“I took advantage of Arby’s $1 shake with purchase meal deal they have going on through Arby’s Rewards. I originally wanted to get curly fries but with the coupon I had to spend at least $10, so I decided to try their new Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich with curly fries and a chocolate shake.

I would definitely try this new sandwich again! The meat and barbecue sauce tasted REALLY good! Their curly fries were on point. I think the milkshake made my stomach hurt a bit, I noticed there was an excess of chocolate sauce at the bottom. But overall, I would try it again (the sandwich).“

“One of the cleanest locations I've been to. Tree he counter staff were friendly and efficient. The food came out and everything was fresh. The fries were fresh and hit as well as the chicken tenders were perfect. A wonderful contrast to any other fast food chain I've visited in the past 5 years. “I don’t usually expect standout service at a fast food spot, but Kain at Tommy’s Burger absolutely went above and beyond. I came in with my family—including a couple of very picky eater kids—and let’s just say, our order wasn’t exactly simple.

When we needed a refire on one of the burgers (not their fault, just one of the kids being extra particular), Kain handled it with patience and a smile. He made sure everything came out right and checked back in to make sure we were happy.

You could tell he actually cared about giving great service, and that made a big difference for us. It turned a quick meal into a really pleasant experience.

Maison De Pho is truly a hidden gem in Foothill Ranch! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff here consistently go above and beyond to make every visit feel special—like you're dining with friends who care.

The food? Absolutely amazing. Whether it's a bowl of pho on a chilly day or one of their flavorful rice or noodle dishes, every bite is a delight. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are spot-on every single time. I’ve tried a variety of dishes here and have never once been disappointed—each meal is crafted with care and authenticity.

“I came in at around evening and the place wasn’t busy at all, so I didn’t have to wait. David at the front counter was very helpful when I came in and offered me a cup-carrier while my food was preparing. And he was very friendly as I was walking out. Thank you.

I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo with Seasoned Curly Fries, Oreo Shake and Chocolate Overload Cake. The cake and ice cream worked well together for me and the cheeseburger was nice and juicy in the middle. The curly fries were also pretty good but there were so many I couldn’t finish them all, but I’m not complaining.

Overall I rate my first time at this Jack In The Box location a 4/5.“

“Del Taco, is quickly becoming my favorite fast food chain for when I have Taco cravings. This location is one of the best in Lake Forest, with a 24-hour drive through and all-day breakfast. They treat me fair and friendly every time too, and also is a nice quiet place for dinner. Favorite entrees include the chicken quesadilla, the steak quesadilla taco, and the bean and cheese burrito with green chili.

Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options including bean burritos, salads, and nachos. However, most are made in the same kitchen as meat-based items.

Parking: Handicap spots at the store front, and part of a general shopping center that is rarely busy, so it's easy to find parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Two entrances with single manual doors. Wheelchair accessible counter but the soda fountain is not wheelchair accessible.“

Tables could use some bussing as in wiping them all down and making sure they are sanitized before the next family sits down.

“I had charros grill cater a graduation party for 20 people this weekend. The cooks were super prompt, professional and very friendly! Tacos were big, meat was delicious and cooked fresh at my event. “The Chick-Fil-A in Foothill Ranch is excellent! The chicken nuggets, waffle fries, Mac and cheese, and fruit cups are always freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! My two toddler sons and I go to this location approximately twice a week, and every visit I am always impressed by how good the service is and how incredibly CLEAN everything is. My sons absolutely love coming here, because the food is so yummy and they love playing in the indoor playground. Additionally, the owner of the Chick-Fil-A is amazing! She is very kind, helpful, and generous with customers. She takes the time to talk with my toddler sons every visit and it is evident that she truly cares about providing guests with a great experience! This is literally the BEST Chick-Fil-A location, and I highly recommend checking it out!“

“We just had a great experience at the Panda Express in Lake Forest! Staff member “Jury“ helped us out and what a guy! He was super friendly and my kids said it was the best time they ever had at a Panda Express lol. Food is fresh and tasty, and staff members are courteous and helpful. “SEPTEMBER 25th, 2025:
When I first arrived, a kind gentleman held the door for me to let me in and he allowed me to place my order before his. THEN, gracefully I was greeted by Emma (I’m not sure if she’s the manager or front-line employee but either way I know that she is such a light, a kind soul, a wonderful spirit and a fantastic person!!

Much more than an El Pollo Loco employee, she’s an Angel in my humble opinion. She not only helped me to place my order for the NEW Queso Crunch Burrito Bowl, she gave me a discount coupon which granted me $3.49 off of my order! She said that’s “her favorite magic trick”: Being kind and offering her kindness to those who she serves and in her life. The warmth in her conversation and spark in her spirit truly brightened up my day and lifted my heart!!

I’ll spare her personal business, but I’m thankful that Jesus brought us together this day!

She even blessed me with more coupons to take with me and to use in the future. I hope nothing but kind and wonderful blessings for you, too, Emma! What a great gift!

Now as far as the bowl goes, I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5. It’s a nice chicken bowl with an added crunch from the tortilla strips and the seasoned rice adds a great flavor to it as well!

I do know that it’s a limited time item but I would order it again. The bowl may have earned 3.5 stars, but partnered with the Exceptional Customer Service I received from Emma on this day, it bumps my overall rating to a 6/5 stars!!

AUGUST 15th, 2025:
I wish I took some photos of my food, but I ate it so fast because it was so good, I forgot! Haha

I drove up to this location at a little after 1pm and there was no one in line. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but the guy who took my order and my payment was very sweet and kind. I ended up trying their Shredded Chicken Nacho combo with Salsa Fresca minus the Guac and a Hawaiian Punch.

I drove around to the window and as I waited for my food, the guy who took my order was busy taking another order, and (i believe) the manager came and asked “Is this her food?” to him to make sure I wasn’t waiting much longer. Thank you! (I should’ve gotten your name too haha) He handed me my food with a smile. He thanked me and I thanked him and the other guy for their help!

My gosh, I can only speak for myself when I say, those nachos were good!!!! The queso topped with the seasoned chicken, tortilla chips, salsa Fresca, pinto beans was just the quick stop meal I needed on this busy day. Not only was it good but it was filling too!

I’ll definitely order that one again. This is my second time at this location.“

“This restaurant is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a decent dinner, this restaurant comes right away to my head. splendid and food and a rich cuisine.courteous staff members, and great atmosphere. Worth noting... building may be due for a full repipe... as a result the women's restroom is pretty heavily rusted.

Sitting on the toilet (admittedly as a broader broad) feels like you're waiting for suntea in granny's rocker on the porch. Needs a new flange and to be remounted at the minimum.

So as to avoid having to do it again sooner, rather than later, consider the repiping.

Of note the manager seemed like this is one of his biggest stressers... trying to get his bosses to agree to the job, while trying to still assuage customers who go through the experience.“
