“Coming from the Mexican food capital of the wold San Diego, it is hard to find spots that have the flavor one is used too. We seen the reviews and took a shot. Nice place, little small, but nice, clean, and good atmosphere, to be fair, we all ordered tacos. We had, carne asada, carnitas, pollo asada and birria. The pollo was a little dry but very food flavor and the carne asada was soft and good. Carnitas were very good, flavor and amount of meat in all the tacos were just right. Birria was also real good. The tortialls were corn, soft and good, they not thick and heavy. Salsa was good as well, same as most other taco shops. No Cali Burrtios or Carne Asada fries here, but no problem, good food, resonible price. Family restaurant, all the family works at Mr. G's, owner came out to greet us, as well as one other worker to see if we needed anything else. Great place.”

That green sauce is obviously made in house and done right. The ceviche isn’t the prettiest I’ve eaten, but ranks high in the yum factor. Definitely a restaurant worth another visit.”

Now here’s the crazy additional observation: this restaurant is ridiculously clean for its age. The floor and seating area was noticeably clean, and the restrooms were exceptionally clean as well. The restaurant is obviously well managed. I got there early on a Saturday at 11 to beat the crowd, and by the time I left, the restaurant was full of people. I will unquestionably be back for more.”

“I highly recommend In n Out Burger. I love their burgers, fries and Root Beer when I go. But why can't I get a burger well-done late night? With the patties nice and thin, I should never bite into a burger that's red or pink inside. I even tell them to burn it a little bit. But that doesn't change a thing. I'm not going to stop eating here. I'll just aim for earlier when not at a peak rush with a long line. Wish me luck!”

Looking to get dinner with my wife and I was hungry for Italian food, at a place where pizza isn’t their main dish. Theres no place around that we’ve been to that was amazing, so I turned to Google maps to find a new place, which is how we found Tutto Famiglia.
We headed down and it looked pretty bland front m the outside. The signage said “Italian Food” where the biz name would normally go, and the space was pretty small.
From the moment we got inspected de though, the service was very attentive, the place was pretty busy for a random Thursday night and the menu looked tasty.
My wife got the salmon and I the quattro Formagio pasta. Both were Delicious! They brought fresh bread while we waited for our minestrone soup and those both were perfect.
Service was on point with immediately removing dishes we were done with, food was hot and steamy, flavoring was better than what I could have possibly expected and I am so happy that we ventured out.

We will absolutely be returning and I’m so happy to have found this gem!!!”

“Umma’s K-BBQ is a fast casual Korean and Hawaiian influenced restaurant located at the corner of Trabuco Road and Bake Parkway in Lake Forest. The plaza is anchored by a McDonalds and Starbucks and there is plenty of parking available except during peak hours. Their menu is fairly extensive and even though you can dine in the outdoor courtyard, takeout is the way to go.

With a combination plate, you can enjoy 2 proteins with choice of base and 4 side orders. I opted for the kalbi and spicy chicken and they did not disappoint. I also tried the spicy pork but it was unfortunately on the dryer side. White rice was my base and I chose cabbage salad, spicy cucumber and a double order of chapjae glass noodles as my side dishes. I also sampled my wife’s kimchi and mac salad which were just as tasty as the other sides. The best parts of our experience were the generous portion sizes and the exceptional service provided by the young man behind the counter. We’ll def be back!”

My daughter love their shahi paneer and palak paneer with Bhindi and I like their butter chicken to go. That is all happened very frequently up until last 2 weeks. “This is just a little hole in the wall Mexican joint. One time I had Taco, Beans, and Rice and another time I had Taquitos, Beans and Rice. Both times were good. The food isn’t expensive, it is a perfect place for a quick Breakfast or lunch.”

Their pancake breakfast reminds me of my childhood, the soft sweet buttery pancakes melting in your mouth and stuffing your stomach. You’re always guaranteed to leave burger town with a full stomach. They’re a staple in the community.”

