“What a gem of a restaurant! We unintentionally stumbled upon Bolinas earlier this month while on vacation. When the Muir Woods closed due to the government shutdown, we pivoted, and we are so happy we did. Our party of 8, which they so accommodatingly allowed us to spilt into separate tables for 4 adults and 4 tweens, had the best time on their patio. The service was stellar and warm, the atmosphere was friendly and there wasn't a stranger to be found, and the food was even better than both those combined. Thanks to the whole crew for being the highlight of the day.”

“I always have pupusas everywhere I go, I’m always disappointed from every place I visit… except this one, this food truck has the best tasting pupusas I’ve had other than my tias and another place around 4th street. I highly recommend this place!!!

Jazzmo Pete and I had spent the whole day out at Bill Halsey's Hangin Balls Ranch separating the Bulls from the Cows and Heffers into their winter pastures, and we were beat, cold and wet from the coastal fog. Jazzmo, an Italian at heart says let's go into town and have a big bowl of pasta and a couple bottles of Chianti, well that was enough for me, so off we went. ...Smelling like old west cowboys I was sure we'd get kicked out of any place we went into, but Jazzmo had a quart bottle of some sort of hipster stuff that'll take the smell off a litter box! And it worked! We went to La Gastronomia di Porchetta Restaurant and had about the best Italian food in the Bay Area!

“The food was super yummy and came out quite quickly! I got the spicy chicken ramen and the chicken was super tender and the broth was delicious and spicy!!! We also got the dragon roll which was yummy and filling. Highly recommend!”

Art Museum had lots of Original artwork and the whole property is full of awesome Movie Paintings. Gift shop is really cool. “love love love it here! my mom and I stayed in fairfax for a whole week and we ate here several times. food is amazing, atmosphere is amazing, staff is amazing. special shout out to our main man Ty who remembered us by name and was always super fun and friendly every time we came in. he may even play you a few songs on his guitar if you’re lucky. this place was definitely a highlight of our trip and i’ll miss going there when we leave. we could also tell that this place is a huge hit with the locals which is always nice to see. thanks for all of the great food, drinks, conversations, and songs Barefoot Cafe! until next time! -Ebony”
