“Really great Japanese restaurant. Miso soup is legit - brothy with lots of adds with seaweed, green onion and tofu. Super flavorful. Green tea is steep yourself in suoer hot water for the right depth of tea, and truly great flavor. Sushi (spicy tuna) was delish. So glad I took my car in for servicing down the street and needed a lunch place while I waited!“

As soon as you walk in, you are met with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere befitting such a nice restaurant. The menu is full of variety, with classic staples like gyoza and tuna rolls while also featuring special dishes, with my personal favorite being the spider rolls, which are absolutely delicious. Service is quite fast and the owner is extremely welcoming to customers. It is clear that the owner really puts their heart into the food and makes it impossible not to enjoy the meals prepared for you.

“Amazing, the only word to describe this teriyaki, is one the best places to experience it from. From being fortunate of growing up near by. You know when you travel to different regions are you tempted to try similar dishes. So far never found anything of the same caliber. “This place is easily one of the best sushi spots on 2nd street, delicious options with plentiful portions. I tried the Mexican, AAA roll and the deep fried California roll with all 3 being stellar. The atmosphere is lively and the greeting when you walk in from the sushi chefs is nice ?

“We were seated right away and I really liked how they allowed one of us to do Premium ayce and the other person to do regular ayce, it helped a lot with the flexibility in choosing both of dining experiences but sharing them together. Service was attentive and fast, we waited no more than 10 minutes after putting in our order for another round of food. The nigiri was fantastic, wasabi dots, ponzu and yuzu sauce that goes with the cuts of fish add a lot more to it. Also if you go during lunch time (up to 3pm) the prices are fairly good. Overall would highly recommend, I do wish some of the nigiri didn’t come with the specific sauce, and that the fish could be enjoyed simply without anything added on, still really great quality cuts. Normally I don’t like seared black pepper nigiri but here I loved it, the snow crab was also amazing. You also get a free large vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate syrup if you leave a yelp review, pretty cool. Highly recommend if you love ayce sushi.“

When we first walked in, the line was extremely long. We thought we would wait for an hour. However, there, you order and pay first and seat yourself. The service is pretty quicc. We ordered within 15 min of arriving. As soon as we ordered, we found seats. Within 10 min of sitting, we received our order.
Pretty nice atmosphere.
