“I took my mom there two days ago so she could get her favorite, the cold cut combo sandwich. My experience was made to be a wonderfully positive one, all due to the young man behind the counter who was also the sandwich artist who put my mom's sandwich together. Eric is a young man around 20, but his demeanor and customer service by far exceed that of his cohorts. At the time that our youth cannot even pried away from their mobile devices and Tic Toc, Eric was handling the store all by himself ( Hey Subway, this kid is upper management material, allow him to grow). The place was clean, and Eric was friendly and welcoming. He followed my mother's extra demanding and detailed order to take out the inside of the bread before making the sandwhich and cutting it into 4 pieces, and so on. Eric followed my mom's requests with a pleasant and kind attitude. Basically, Eric turned an ordinary visit to the local Subway into an extraordinary experience at the local Subway. Thank you for being kind and patient with my mother, Eric. I wish you the best, young man.!“

They offer some of the best sandwiches that you could find along with a great collection of outstanding meats from their high-end butcher shop.

The steak sandwich there is incredible, but their daily specials will always be delicious.“

“This place has one of the best pastrami sandwiches in Orange county, they've been around forever and their prices are still reasonable. The typical pastrami sandwich can easily be for two people, it's extremely big and very very filling so just be careful if you end up ordering two thinking you will finish them because it is way too big“

“Drove a long way to get here as I couldn’t find a baked potato anywhere else. The mega potato was delicious, although the potato skin wasn’t at all crispy (I prefer baked potatoes with crispy skin). Toppings were good. Steak sandwich had enough meat but was somehow strangely sweet which I very much dislike in savory food. Won’t be ordering that again but would come back for the potatoes if I can’t find a better place. FYI the place is located in a really run down part of town with a lot of homeless people walking around. I wouldn’t bring kids anywhere near here. This is definitely a dive in a seedy area but it’s still worth checking out.“

“I love the cool clean freshness of modern architecture and light the restaurant provides; with a decided touch of old ranch atmosphere; you can be left alone to yourself, or join in community. The food is varied, always fresh, healthy, creative modern nouvelle cuisine along with more traditional dishes, the ingredients definitely high quality -California Sunshine. If you really wish to muse, meditate, read, or silently work, the place is surrounded by little nooks and crannies in the midst of nature. You can even lull yourself to a nap, abandoning all care for a few precious minutes. Or else you can sit outside in community, perhaps choosing a more intimate table conversational setting on certain days, resolving the woes or the theories our world is constructed on. “This was my first time eating at Mendocino Farms, I got the beet salad and goat cheese, and it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. It was so good. I will definitely be coming back. The reason why I rated it a four is I went to sit outside and there was no staff around to clean the table, so I clean the table myself but other than that, everyone was very nice friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you check it out the food is very fresh. Ps: got another salad to go!!“

“I came here since I needed to get some food for lunch. I have passed this place many times since I go to Kaiser nearby. It was my first time going and I got a pesto chicken sandwich and I got a cookie with it. I tried the sample of their cinnamon roll and I had to buy it after I had the sandwich. It was very delicious. Would definitely come back and recommend this place. The people are kind. They had a variety of sandwiches and sides.

“We are in the city of Laguna Beach. Stopped a this place to have dinner. Great sandwiches. Had a Turkado and pastrami. Pricing was very, very reasonable! Highly recommended if you are in the area. This would be my new favorite place if it was in Riverside.

“The young man who took my order was friendly and helpful. I asked for sandwich suggestions since it was my first time there, and he definitely led me in the right direction.

The sandwich was loaded with all the good stuff, but WAY too much lettuce - there was no way to take a bite of it, and since I am not a snake and able to unhinge my jaw, I took most of it out. I did appreciate the generous helping of avocado and all the ingredients were fresh.

“I stopped by this place yesterday to pick up an online order for my cousin baby birthday party. The order was put in the day before for pickup. She ordered the Tom ran muoi (shrimp), com chieng cuong Chau (house fried rice), mi xao ga Tom chow Mein with shrimp) and cha gio (egg rolls). When I arrived to pickup the food, I was able to get the spot right in front of the place but the parking is limited here. I check in at the pick up area and showed them the order which they were still preparing. So I went to use the bathroom first which you need a code to use. The place already had people waiting for their food but they seem popular. I got two big trays which were the fried rice and chow Mein. The other items were in a brown plastic bag. My favorite was the fried rice and egg rolls. The shrimp chow Mein needed some Sriracha which they didn't have there but a lot of people like the shrimp with tail.

Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options here.

Parking: They have some parking spots here but not a lot

“I eat frequently at this Jersey Mike's but it isn't the only one I visit. That being said, this store contains some of the best trained team members I have seen out of several locations. In fact, for those of you who can relate, the speed and ease at which these champions of sandwich magic are able to turn out such high quality products is amazing. I would compare it to a finely tuned infield of a baseball team. These guys absolutely KILL IT when it comes to customer service!! It's why I eat there so much!!Great quality sandwiches, incredibly fast service, clean establishment and excellent customer experience with service all the way around!! I can tell that the effects of a solid management team makes this place rock!!

“It's been a LONG while since I've eaten at this location, and it's great to see the quality hasn't changed much in terms of their cheese steaks. I've always gone for the Philly's Best or the Pizza Cheese Steak, and this time around I introduced my family to this franchise location, and we all left very satisfied (though a little sleepy from food coma...they do not skimp on the steak here). My son and daughter are not big cheese steak fans, but they devoured their pizza steak and the pizza steak fries.

The cashier was very friendly, and the cook himself brought out our order to us at our table. The service was very friendly and added to the welcoming atmosphere.

Definitely bringing the family back here next visit to Irvine.

Parking: Parking lot is not too big and it's usually full due to a lot of restaurants being in the area. There are two handicapped spots relatively close to Philly's Best.“

I just don't appreciate the older Asian women that start speaking in their language, look me up and down. Start talking and laugh.
