“Everything noodles from all over Asia. Except, no pho. Mainly Thai and Chinese food.
We ordered:
-Spicy Szechuan chicken wontons: You could tell these were made fresh on the spot and frozen. Great size and spicy sauce.
-Fried chicken wings dirty flavor: 6 wings were evenly fried and had a dry rub.
-Dan Dan Noodles: Typical Dan Dan dish has the numbing spice but not these. It does have the peanut nutty sauce with ground pork and many slices of cha shu pork belly.
-Laksa curry noodle soup: This is a Malaysian dish that I don’t see often. It has coconut milk, lots of chicken and shrimp. Reminds me of Vietnamese noodles.
-Hainanese chicken over rice: Every time I see this dish, I would order it. It’s all in the sauce and I would have to say I was disappointed because it wasn’t the ginger scallion sauce. They use ginger garlic soy sauce. The steamed slices of chicken breast were really dry. Least favorite dish of all.
We ordered leave 3 spice for the dishes and wasn’t spicy. Only the spicy wonton had a tiny kick.
This place serves alcohol and has beer on tap as well Thai beer and non alcoholic drinks.
Looking forward to coming back to try other noodle dishes. I also loved that the prices are reasonable for the portions that you get.“

“Idc what it looks like or the atmosphere its irrelevant when the food tastes so damn good!!!!! I often find the AYCE hot pot too much and too expensive and a huge ordeal to do where this was affordable, a large portion, and I got to get the flavor I wanted without having to go to an AYCE. I ordered the beef spicy soup, added everything. The ham was nice the beef chunks were so soft and buttery, the fish cake was probably the best quality flavor fish cake I've eaten before. I'm Korean and I eat a fair amount of fish cakes but this was really really flavorful and the soup was amazing. Not too much tingling just enough spice, it was boiling hot which we Koreans love! And the noodles were so springy and never got soggy! My husband got the original bone broth and that was also so good and well stewed all the way white and deep in flavor. We also ordered the fried chicken. it's like a big bowl of taiwanese fried popcorn chicken with fried basil for only like $7?! Compared to boba shop prices for a fraction of quantity. Excellent food, can't wait to go back!!!!!! Great flavor in all we had. Cannot wait to go back! Loved it!“

“Happy Hour at Artifact is the highlight of my week! I always look forward to those afternoons when I can wrap up an early day at work and walk over to unwind.
Kendra and Kelly are the best—they always greet me warmly and, knowing sparkling rosé is my go-to, pour a glass right after saying hello. The ambience is light and relaxing, and the conversation is consistently pleasant and entertaining—it’s the perfect way to transition from work mode to relaxation.
All of the food here is absolutely delicious, but the ahi crudo and beet salad are my favorites. They’re fresh, flavorful, and never disappoint.
Artifact has mastered the art of creating a welcoming, delicious, and enjoyable happy hour experience. Highly recommend!“

“Oh my gosh, the food never disappoints, it’s so good! Definitely comparable to Din Tai Fung but at a much affordable price (: My family LOVES coming here. The service is so fast and always correct too. The ambiance is simple and can be a little loud at times, but that’s not a problem for us. I do wish they had more pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan options though, because their dumplings are usually mixed with some kind of meat, which makes it a little difficult for bringing friends and family that have those dietary preferences. However, their tofu is delicious and their cucumber salad and green beans are “BUSSIN”
My husband and my favorite, though, is their pork soup dumplings! Their chicken soup dumplings are good too, but for us, nothing beats the classic.
I’ve been meaning to post for a while, but kept forgetting - anyway, HIGHLY recommend!!!(:“

“Travelling in the San Diego area, and my wife finds this place. After my previous nights dinner arrangement fail, a pig trough would have been an upgrade. This place was great. Greeted with a smile, food came out fast and was excellent. Mongolian beef and steamed pork dumplings. I could have eaten a 100 of those dumplings. Great value, service and experience.“

“Just keep in mind I came here on a Monday at 6 PM so we didn't have to wait for a table or battle for parking. This parking lot was not turned into a paid lot try. It's where Chorus and Hive are. It's still fairly new so the menu is slightly limited. We saw photos of dishes on the wall but were told they were not available until next year. The jjajangmyeon was slightly watery. I got the "meat" one so there were strips of grilled pork. My husband got the "spicy" one which was green chili on top. It was not crazy spicy according to him but it was not that painful spicy. We got the chili shrimp and I really liked that. It was crispy, fried jumbo shrimp over with sweet chili sauce on a bed of cabbage. It had enough heat making your lips feel some heat. I liked it even though it's not a fancy dish. If I don't have to come on a busy weekend night I'm down to come back.
Oh just be ready to order on really slow tablets but your order gets through as long you're patient with the tablets. The tables are far enough where you feel like you're not on top of each other like at other restaurants in Convoy.“

“I have been craving good Thai for a few years. I have tried some not good and some okay other places. Thai Time is so good. The aromas of the spices tortured my already empty stomach with the enticement of good food to come. I have fallen in love with the food and customer service. I will be back as my budget allows.“

“Phenomenal soup! Loved the amount of spice and the flavor was top notch. Good amount of beef. Very tender. I got the Braised Beef bowl and was only sad that my giant spoon couldn’t get the last drop of broth at the bottom ;)
Might want to keep your napkin tucked into your shirt, splashing might show on ur shirt.“

