“Haidilao Hot Pot was a very great place for dinner. The service was very quick, employees were patient and respectful. Our server Jacob asked to reopen their kitchen just to make us some dessert even though it was after hours. He also gave us a complimentary food option in case they weren't able to make the dessert for us. The service is unbelievably nice. I would come again for dinner.“

We decided to try Mimi’s Garden, and from the moment we walked in and saw the menu pictures, we were curious if the food would live up to them. And let me tell you—it did!

“Party of 6 went for lunch at 2pm on a Sunday in December. The restaurant is very spacious, with multiple rooms, and we were able to find a large booth pretty easily. In true Olive Garden fashion, we were given an endless supply of warm breadsticks with creamy alfredo sauce, and I am sure I had 4 of them after my 10k run earlier. Some of us had the salad, others soup, and again, we were given a huge bowl of salad which was refilled once as well. It was pretty delicious. I had the spaghetti and meatballs entree, which was very good in both quantity and quality as well. Our server was very friendly, and kept inquiring repeatedly if we needed anything. Great experience, and before tips, it came to around 25 bucks per person, including some iced teas that some folks got.“

“My favorite place for Thai food. The taste is always on point. Smaller menu than other Thai restaurants but everything is good and fresh. Service is quick and friendly. The ambiance is cozy and tastefully decorated. Small cafe type restaurant, no frills, just good food. They were under rennovation for a while but recently opened up for dining again. One thing that could be frustrating for some is that the patio area is a little snug, and would be great any other time, but could deter some during COVID. I can't go back to my usual spot to enjoy the soup and tonkatsu anymore. Soup was so flavorful and tasty, the dumpling was massive, the tonkatsu is enormous. For the price, it was worth it. “Love visiting dPot unlimited when we are craving hot pot. They offer a great variety of broths, meats, appetizers and meat steamers (which consist of a square steamer basket filled with napa cabbage and choice of meat). The staff is always very attentive and the bar area is always fully stocked with sauces/condiments to prepare your dipping sauce, veggies, seafood and noodles. On top of the bar, they offer different types of packaged ramen. At the end of the meal, they offer a small cup of their delicious fruity slushie, which is very good to clean your palette and complete your meal.“

“Ever had a 3 star Michelin chef that’s a judge on Masterchef Korea cook you dinner? I know you wanna see what Chef Hoon Song served up. His special for the 3 day pop up at Yukdaejang in Irvine included his creative take of Korean Short rib patties, charcoal grilled, sauced up, and served with soybean soup & a ton of his favorite side dishes. 10/10 and it’s the next best thing to a fine dining experience I’ve had. I also tried Yuldaejang’s most popular eats like this savory kimchi and pork steamed mandu. Not to be outdone by their premium bossam in house special soy sauce. So much more flavor than others I’ve had. Finally the creamy brisket sullungtang soup with glass noodles to complete the feast for the night. One of the best solo dining experiences I’ve had“

What everybody calls professional staff with great service, is actually the PERSIAN HOSPITALITY which no Persian restaurant would last without it. Even when you are waiting for your takeout order, they offer you complimentary tea while you wait. Persian moms take their cooking seriously and if the food at a Persian restaurant doesn't meet their high standards, they wouldn't load up the whole family to go there for family dinners and catered parties.“

“Yuchun can be found inside the food court at H Mart Irvine WestPark. There are a good number of Korean food options within the food hall, but we decided on Yuchun and it was the right choice. I went with the Yuchun Signature Set which included a variety of banchan, rice, soup and bulgogi for $25.99. I paid an upcharge to substitute kalbi as my choice of protein and it did not disappoint. Simply order at the kiosk and they’ll call your number when your order is ready, but be forewarned that the tray can be on the heavier side when you pickup. The Signature Set is not the most affordable menu option, but it provides a balanced meal of Korean dishes and the portion size is hearty enough for leftovers. I’ll def be back!“

“One of my favorite places when I’m craving noodles or soup. Good food with big portions at a great price. I ate here last year and the service wasn’t very good and the place felt smaller, but when I visited this week, they’ve improved a lot. The two ladies serving were very friendly and attentive. The customer service was so much better this time, and I’ll definitely be back. I recommend ordering the wontons in chili sauce, braised pork with sticky brown sauce, and braised beef noodles everything was delicious. Totally worth it!“

It a very good restaurant with reasonable prices and tasty food. They have dishes designed for 2, which I find very convenient if you come with your significant other.“

“This establishment is known for it's excellent Asian cuisine, but horrible customer service. Some of us have chosen to endure it since the loss of Sam Woo. However, I think I've found the key to being treated, at least, decently. I took it upon myself to engage the aloof, borderline rude server. I asked his name, was very pleasant with him and asked his opinion regarding a couple of dishes, even though I was quite familiar with them. He offered advice. We engaged in a conversation. Then I said the magic words, "You know you have the BEST Chinese food in Irvine, right?" It was smooth sailing from there. While being ultra friendly is not a part of their server DNA, stroking the product ego didn't hurt. The best meal I've had there in 3 years.“

“The manager at this Panera is ON. I have been to many Panera’a and this is the most motivated hands on manager I have ever seen. “Actually came in here because the other restaurant I was planning to go had a long wait. This restaurant didn’t look busy at prime dinner time so I was a little reluctant but I only had 1 hour to eat before my next stop. Service was quick and food came out fast. Soft soon tofu soup included everything just like BCD but more variety of banchan. They were very generous with refilling the side dishes too. As I was eating, I noticed they had nonstop takeout orders getting picked up. I got the bulgogi/soon tofu combo. The bulgogi was good and tasted authentic but I think the only miss was the soon tofu soup lacked a bit of umami flavor.“