“Portion sizes for a sushi restaurant are double than what's typically served at other sushi restaurants. It was really surprising because I went in without knowing what the food was really like and I ended up getting this mountain of fresh sashimi! The sushi rice was seasoned well and the fish tasted great. They gave me a dipping sauce which I assume was a mix of yuzu, soy sauce, and sesame oil. I loved it more than regular soy sauce for my sashimi. My husband ordered a specialty roll and it was basically a futomaki, but it spanned the entire length of his torso.

I would absolutely recommend this place for its quality, excellent portion size for its price, relaxing atmosphere, and quick service.”

The most deliciously crispy, juicy, and mouth watering chicken you will ever eat. Paired with the sauce, I don't think it can get any better. I don't even live near here and I come back just for this.

The other items were tasty and seasoned well but the fried chicken just stole the show for me.

The service was very friendly and accommodating. And for dinner time, we were almost the only ones in the restaurant. For how good the food was, this place needs to be put on the radar!

It was a busy Tuesday night, I walked in and spoke to a young team member who looked to be working the takeout area. I told him the situation and with a great attitude, dropped what he was doing and got me fresh queso and made a new steak taco.

Tomoko-san, the co-owner, made sure I was aware of the City of Lake Forest Shop and Dine Card to get 50% off at this restaurant and many other LF businesses. I had the Hamachi and Salmon Donburi. “So good. I know of no other place near here with Cantonese BBQ, especially duck. I primarily only get the duck but I have had the honey walnut shrimp and the green beans and have never been disappointed.
I use to have to drive to Irvine to get some duck but now that Sam Woo has closed this I the only place. I would argue it is better than Sam Woo was when they were still in business.

Now here’s the crazy additional observation: this restaurant is ridiculously clean for its age. The floor and seating area was noticeably clean, and the restrooms were exceptionally clean as well. The restaurant is obviously well managed. I got there early on a Saturday at 11 to beat the crowd, and by the time I left, the restaurant was full of people. I will unquestionably be back for more.”

“Hands down the BEST pizza I’ve ever had! Curry Pizza House in Lake Forest takes pizza to a whole new level. I ordered the Chicken Tikka and Chicken Tandoori pizzas, and both were absolutely incredible. The flavors were rich, bold, and perfectly balanced — every bite was packed with authentic spices, tender chicken, and gooey cheese.

The crust was baked to perfection, crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. You can really taste the quality and freshness in every ingredient. If you’re a fan of Indian flavors or just want to try something unique and delicious, this place is a must-visit.

“Coming from the Mexican food capital of the wold San Diego, it is hard to find spots that have the flavor one is used too. We seen the reviews and took a shot. Nice place, little small, but nice, clean, and good atmosphere, to be fair, we all ordered tacos. We had, carne asada, carnitas, pollo asada and birria. The pollo was a little dry but very food flavor and the carne asada was soft and good. Carnitas were very good, flavor and amount of meat in all the tacos were just right. Birria was also real good. The tortialls were corn, soft and good, they not thick and heavy. Salsa was good as well, same as most other taco shops. No Cali Burrtios or Carne Asada fries here, but no problem, good food, resonible price. Family restaurant, all the family works at Mr. G's, owner came out to greet us, as well as one other worker to see if we needed anything else. Great place.”

“I highly recommend In n Out Burger. I love their burgers, fries and Root Beer when I go. But why can't I get a burger well-done late night? With the patties nice and thin, I should never bite into a burger that's red or pink inside. I even tell them to burn it a little bit. But that doesn't change a thing. I'm not going to stop eating here. I'll just aim for earlier when not at a peak rush with a long line. Wish me luck!”

“Food was excellent! One of the best tasting lamb shank & baghali polo I've had, and I've had this dish at a lot of Persian restaurants. Although my meal didn't include it, but my friend's order included freshly baked naan-like bread. Highly recommend this casual eatery. They also offer family style food at a reasonable price. Perfect for those nights you want to serve a good healthy meal to your family, without having to spend hours in the kitchen.”
