“This is one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to, and a big reason is the team that works here.

I come here for lunch almost every day and usually order the Peppercorn Ranch Chicken Protein Pockets. Since I’m in so often, the staff know what I’m getting and always keep things moving smoothly without ever making the experience feel rushed.

Brisada is always the first to welcome people with a warm greeting as soon as you walk in, which immediately makes the place feel inviting. Even when it gets busy, Brisada and Henry work incredibly well together and move through orders quickly while still staying friendly and attentive.

Today I also met Sam when he rang me up. He was very kind and had a big smile the entire time. You can tell the whole team works well together and takes pride in what they do.

I keep coming back not just because I enjoy the food, but because the staff here make it such a great place to stop for lunch. Brisada, Henry, Sam, and the rest of the team do a fantastic job.“

“We got to the building and we were immediately told to order at the kiosk instead of them taking our order there. We did, got our order and there was stuff in the sandwich missing so we had to go up to them again and have them add the toppings. This could have been avoided if they just took our order in person in the first place.“

“I walked into the subway and saw a customer saying that the sandwich she received did not meet her standards. This customer gave me the ick and started to threaten me and my adopted children, furthermore, she threatened to adopt me. Being cornered by the lady, I felt as if it were the end. But suddenly, the employees came in and saved my life. In return, I gave them my children for saving my life, you know, an eye for eye. Feeling gratitude for my trade, the employees bowed down to me and began the subway ritual. Tomatoes all around me, olives all over my hair, and salami on my shoulder, I felt a sense of bewilderment. One of the employees started speaking this ancient language, I believe it was something like come estas ahora. No, I knew what they were saying, but nonetheless, I ventured through the ritual. As the ritual concluded, I felt a sense of holiness and change, I was no longer the same man I once was, I was Jared Fogle. I quickly examined myself in the mirror and began to weep as the revelation came through. I now had to live life as Hared Fogle, from now on I was that one weirdo no one would ever love. I'm 82 now, and still am Jared Fogle, and will probably remain this way for the rest of my life. As I enter the premises of any establishment, people stare upon the man who had once caused a great immense of terror, they don't see me, they see a monster. So ya that's my overall review of Subway, would suggest going on Thursday from the hours of 3pm and 8pm“

“Kavi was so great the other day as he took my order on the phone for two sandwich platters that I wanted asap.

I had called two other subway shops, and they wanted me to place the order online and said that it would take an hour.
I needed it sooner than that and called this store on Westwood Blvd.

Kavi took charge and said, yes, can do.
I proceeded to drive to the store, and Kavi was well into preparing my order.

He was gracious and speedy and did a great job making these sandwiches really well, giving us plenty of veggies and condiments.

I know the parking is tough on Westwood blvd, but I parked in front in the red and stayed in the car in case I had to move. It all worked out, and I was quickly on my way.

Subway sandwiches were a last minute idea on my part, and Kavi made me look like a hero. And he did it all so cheerfully.

I’m going to make this my store when I need platters again. It’s nice to know that they can do it quickly.

The nurses at the medical office were so happy to see the sandwiches, and they put a bounce in their step and everyone enjoyed.

To the people that put in bad reviews the restroom is closed because of the bad people like you and not because they chose to close it. “I really liked staying here. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was set up nicely. The surrounding area is full of nearby restaurants and shops. I felt safe the entire time, and the neighborhood was quiet. It’s also very easy to walk around.“

“There was only one person working when I went and she clearly looked like she could've used some help during the lunch rush, which is usually 12pm to 2pm or something like that. Because I went around 1pm and by the time I was done, there were 4 customers waiting in line. I was at first frustrated because she was slow but after receiving my sub, well she really put effort and made it exactly the way I like it that at the end, I just felt bad she didnt have any help. Either pay her double for lunch rush or make some arrangements so she isn't left alone during lunch. Because maybe, the people who work around the area would visit more often if they knew subs would come out quicker for their 30 min lunch breaks. Just some food for thought for the owners. And yes you can do mobile app order but how is she supposed to work on those if she's already overwhelmed with let's say 3-4 customers waiting in line because there was ONLY ONE worker during lunch time - a prime time for subs no? “Placed an online order and came in directly afterwards so I could make sure it was made how I wanted. The manager seemed a little annoyed at my modifications , even made it a point to show me she had my order receipt in front of her. I politely told her I would like to make modifications like toasting the bread with onions and bell peppers and I wanted the condiments on the bread side. She answered with “we already do that now” as if I was dumb for not knowing. She wasn’t very happy overall and even laughed amongst herself at the end. But she made my sandwich very well. So the customer service is not the best. But the sandwiches are pretty good. Might be back to give them another chance.“

“One of the few restaurants available in South Campus for UCLA students, it can get kind of busy around lunch time when students are getting out of class but the staff does a good job of moving customers along. I've never had to wait longer than about 10 minutes from beginning to end.“
