Starting of with the soup , the soup was so good and I really liked it , next is the orange chicken, the orange chicken was really good it had so much good flavor and the perfect crunch not too crunchy but it was super tender next is the bread and cream cheese and pepper this was for my appetizer and it made a really good flavor with a sweet and spicy sauce, last but not least is the noodles they were the top tier and had a juicy taste to it and I really like the noodles.“

“Miranda was an excellent server who was accommodating to giving two young hungry children preferential order treatment in order to circumvent a melt down!! Very appreciated!
When orders came out, she followed up to make sure everything was per the special requests of the parents. She also provided very good recommendations for the adults.
Thank you Miranda!“

“By chance, my wife and I had stopped for lunch at Hai Master Restaurant and discovered that this restaurant is definitely a cuisine that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The prepared food distinguishes their dishes from the regular Chinese restaurant and is a taste that is incredibly delicious. The owner and chef is definitely one of a kind that incorporated the taste of her original province in China with her own spin. Tammy is the owner and chef and she just hired another chef with skills preparing Sichuan dishes if you want spicy food. This restaurant is becoming more popular each day because the restaurant is more packed every time we come there. Introduce yourself to Leo who can welcome you and lead you to the different delicious dishes they prepare and the service you can enjoy. 5 STARS“

“The roujiamo in this shop is really amazing! The pancakes are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and fragrant. The meat is tender and juicy, fat but not greasy, and the seasoning is just right, making every bite full of satisfaction. After eating the whole thing, I still feel unsatisfied and want to have another one! Recommended to all friends who like authentic Shaanxi flavor, you must try it!“

“The place is incredibly clean and updated, with a modern vibe that makes dining there so comfortable.
Ordering is so easy—just scan the QR code at the table, browse the menu, and place your order right from your phone.
Food: The variety of dishes was impressive and authentic. We tried the Chengdu Dan Dan Noodles, stir-fried vegetables, garlic cucumber, fatty beef soup, and Japanese tofu egg. The stir-fried vegetables were perfectly seasoned, and the garlic cucumber added a refreshing crunch.
We ate the Japanese tofu egg with rice and stir-fried vegetables and it’s the bomb.
The service was attentive. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Sichuan flavors!“

“This restaurant offers an authentic dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with traditional and authentic style. The flavors were rich and balanced, and the portions were generous. The service was excellent. My server even brought me some of their dishes to try for free! For the quality and authenticity, the prices were very reasonable. I’ll definitely be returning!"“

“Our first time at Sunny’s Dumpling House. What an amazing experience, reaching them make each and every dumpling by hand. This made us enjoy the dumplings even more. We had them suggest some of the favorites and they didn’t disappoint. Try Sunny’s, we will be back, so much more to try!“

“The taste is not bad, the little boy who takes the order is not bad, but the other services are really not good. I ordered a lot and didn't even have a bowl. I asked a question and a woman gave me a stiff answer and washed it away. . . No apology at all for not providing the cutlery that should have been provided. I wasn't even drunk until I finished eating. . . The restaurants in Irvine are so popular, I’m really not afraid of them, they’re pretty awesome.
Parking: There is no ground floor, you can go underground, there are many places“

“Like all the reviews say, score the pad see ew! Also went for the green beans appetizer and soup as well.
Their food is so flavorful! Initially I was taking it to go but quickly changed to dining in to enjoy the atmosphere. I kid you not they had the food ready within 5 minutes.
Super clean, super fresh, very fast. Plenty of parking and the overall perfect dinner spot. Good portion size for the price.“

“We have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant for the past two years. After looking at Yelp, we decided to give them a try. Wow we found a great restaurant with fresh good tasting food. The atmosphere is a little different with the bar area being in the center. But with the awesome service and fantastic food who cares. You have to try it as soon as you can.“

“Absolutely delicious! The owner is so kind and generous, and the food is by far the best I’ve found in South OC. I drive over 25 minutes to get there, and am never disappointed. Can’t understand how anyone can give this less than 5 stars - so happy I found this gem.“

