50 Best Bubble Tea near Lake Balboa

“Super friendly, very clean place, great atmosphere, plus there boba is Yummy 😋“

“Today I got the corn matcha at 75% sweet and the mango sticky rice ube mochi and both were divine, great strong flavor of corn, creamy matcha, ube mochi was soft and not too sticky, mango was very sweet. Service was quick but not the most welcoming, girl at the register seemed like she was ready to leave.

I have been to this location half a dozen times and my only gripe is the weak welcomes and condition of their space. It seems like there is not a lot of attention to detail or care for their space, especially their plants, which makes it feel unclean and careless. There are some plants that are basically just poor little root balls. Top off your plants with soil, give them food and water, wipe down the leaves, chop off what is dead, and give the space life again!“

“Best timeout ever lol 😂😂😂“

“Salmon Ikura dish is amazing! So much flavor!“

“I love this Bobarita place , it’s so good. I Love all the employees there.“

“the best boba and great variety🧋😋“

“I got a half watermelon and half passion fruit slushie with mango jelly. It was absolutely delicious 😋“

“Really good, but the hours are super inconsistent to the point where it’s honestly extremely annoying. At this point, I’ve started going to other places where the matcha isn’t quite as good, but at least I know they’ll actually be open.“

“For the first time having a Sipbobo Baba drink, I had to try the Dragon Slayer, and my friend got the Bobo King. It's good that they have an alternative to dairy milk. Both are delicious drinks, and we got popcorn chicken. A must-try. Cool place to hang out. I highly recommend it.“

“I got a half watermelon and half passion fruit slushie with mango jelly. It was absolutely delicious 😋“

“Amazing Concept of collectibles and Fashion with boba! Truly one of a kind, and there drinks are delicious.“

“I enjoy getting drinks from Figure 8 Tea Project. They are Good but their Prices are a Little Expensive. But they have a Point Card if you fill out 9 you will get a Free Drink. There Services is Good. They ask you if you want your Sweetness Level and if they want you to add Boba or Other Topping for your drink. So I recommend if you want a Good & Refreshing Drink. But I only go there for once a Month.“

“<3 Recommended jewel. Wonderful delightful treats and very fun place! Love the boba, crepes, and milk tea. <3“

“It's really hard to find freas brew bubble tea which is not pre-sweetened. ALL the teas here come unsweet and you can custom add your sweet level. They have whole milk as well as non dairy. BONUS is additional types of add ins that are also hard to find such as red beans, grassjelly, and coconut jelly. Reasonable price.“

“One of the best boba places I’ve been too, especially if you’re a Csun student! The smoothies and boba drinks are delicious! 10/10 - the one I got was a mango smoothie with no boba and I highly recommend if your a mango fan!! 👏✨“

“The drinks are refreshing and delicious. They provide friendly customer service.“

“Cute branch of a chain bubble tea store. They have a standard menu with some options not being able to modify sugar levels (ex. Strawberry colada) but their drinks are great, albeit minimum 6 bucks. The strawberry colada is delicious and has a good amount of strawberry, although I could do with more. The oreo boba drink had the perfect amount of boba and was very good. They have games as well. Small location but fast service and open late, which is a plus since other places in the area are not.“

“EXTRA SPICY IS EXTRA SPICY. Please be careful. Also beware of boba pearls clumping together if you don't move it around enough. Great strong tea flavor, great+fast service, chicken is crispy. Clean bathrooms.

Update: Staff was extraordinarily kind to give me ice water when I was dying from spice.“

“Cute pho spot! Delicious food w great service! Their sweatshirt are dope too!“

“I love this boba place! I literally crave the special coffees that they make. The sweetness level of the drinks is always perfect as well. And the staff is always friendly, and which I always value. The atmosphere is inviting and fun. Basically lots of happy and good vibes with great drinks!“

“The most delicious coffee mocha boba ever!!!! Love it!!“

“Great place to have a good boba and they also have some good food in their menu. Good service too and friendly staff.“

“Super friendly, very clean place, great atmosphere, plus there boba is Yummy 😋“

“This review is overdue. First, I've been here twice and the service is just amazing. The ladies that work here are so nice and so is the guy in the back. Excellent customer service. Second, on the back of the Ralph's receipt (the supermarket in the same shopping center), they advertise, buy 1, get 1 free, which is an excellent deal. And, you can use the coupons over and over which is really cool. Third, they allow you to sample all of the flavorful ice creams and are very patient with you while you make your decisions. We normally get two cones with two scoops each and buy one, get one free! It's an amazing deal! We've tried the cookies n creme, salted caramel, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and the chocolate- everything is so yummy and tasty.“

