. The carrot one is a little dry and have a giant hole in the middle. I personally love carrot cake but i’d not get it again here. The biscoff and new marble are soo goood! I wish i could choc opt for the balls though. It’s not that bad but i’m not a fan.

I also wish that they have Less icing option available. I love cheesecake icing but it gets overwhelm when it’s too much.

Shout out for the customer service! Visited them twice and received a fabulous service on both visits! This place is my fav when i crave desserts.“

“Great experience tonight at our local Cold Stone Creamery! Our server, Oscar, took the time to help us look up ingredients for the ice cream and mix-ins we wanted to help accommodate allergies. Although there was a wait, the line went quickly. The store was clean and social distancing was encouraged but not policed.“

“We ordered 14 cupcakes for a special occasion. 12 chocolate peanut butter and 2 pumpkin spice. The chocolate peanut butter cupcakes are amazing!! Probably the best all around in San Diego, but I would definitely NOT recommend the pumpkin spice. They are extremely soggy on the bottom of the cupcake. I called to ask about them, and they are apparently supposed to be that way. Yuck, who wants soggy soaked cupcakes? Not us. So I would recommend steering clear of those.“

“Had such a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery tonight! It was a rainy evening and the place was packed, but the young crew member working handled the entire line by herself like a pro. Even with the crowd, she stayed calm, moved efficiently, and kept a great attitude the whole time.

“Great experience! I cane here craving ice cream while unsure what to order and the staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations on what to get. I ordered the “Very Vanilla “ milkshake which came with a caramel drizzle. I’d definitely order this again and I’d highly recommend visiting this location.“