“This is Orange County's best Chinese food restaurant! Food is always consistently good, fresh ingredients, served hot, with good presentation. The service is always excellent! Sandy and Lucy are wonderful servers who are friendly, courteous, and take great care of their patrons. If you are a longtime patron they remember you and your menu favorites. I highly recommend China Moon! Reservations are recommended but they do take walk-ins.“

“Ordered for delivery using instacart so paid premium for moderately good food. The bag was sealed in a way that would be difficult to tamper with it so we liked that. We’ve eaten at PF Chang’s in many cities because it’s consistently good and tasty. It earned a four star rating because it is overpriced compared to similar food offered at lower prices by other restaurants. The service for dine-in is usually good. I was excited to find that you can order lo mein noodles instead of rice as the side for Sesame Beef (still way overpriced) and the kid’s Lettuce Wraps came with a good serving size for the price. The veggie egg rolls were mooshy and the sauce was too spicy for me. Disappointing compared to what I expected (traditional Chinese). The meal came with one fortune cookie for each item, utensils, napkins, and soy sauce packets.
Parking: Parking can be tricky at certain times of the day because it’s at the mall and they blocked off an aisle for Tesla charging and other EV charging. If you are going for the charging and dining, it’s really good.“

“amazing orange chicken and rice is all I get it's all I need it feeds up to 3 people you get a rice serving for like a dollar and the plastic ware that the food comes in can be used to save trees by washing reusing instead of buying paper plates .
20 bucks feeds 2-3 people
which is amazing
my new favorite Chinese food“

“So good. I know of no other place near here with Cantonese BBQ, especially duck. I primarily only get the duck but I have had the honey walnut shrimp and the green beans and have never been disappointed.
I use to have to drive to Irvine to get some duck but now that Sam Woo has closed this I the only place. I would argue it is better than Sam Woo was when they were still in business.
So happy this place opened so close to me.“

“It supplies anericanized Chinese food. Not typical Chinese, but is better than I thought. Mongulia Beef and Laumian are the best. Singapore Street noodle is also good. The price is low consider the amount of food. That is a good place overall.“

“Stopped by on a weeknight and found the restaurant relatively full but I get it!
The restaurant itself is open and clean. The service is fast and friendly. Given so many people I was happily surprised how quickly the food came and how attentive the service was.
The food, honestly, loved it! The portions are a good size. The flavors are spot on. They offer a grilled menu after 5pm, which is fun to eat!“

I'll come here soon again.“

“Nothing fishy about this place. It's a small family run business. Blame covid for the price increases and there are sign posted to make you aware of the increase. it's the best food and most reasonable prices in town. if you cant afford a 11 dish then don't buy or complain about it. These reviews are for the food not whiners.“

“I really enjoy the food here and often get takeout, but the prices have become much higher. Just six months ago, I ordered the same dishes for $6 less. It's now June 2024, and I'm quite disappointed about the price hike. This will probably be my last visit since I can find similar dishes elsewhere for a better price. It's a shame, but I have to consider my budget.“

“Very good food. Many choices on menu. Downside is they are very hard to get on phone. Also the hours they have posted online, even on this page, show “OPEN” Sunday, when we found out the hard way they are indeed NOT open. Please change your online presence to state correct days/hours. Including Yelp. This would be very helpful. Other than that, I give it “2 Thumbs up”.“

“THE BEST CHINESE FOOD WE’VE EVER HAD. Delivered piping hot, even though it was close to closing. Uber Eats doesn’t tell you that, so we didn't know :( Ordered the orange peel chicken, sizzling beef Cantonese, cream cheese wontons, BBQ pork lo mein, and mu shu pork. WOW! so hot and fresh and delicious. Portions are massive! I don’t usually order Chinese food but DANG this place has made me a fan. My husband, on the other hand: Chinese food is his favorite, so for him to say this was amazing, you know it was!“