“Deliciously flavorful. I ordered hand torned noodles with beef in mild spicy. Has the kick of spice without the stress. I was curious about the pork burger with the white bang - that was good too!
Noodles are soft, fresh, and chewy. Must come again.“

“My order was for takeout....and it was ready right on time. Everything was absolutely delicious and prices were good! The Satay chicken was tender and flavorful....Pad Woon Sen was fresh and light with crispy vegetables. Cream cheese wontons were great and served as dessert. The portions were generous with plenty left over for a second meal. Pretty sure Little Thai Kitchen is now my favorite Thai food spot!😊“

“Good noodles and decent amount of food for a relatively cheap price with quick service - I’ll definitely go back. I got spicy noodle and my partner got Bangkok spices noodle - honestly almost identical with slightly different taste in the sauce, but both were yummy. They ask what spice level 1-10 you want and I got a 6, but it wasn’t very spicy. They had extra chili oil, sriracha, etc. for the table if you ask though“

“Another hiding Chinese restaurant I haven’t tried was just around the corner. The first thing that caught my eye was the Roast Duck ?, although dry, I was looking for the sauce for it but there was none. My main go to was crispy friend noodles , I got the combination one , the combo was great but didn’t see much vegetables in it. My favorite that evening was the beef chow fun. I’m not a fan of fat noodles but this one ☝️ was good. Overall the food was great! I would like to try the other recipes. Go there and and bring your friends to try ?“

“Another great Thai food place in Santee fast friendly service and great food! Check your spice level, level 5 is really spicy if you’re a “Pepper Head” it’s perfect. Try level 2 or 3 my daughter thought it was perfect. You gotta try the curry puffs there you will LOVE them !“

“This place serves the most delicious and authentic Southwestern China style noodles. The broth is umami, noodles are chewy, and the seasoning is perfectly balanced with savory and spicy. Every friends I know who tried this restaurant fall in love with it.“

“This is actually two different restaurants combined; Chinese and Japanese. The Japanese food was good (but the teriyaki beef was a little overdone and I wasn't a fan of the salad dressing). The staff is very attentive and the food portions are huge but very inexpensive. Definitely going back.“

“Been eating here since I was about 5, now at 40 I could finish their bowl on my own thank goodness ?, thank goodness the flavor is still the same. Same owners/cook since i was 5,. Tried other restaurants in LA china town and still not as good as this one. Even though i live farther away mow, i still drive there to get their special noodle soup (been eating since i was 5), eveyone i introduced this restuarant too now loves it. People who loves pho, once they try there noodles soup they can't do pho anymore. Fried egg noodles soup also to die for, including their thick fried noodles, i can go on forever with all their different dishes that will show you what asain/homemade style food is. I've tasted many different chinese food from here to Seattle/Mexicali and this to me is still the restaurant that others try to match up too. ??????“

“The food here is absolutely phenomenal! This is the most authentic Thai food I've ever had in San Diego. This place is really a hole in a wall, and it could be hard to find. The Shrimp Pad Thai is one of the best I've ever had. Definitely my favorite place to get Thai food from now on.“

“Says Chinese food but also has Thai food but a bunch of Vietnamese writing. Red curry is spicy. They included tail on for shrimp in the curry. Kung pao chicken was crispy and had a nice amount of heat. Pork and Chinese broccoli was good. Thai noodles with beef needs improvement and more beef. They didn’t include rice with my curry and wanted to charge $2.75 for some which is absurd. Parking lot in back“

“The ramen is delicious, but if you're thinking of adding on broccolini skip it. They charge $1 for literally the smallest piece I've ever seen and when I called to voice my concern about feeling ripped off, they didn't care. I feel like if you're paying $20 for a bowl of ramen you should get what you pay for“

“I noticed Spicy House serves Da Pan Ji (Big Plate Chicken) for just over $20, so I decided to try it along with Dongpo Pork, salted egg yolk tofu, and scallion pancakes—dishes my dad loves. Everything was delicious and great value!
The tofu was super flavorful and perfect with rice, the pork was tender and not greasy, and the Da Pan Ji was a huge portion with wide noodles, making it an incredible deal. Only the scallion pancake was average. My dad loved the meal, and with four of us eating, we still had leftovers!“

“I am so thankful that my daughter one night was randomly craving soup dumplings here in escondido. I have NEVER had them before but she had seen a YouTube video about them and was dying to try them. We then stumbled upon to dumplings and more and boy am I glad! The soup dumplings (aka xio long bao) are amazing! Everything that I have ordered from here is nothing but superb: lamb dumplings, wontons in chili oil, Mongolian beef, Szechuan beef...all of it has been great and everyone is so nice! Place is well kept as well. I can't tell you how often I crave the food from here. Please try you won't be disappointed 😍
Kid-friendliness: This is my new go to place to have mother daughter dates with my 9 year old.“

“I had brunch here with my friend the other day. I haven't been here in years. The menu seems to be the same, but the food does taste a little different from what I remember.
The service was on point, and we stayed talking well past being done with our meal and the staff didn't make us feel rushed at all.
I ordered:
#25 the Skewered Satay Beef- the meatballs are not as firm as they were in the past, they completely fall apart when you cut them in half. But they were good.
#14A House Special Satay Pho- this was so great, flavorful and really filling. I loved it.
Thai Iced Tea to-go - very tasty, exactly what I was hoping for.
Parking was easy, there are lots of spots. The vibe was casual.“
