“Nice experience here at Chuponcito in Aliso Viejo, Ca. Party of two on a Sunday around 10:30 am. Wait was about 10 minutes as we waited in line to order our food.

It was starting to get crowded. Limited parking lot spaces, limited inside seating. Inside and outside seating available.

Clean restaurant, enjoyable background music, and friendly staff.

I did love their Banana Latte, it was sweet enough to not be too sweet. The food was good. My wife loved their sopes. I just had an omelette.

My omelette was good, just not filling. A bit disappointed there, but maybe I just eat too much!

“We treated east coast family to some authentic Mexican food and atmosphere at El Adobe and they LOVED it. They cannot get good Mexican food in DC so it was a real treat! Both of them ordered the President's Choice and they cleaned their plates!! I had the Cilantro Pepita Salad with Salmon and it was delicious - fresh greens, tasty dressing and the salmon was cooked perfectly! My husband chose the Blackened Fish Tacos which he also thoroughly enjoyed. The service was attentive but relaxed so we were able to enjoy a nice visit with our relatives without feeling rushed.“

“It ain’t your regular taco stand on the side of the road that you know more times than not has some home made tacos. This is one that’s nestled in the plaza off of Alicia pwky! It was late Friday night and there was a line out of the restaurant. I was worried about the wait, but worries were assuaged when the line was dispatched quickly by the friendly cashier. Service was super fast, and food came out in 10 min. The restaurant gives party vibes for either taco Tuesday or any night of the weekend. Don’t sit on this restaurant, Taco Stand up and run for it when finding a place where you’re getting authentic flavor in south county!

“A wonderful evening at Todos Santos with my wife. We were greeted by Daniel the owner and chef extraordinare who took us to a very nice table in the outside patio. We started off with drinks which were made by one of our favorite bartenders Jaime! The other bartender of choice is Francisco who had the day off. Kenya was our waiter and was superb, very personable and professional. We each ordered the appetizer salad which were so good. We spoke with Daniel about the fresh fish and decided on the Sea Bass for my wife and I ordered the Salmon and lobster plate. These two dishes were amazing upon presentation and even tastier than they looked lol. I must say since we began dining at Todos Santos from when Daniel took over this place has blossomed this restaurant into the best Mexican cuisine in Orange County. With multiple awards to his credit Daniel has new menu items that he creates regularly and now opens after hours on Tuesdays and Fridays with a DJ and dance floor. On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant serves breakfast from 10 am to 2 pm and the dishes are delicious. Make a reservation and ask for Daniel. Let him know George sent you. “Came Up To Work In The Area Today To Repair Some Horse Trailers And I Was Told By A Local Resident James Lacono Megan Coltrane And A Couple Of Others. What an Amazing Place. The atmosphere was incredible the outside seating area look very relaxing. It was busy when I was there so I chose to sit inside nice tables lots of TVs. The staff was amazing and the owner was a very nice lady. I apologize. I forgot her name but she thanked me and it was just a great time. I will definitely be back.“

“What a great place for taco Tuesday! They have two types of Tuesday menus and I had the fish taco that ended at 5:30. I had two different ones and they were fabulous. Drinks go on all night and they were very good too. I will definitely be back.“

“The tacos were good, I got the azteca taco that had cecina with the cactus, the asada and cabeza. The cabeza was soft, the asada was ok the cecina was pretty good along with the catcus. The salsas were also decent. It's in a market station so you can grab your own drinks and snacks too.

The staff was nice and helpful with the choices on the menu. The seating is outside with a couple of propped umbrellas which is nice during the hot days. Overall decent place.“

“If I could give 10 stars they would get it! I rarely go online to write a review, and if I do it’s because I had a horrible experience. I wrote a positive review maybe twice in my life here’s my third. Start with the cashier, I really can’t say I ever had anyone serve me with a better attitude than the guy who helped me and I say right by the register and he kept that amazing attitude with all customers. At first I had 3 chicken tacos from the taco Tuesday deal (which I might say isn’t cheap, but quality costs) which were surprisingly good because I don’t love shredded chicken. The chicken was so good I decided to get an asada one as well just to make sure they really are as good as it seems. They crushed it, asada taco came to over 7$ after taxes and it glad to say I’ll be happy to pay that price anytime anywhere to get that same taco!“

“Steak quesadilla was extremely chewy and greasy so I sent it back and still got charged for it. Took 30 minutes to receive check and 15 minutes to get credit card back when it was not even that busy“

“My last visit was 7 years ago during a food tour where this was one of the stops. I’m happy to report that they are still as good as ever. Where can you get a carne asada burrito for under $13 these days and one that is so fresh tasting. I purposely ate it without the accompanying verde sauce. The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, cabbage and avocados were fresh, and the flour tortilla was thin and stretchy which held together all that goodness.

We were enjoying it so much we didn’t get a chance to take a photo. Dine-in is quite small having only 2 outside tables so it’s best for takeaway. Just walk 3 blocks on Laguna Ave. toward the ocean, sit on one of the park benches, and enjoy. Good job guys. So nice to know you’re still going strong and serving up fresh, affordable options in this pricey beach town.“

“I tried their “Dos Enchiladas Rojas” with black beans, Salsa Mango and Pico de Gallo sauces. It’s apart of their new $10 bundle deals. I’d say the Enchilades were very good. The chicken was a little burned. But eating the Enchilada with beans and chips really helped bring all the flavor together. I truly enjoyed this meal!

“La Fiesta is a quentacential Mexican Restaurant, family owned & Operated, with the best chefs, recipes, daily fresh roasted salsa and best beans around So. Cal. The staff is the best at customer service & very friendly. You will love this place for the whole family!“

“A friend was showing me around San Juan Capistrano and this place is a hidden gem for good tacos. Each taco is about $4-5 unless you get street tacos (smaller) $2-$3. This has existed for about a decade according to my friend TB. She says it was cheaper back then, but inflation and the development of the San Juan Capistrano area has really increased the prices.

The two tacos I got today:
(1) El pastor - the spicy marinated meat lit a fire in my stomach in the good way
(2) Carne asada - the meat was generously provided
I was asked whether I wanted cilantro and onions with my tacos and I said a resounding yes! I was incredibly full with just two tacos. It’s a filling meal.

TB and I came around 10-11 am which is a bit early for lunch hahaha but this place opens at 6 am! We still had to stand in line for 10 min. That’s how much of a consistent presence of customers and service is provided. There are a lot of people working to prepare the food for you, so I’ve been so blessed.

You’ll be provided a receipt and a number. In a sense, it reminded me of a pastrami sandwich store I visited in NYC except this time it’s for tacos in Southern California. Hone in on your Spanish so that you’ll be able to recognize your number when they call it out too!

There’s much to look around and explore just within the restaurant. I was so tempted to order a juice and pastries, but God knew I wouldn’t be able to handle everything. I can’t wait to come again another day.

There are tables outside that you can sit to chat with friends, which is what TB and I did.

Brought together with two perfect salsas, the tacos were flavorful, distinct, and filling. You don’t want to miss El Bandito.“
