So much attention to detail and flavor in the dough and sauce PLUS they freshly grate Parmesan on your slice after reheating it. Way more than I was expecting and reasonably priced! “I like the pizza here, but they hella skimp on the toppings. If I get a large pizza with onions, olive, and mushroom on it I pay like $10 for those vegetables. Don't try to give me 1/16th of an onion on my whole pizza, I want to taste it.“

“I've been buying pizza here for 13 years and continue to drive there from Oakland even after leaving Alameda 10 years ago. Tough to find a better pizza because it is always fresh, hot, fairly priced, and the crust is so good. I love the garlic chicken and garlic supreme the most. They don't skimp on toppings and the dough is just delicious. The guys are always super nice and if there was one in North Oakland I would probably eat there once a week so it's probably better that I have to drive out. Haha!“

“Been in town for about 3wks finally had time to stop in. Iam glad I did. The lady who took my order was very nice and friendly I ordered wings and pizza. The wings were good The meat just fell of the bone and really good. The pizza was really good. Alot of jalapeños and pepperoni on it and the flavor was good. Will definitely go again“
“Pizza is surprisingly very good. The dough and crust is chewy and crispy at the same time. The tomato sauce has a right balance of tomato sweet and tang. And right amount so the pizza is not wet. I did not get the slices, just the whole pie. Pepperoni is good; the sausage could be more flavorful but I'm nitpicking. Highly recommend.“

“Food: Our friend recommended this place and they’ve been dined in or ordered takeouts multiple times. We came here and tried the recommended dishes, and it’s probably by far the BEST I’ve tried near Bay Area. I can’t wait to come back again and tried other pasta dishes and see if Melo’s going to be my fav Italian restaurant of all time! 100% recommend the chicken parmigiana, the sauce and cheese are perfectly balanced. I’m very picky when it comes to cheese or cream, and they made it so well✨ Square pizza is also another highlight. It was slight over burnt on the edge but the honey complements the flavor of the pepperoni and crispness.
Ambiance: it was warm and cozy. We sat in the patio seats and it suddenly rained, and all the staff came out to open the shades, and they also helped with the heater and offering blankets which makes the dining experience enjoyable.

“This place makes the absolute BEST Fougasse! It is olive-y the duck fat it’s made with makes it, crisp, light, and perfectly moist. The crusty outside is lightly salted to perfection. Their pastries are also exquisite, I haven’t had anything I didn’t like, but I ALWAYS come for the Fougasse! Best to get there early when they are nice and fresh and warm and before they sell out!“

“Just want to give a special shout out to the manager, Darron. I get a pizza there once a week, on VIP Mondays when you can get 15% off, and this guy sure treats me like a VIP! I switched from thin crust to deep dish after about a year, and he called to make sure that they got the order right, and called again to make sure they would get my pizza right when I gave some special instructions. I think he even called me once to make sure I didn't forget to order on the VIP Monday! And the pizza is of course delicious and a great deal, so how can you go wrong?!?“

“Just had a GREAT experience at Melo’s today! We had a large group (24+) where we pre-ordered pizza and salads. They set us up in an area perfect for our group. Our food was set up on one table…buffet style…and we had plenty of tables to sit and eat. Highly recommend Melo’s pizza and pasta in Danville!“
“This is my second time in since new name/ownership. First time was for a HUGE pizza, it was great! Today I got a calzone for lunch and it's delicious. Good ratio of filling to crust, and overall it's fluffy and chewy and tastes great. Comes with a side of sauce for dipping. At $15 (4 toppings!) I've got lunch and dinner!!!“

“From the moment my daughter and I walked into Silver Pizzeria, we knew we were in for something special. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and welcoming in a way that instantly makes you want to slow down and enjoy the experience.
The customer service? Truly top notch. Warm, attentive, and genuine in a way that’s becoming rare these days. And then there’s the food… every bite was a celebration. The flavors were bold, balanced, and exciting, honestly, a full on party in my mouth. My daughter and I loved every single bite.
We were helped by Gustavo, and he deserves special recognition. Not only was he incredibly kind and attentive, but he radiates such positive energy and a genuinely kind soul. You can immediately tell he’s proud of what he creates, and that pride shows in every detail, from the service to the food itself.