“I just wanted to take the time to really thank Pick Up Stix at the Lake Forest location. I always have had a great experience here - whether it be for the food or the customer service.
Recently, I decided to venture off my usual choice - Chow Mein - which I think is the best ever. Unfortunately, the new dish I ordered was subpar, I called the restaurant and spoke to a nice lady (I forgot her name unfortunately), she went above and beyond just replacing the meal. And I really appreciated it. Customer service like this is now rare - but she was so nice about it. A) didn't make me feel low or stuck-up (I hate that feeling esp when the vendor makes the mistake) - this was not the case here B) replaced the meal with another of my choice C) And added a generous extra item on the house
Thank you so much! My family loved the dinner - per usual :)“

“This is my first time here. I didn't even know it existed.
I had the three flavor kung pao , substituted chow mein noodles for the rice with a side of tempura shrimp.
I loved how the kung pao was caramelized.
The chow mein noodles were not over cooked nor under cooked.
The tempura shrimp seasoned just right and fried to the right crispness.
All in all it was full on foodgazism to the hilt.
The best I can say is bye bye Panda Express and hello Little Chopsticks.
If you're looking for fresh Chinese food this is the place. If you're a foodie give this place a try.... you just might enjoy it. I know I did.
I'm sure the food delivery services pickup here. Check you local listing first.
I know I'll be back to eat again.
Until then if it ain't gonna bring you to foodgazism then don't put it in your mouth or on the tip of your tongue.“

“We were looking for a trendy breakfast but accidentally drove in this plaza with several Asian restaurants open (8:30ish). We saw a couple eating outside the Kingfu Master, and decided to give a try. We tried a few items on the menu, and to our surprise, they are outstanding! We then order almost everything on the breakfast menu. My kids, wife and I appreciate the authenticity of the food they offer. The cashier is little bit unenthusiastic but gets her job done. The place is clean. Overall, a great spot for breakfast.“

“Some of the best Chinese takeout in OC! Fast, friendly service and inexpensive to boot! The staff are very kind and will make dishes to order if the food you want isn't laid out when you order. “We just moved to Irvine, CA from Seattle and would like to try some Chinese food in Irvine. My wife told me that Hi House promotes the product - Champion Beef Noodle Soup (紅燒冠軍牛肉麵). Free Refill for Noodle and Soup. Since my kids love noodles, I would say it is a good deal.We went there twice.First time: We ordered the Champion Beef Noodle Soup ( 1 bowl) for my 2 kids, but the soup was mild spicy. But it was fine for them. They enjoyed eating noodles especially free refill. My wife ordered Tomato Beef Noodle Soup (紅燒番茄牛肉麵) and she really loved it.Second time: My kids still wanted to have Champion Beef Noodle Soup. This time, the soup a little bit spicy compared to the dining experience for the first time. They did not like it.Suggestion:1. Since free refill is the good marketing strategy, why not create a kid's menu where they can enjoy eating, but the soup can be either non spicy or mild spicy?2. Please make non spicy soup for kids if they love it.Will go back definitely.“

“I had a random craving for curry and had recalled seeing Thai Dara 2 when I was in the area a while back. I gave it a shot and I was so pleased. I ordered the panang curry with unspecified spicyness and it was perfection. Great temperature, calming music and gracious hospitality from the host. I think I’ll be craving curry more often :) or I’ll try one of the noodle dishes next time! Thank you for the lovely meal! I felt nourished and cared for.“

“I tried this restaurant for the first time today with one of my groups. They had lunch specials you could choose from. I had their mixed veggie dish which came with white rice and a choice of soup. The veggie dish was good. It had bok choy which I love. I had their sweet and sour soup. I enjoyed that as well. The wait staff was not friendly but warmed up to us at the end.
Since we had a big group, we sat in the big dining room with many tables set up for big parties. There’s plenty of free parking.“

“Do you have that restaurant you go back to years later the core memory flavors are still present when you visit again?
This is the restaurant for me!
I've been going here for years due to my family living in the area. It is tradition to either go to the restaurant or get take out.
The hot mustard and sweet and sour sauces on the tables were always a highlight.
I do wish they had more vegan alternatives but they do a pretty decent job.
Highly recommend! Support local!“
“I recently visited this Chinese restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the authentic flavors and warm atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and rich in taste.
The service was attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served.
I highly recommend this place for the authentic Chinese cuisine.“