“i got the taro milk tea with 80% sweetness
It was very delicious and good if you want to taste the tea in addition to the taro
Also the boba was really soft and chewy which i loved
And pretty big drink size for pretty reasonable price compared to other boba places!“

“best milk tea/ boba place in the entire San Fernando Valley. 100%“

“Husband & I came here to this location for my weekly pregnancy craving. A Milktea Boba.. (also the name of my cat btw 😸) and we had such a great experience we had to write a review about it. We were taken care of by a young man named Kevin. He was so very sweet, kind & patient with us! We had never been to this location and they had a lot of new different things we were curious about and never tried. Anyways kudos to Kevin for being such a kind worker and making our yummy drinks and experience awesome! Pregnancy craving satisfied 🙌😊“

“We got the mango matcha fresh milk tea and the lychee passion fruit tea. Both were reasonably priced and delicious. I recommend trying the bobas here. They taste fresh and not artificial. I also recommend their match series.
There's plenty of space to sit down and drink or you can walk around the mall with your Boba.
Theres plenty of parking.“

“Love it there. It's my favorite boba spot. They have HONEY boba AND the taro tastes just like the milk from Lucky charms marshmallows. I get the Earl gray milk tea boba. Also, the milk they have is dairy free. So no worries to all those who are lactose intolerant. Some drinks are done with milk, but most use the non dairy creamer. Just delicious 😋🤤“

“Order the new drink, sunset boulevard 👍👍 I like fresh watermelon 😍😍😍“

“I accidentally ordered the wrong drink on the kiosk and when I asked the employee that I had messed up and it wasn’t the drink i wanted she was super nice about it and understanding and was able to fix my order and help get the original drink i wanted ! All 3 boba teas were great! 😊
Friendly staff!
She really went above and beyond to help me with my order ! Even suggested some of her favorites! Will be going back for this fast and friendly BOBA PLACE !
Love it ! 10/10 !“

“I had such a great experience at Bounce Boba! Casey was amazing — she was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She made my visit even better with her kindness and attention to detail. The drinks were great, and the whole experience was wonderful. Thank you, Casey, for making it such a positive visit! I’ll definitely be coming back. 🧋“

“First time having to try this place and to our surprised that they freshly brew their teas.... this place has their own barista and boba’s was made fresh too! Will definitely come back!“

“Nice boba spot! Comparable to the Ding Tea in Seattle.

Two of us ordered:
jasmine green tea $5.50
large +$0.85
boba +$0.85
about ~$7 drink

passion fruit green tea $6
large +$0.85
boba +$0.85

Nice ambiance inside. Relatively fast service.

Easy parking in the plaza.“

“Milksha just opened at the start of this month and it is an above average drink shop, but not top notch. Coming from someone who knows the boba scene in the LA/Westwood area, this place doesn’t necessarily warrant the 20-30 minute wait for it. Jasmine Green Tea latte was smooth and the right sweetness amount. Ordering was smooth and vibes in the store were chill.“

“Beat boba milk tea. 😀😀😀😀“

“Love the yogurt, but the shop is filthy which is concerning. The woman who works there is so rude and unfriendly and she does NOT give you what you are paying for. I actually brought the yogurt home and weighed it and I was cheated! The gentleman who works evenings is super nice and definitely does his job.“

“First of all, Great customer service, and they are quick with the drinks.

All teas are fresh brewed which made my Thai Tea boba outstanding, I also was able to lessen the sugar which made the Tea flavor stand out more. Much appreciated.

My wife loved the Peach Yakult with boba and her Monster Boba Latte.

I like that they have a variety of teas and not just Jasmine and Thai Tea.

Seating is plenty and and great music and atmosphere.

I highly recommend.“

“Leider waren die Besitzer nicht da Hätte gerne mit Ihnen ein bisschen gequatscht😏“

“Alfred is one of my go to coffee spots in the neighborhood. The coffee is consistently excellent, the pastries are fresh, and the outdoor patio is a great place to sit for a while. The flower shop attached gives the whole place a unique feel, and the staff has always been friendly and efficient. Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee or meeting someone for a chat, it never disappoints. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.“
