He also was so super kind to my daughter then the older lady who finished the sandwiches was very short and did not have a very customer service voice I felt that she didn’t like her job so the stars given today was for the gentleman who helped us with our sandwiches is ther reason I gave the 5 start rating“

“This place is sooo good!! The sandwich was amazing but the customer service was even better, they’re so sweet! The entire meal with chips was $14.50 and the sandwich was 3 layers. Not to mention the free cookie the owner gave both my friend and I. This place is so homey and has a great environment and super affordable!“

“Tonight (6/24/24) my mother came in to order some sandwiches for me, my husband and her, my husband can’t eat gluten so he always gets their gluten free bread when ordering, well my mom called and told me that when she asked for the GF bread the woman working started to clean off all the counters and equipment for about 15 minutes she said she scrubbed and cleaned it all including the slicer as to reduce the amount of cross contamination from the regular bread, even tho she had a small line she still took the time without being asked to do that, I wish I was there to thank her for that because no else ever at any location we have purchased from has taken the time to make sure his sandwich was ok to the best of their abilities to eat, it was extremely kind of her I don’t know her name but if that was you tonight THANK YOU! You need a raise!“

“Good little sandwich spot in santee I will order online and pick up usually I get the Italian sub its pretty good and you do get a really good sized sandwich for a good price the workers are always nice the restaurant always looks clean they do have a bar area with beers on tap this place is usually pretty busy so you should order online I only knock a star because 1 out of like the 10 times I went here the sandwich had barely any meat but it only happened one time all other times good sandwich“

“Jay was so nice and warm when I ordered my food today and he answered my questions clearly with a smile. Today is Sept 13, 2024 I went there around 6pm. The other staff with him needs to smile more like him. It brings joy to us customers but all in all they tried their best to be nice.
Just more smiles is my comment but they were all doing their best.

“This was the first time I tried Jersey Mike's tuna, and it was very good. Maybe a little heavier on the mayo than I would like, but still quite tasty. It's good to know that they make fresh batches every day as needed, and what is left over at the end of the day is thrown out.I had the mini, Mike's way on wheat with extra pickles with Sun Chips and an unsweetened iced tea. The wheat bread was good, and so was everything inside the sandwich. With exception to the tuna, they do pile on the rest of the ingredients nicely. The ice tea was good as well.Service was upbeat and friendly, as per usual for most Jersey Mike's around town. The facilities were clean.“

“I discovered that the #16 Chicken Philly can be customized to replicate the chicken sandwiches I used to get at a local Filipino-owned sandwich place where I grew up.

Lately, I've been having the staff at this store make it, and it's been incredible each time.

It's the #16 Chicken Philly, no pepper strips, add bell peppers and mushrooms, add mayo and mustard, no white American cheese, add provolone, extra dark toast on the bread.“

“I lived in Mission Beach yrs ago & in Old Mission was a Jersery Sub Shop & I have looked & looked all over S.D. for one that would be as good & I finally found Jersery Mikes. The first one I went to was in Merritta the other side of Temecula then when I came back to El Cajon I found the one on Broadway. haven't tried the one in Rancho S.D. yet ,I'm sure going to next time I'm over that way. So far they have been the closest to the one in Mission Beach. OK!“

“Our visit to the Subway was a pleasant experience! The toppings were fairly fresh, and the staff wore gloves, maintaining hygiene standards. While it would have been ideal for the glass to provide better protection of mouth spray during order discussions, their sanitation practices surpassed those of other restaurants. Overall a very nice experience and the sandwiches are very tasty!“

“Love coming here! The staff for the most part is always friendly (ok 9 times out of 10, the staff is usually friendly). They make your sub how you tell them to make it. Oh and let me get started on the manager, I dont know his name but he is awesome! He knows how to treat his regular customers!
