The real Duece Bigelow here is the food, they have some kind of a magic man hiding behind two double doors in the kitchen whippin out delicious burgers and damn near whatever his heart desires. the menu is small but it'll cash your checks all day, everyday!

“They usually have good bands and a dear friend of mine does kareoke there and you meet a lot of nice people there and friends that you know and street tacos are great. The bartenders are all great. Service sometimes is slow but they pack house on werkends so get there early to get a seat i have recommened to get one more bartender on busy nights.“

Jamie was the girl behind the bar & it was free pool day which was exactly what my just turned 21 yo son & I wanted to do. We played several rounds of pool & had Shocktop draft & overall it was mellow & chill during that time of day which we appreciated. I will say I'm not sure about food service here. I know when we searched for a nearby place for quick games of pool Maps lists it with photos of food 🤷🏼‍♀️ I can say there was not a kitchen at this location; however the original location located in La Mesa may have a kitchen although I don't remember cuz it was evening & I got pretty tipsy while there 😆 luckily we got an Uber 👍🏼

Okie dokie so, again my age appropriate son & I headed over to this location for round or two of pool. While playing, we noticed a lil lady walking in from the back area outside with plates of food & placing them in front of the patrons sitting at the bar!! I know riiiiiight?! So we got up from our game & proceeded to follow her when low&behold 🥳 we found a nifty lil corner hutch setup with full grill & a menu of listed food items (no worries I took photos). We were stoked!! You'll find the photos included 👍🏻👍🏻 and I gotta say the wings are NORMAL SIZE not them mini weird wannabe chicken wings like everywhere else [& the $$ for everything is unbeatable] ☺️💪🏻🍺🌮🍗🍔🥪🥗🍻🍹🥃“

“I had the pleasure of visiting BNS Brewing and Distillery in Santee, California, and it was an experience worth talking about. On this visit, I was there to watch my friend compete in a lively cornhole tournament, which was one of the highlights of the night. The event was impressively organized, with smooth registration, clearly designated playing areas, and a schedule that kept everything running seamlessly. It was fantastic to see a mix of serious competitors and casual players enjoying themselves and interacting in friendly competition.

“Yi Sushi Review

Today I stopped in at Yi Sushi for a quick bite and ended up staying for an experience! I was greeted by a young lady with such a kind spirit, which set the tone for the visit.

They had plenty of specials and happy hour deals that immediately caught my attention. The Shrimp Consomé soup intrigued me right away, and there was also a Salmon Kama special that sounded amazing. I had originally planned to get my food to go, but since the salmon was dine‑in only, I decided to stay—and I’m so glad I did!

I sat at the sushi bar, where the chef served each dish directly to me, fresh from his hands. Let me tell you, that Shrimp Consomé soup was chef’s kiss! The flavor, the texture, and the crunch of the patty with the green onions on top—it was absolutely perfect. I could have easily gone for a second bowl.

Next came the Unagi, served as a pair. Fresh, rich, and so satisfying. Then came the star of the night: the Salmon Kama. I didn’t know what to expect, but it did not disappoint! The salmon was grilled to absolute perfection—tender on the inside with just the right amount of char. Honestly, all it was missing was a side of rice, which I’ll make sure to order next time.

I was so full by this point that I had my Crunch Roll packed to go. But before I left, I couldn’t resist trying a piece of Yellowtail tuna. It was exquisite—soft, delicate, flavorful, and not fishy at all. That’s definitely on my list for my next visit!

“Been going to Kelly's for a few years now and mad a few friends here. The ladies behind the bar are all friendly, gorgeous and good people. I never have an empty glass when at Kelly's and prices are affordable.

Kelly's has fresh popcorn but doesn't serve food. There is a Mexican Take-out next door though if you get hungry.

“I am a bit biased because I work for the Chico Club. I must say as time goes by I find myself more and more drawn into this place. It is a diverse crowd of neighborhood people out looking to have a drink and socialize. Not a real busy place which makes it easy to get a seat at the bar or a pool table to shoot pool with a friend or someone you just met. In the 6 months I have worked there I have seen a major increase in returning old and new patrons.
